I spoke with Derrick to schedule the appointment, he got me in the next day. I was on time and they got me out in about an hour. The customer service from the front desk was exceptional. I watched how she spoke with her customers with care and respect. Outstanding service and outstanding customer service!!!

I love him. Very knowledgeable, honest and helpful and has saved me so much money. Get you in and out. And his staff are amazing, friendly, he has the best receptionist, she s such a joy.

On Thursday, I was referred to Bimmer Benz from South Atlanta Benz to have a repair completed on my car. I called Bimmer Benz. The receptionist was very nice I called for a quote for repair. She stated that someone would call me back in 10 to 20 minutes which is what happened. I received a call from Mr. Derrick who basically told me that there would be $125 diagnostic charge and it would be applied to any repairs that may come about. He also stated that he would come to my house that that is something he does as a side job, so the next day when he called I asked will I received something in writing that would acknowledge the $125 being paid and also that it is going towards any repair which me and Mr. Derrick were speaking through text. He stated in a text I told you that on yesterday, which, in reading sounds very nasty, though sayingis one thing to tell somebody and it s another thing to have it in writing and that s what I was asking from Mr. Derrick. He stated to me that you seem not to trust me, which in this world mechanics are very untrustworthy. I stated to Mr. Derrick, I don t trust My Mother when it comes to money. I then called Bimmer Benz, where Mr. Derrick answered the phone. I asked to speak with a manager. He stated that he is the manager, and there would be no one else to speak with. I stated to Mr. Derrick I would just leave a review and I hung up. He then became harassing thru text & call, Until I blocked him. Awful customer service from Mr. Derrick.

Highly recommended! Mr. Campbell illustrated so much integrity. We were advised that our MB E350 was in need of transmission pan; however when dropped vehicle off for service, received call advising new transmission pan not needed, screws were loose & just needed tighting. No charge per Mr. Campbell! Mr. Campbell has consistently delivered solid service coupled with integrity.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service here was phenomenal. From the over the phone to in person. I had a wonderful experience. I was expecting to have to leave my car with them all day, but they were done in a little over an hour. In the meantime, I was able to kick back in the waiting area and enjoy 2 fresh cups of coffee for free.

Some of the Best BMW/Mercedes techs in the business. I went to visit the guys today (12/29/23) to have my lower pcv turbo boot replaced after having my vacuum pump replaced at another shop (they should have seen that this boot needed to be replaced). However, I was previously told by another shop that I had to purchase the boot and the entire plastic turbo silencer as one unit ($500). Well, that was not the case. Derrick and his team replaced the boot and hose (which are also sold as a separate units $85 AND $60). I have always appreciated their work and their business ethics and honesty. They also have the most pleasant front office person ever. She is the friendliest and most knowledgeable shop assistant in Atlanta. This is a place where customer service is a major priority! If you need general work on your BMW or Mercedes, this is the place to go. They have a customer for life as I have been dealing with this team for almost 15 years.

I am only giving this place one star because I don t have the option to give zero stars. My son took his car to the shop for alternator issues he is 18 years old and does not have knowledge of cars. He was told the car was being serviced for $113 he was under the impression that it was a simple wire issue that needed to be fixed. My son spoke to this establishment more than once and confirmed a $113 price. No one called my son to confirm the cost of the work that was being done and upon arrival to pick up his car he was given a $1000 bill. When my son initially told me the cost of fixing his vehicle I was skeptical myself and asked him several times if he was sure, he assured me this is what he was told. I m not as upset at the lack of communication as I am with the treatment of my son by the manager at this place. My son informed me that he was belittled and ridiculed which is highly unprofessional and unwarranted. How about the manager take time to educate someone who obviously doesn t understand anything about cars as opposed to copping an attitude and making him feel small. I will ensure that the bill gets paid, I can afford it, but I will be sure let everyone in my network of co-workers, friends and family know never to patronize this place.

Suggest you make appointment. When I enter. I was greed by receptionist, .Did not have to wait. Car was immediately given to service technician as she explained details of the transaction. Waiting area was compatible, with coffee. After completion of service was able to speak to owner of the business (Mr Campbell). Very knowledgeable on Benz and BMW. Very pleased with customer service. I would recommend. Very good Doctor for your baby.

Derrick was clear and concise with what needed to be done, cost, and timeframe. He dedicated extra time to explain other services that needed to be done to my car in addition to the primary reason for my visit air suspension failure. He and I discussed an alternative to replacing the air suspension with regular shocks and struts in order save some money on repair. Received my vehicle today and I am pleased with the work. Derrick was professional, prompt, and easy to talk to not once I thought he was jiving. Just wanted to say thank you to him and his team.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Can t vouch for their work but their customer service is the worst. Called for an SRS light on my dashboard, booked and appointment and showed up the day of the appointment. When I arrived they said they can t service SRS lights and apparently they called me to let me know. Im sure I got no calls, definitely no voicemail and the least they could have done was to call me the same day or day before of the appointment to let me know. If doing the bare minimum is how they manage things, then I m glad they couldn t service my vehicle. Thanks for wasting my fuel and time.

I am sooo happy my husband found this place. Father and son ownership. My first experience here was very professional. Services were completed quickly. They were informative on what my SUV needed and is much more cost efficient than the Mercedes-Benz dealership for service. They also have all the equipment and computers that MB uses. They have earned my business so far. I love consistently good service. I hope that they stay this way. I will recommend anyone who has a MB to check them out.

I would rate this place lower if I could. Carried my car in for a tune-up ($1,700) , but after getting it back the battery would not charge. Carried it back and they asked to keep it for a fewdays. When I called to pick it upI was told the manager was not there, the lady then hung up on me. The Son called me back with a very bad attitude, withoutAsking me anything, and told toCome and get my car, it will beOutside with the keys inside . He said that they no longer wantedMy business. He told me not toCome inside the the building.He parked my car out on the side ofthe building unlock with the keys in it. He hung up on me withoutAllowing me to say one word.This place is totally unprofessional. Never have IExperience this type of treatment in my entire life.I really would like to know whatbrought this attitude on.I would not recommend anyoneto carry their vehicle to this place. Bad news if you have todeal with the son in anyway.

I ve known the owner over 20 plus years! I ve been taking my car to him for years. He s very honest and will not try to knock you upside the head with repairs. I call him take any new vehicle s I ve purchased to be checked out before buying. I ve never been leader steered the wrong way! I absolutely refer all my friends and family to his business and have never gotten a complaint! Very reliable, trustworthy and excellent mechanic work!

I can honestly say that Derrick the owner of this shop is the most trust-worthy mechanic I have ever dealt with. They have saved me a TON on my Mercedes Benz maintenance cost over the years. I refer people here all the time. They genuinely care about your automobile and will save you a ton of money compared to the dealership.

I went to Bimmer-Benz Auto Services for the first time 2 months ago and received great service. I had to replace the head gasket and seal in a 2011 328i BMW. The next day the line from the coolant tank burst. I took it back to Bimmer Benz Auto services and they fixed it for no charge.Great service and even better people!Charles

This is my go to location for servicing my Mercedes CLA250, after constantly being ripped off from the Mercedes dealership and dealing with their long wait time. They provide great and fast service, everyone is friendly and they use all Mercedes parts, oils and fluids etc! So happy to have found them, and be able to support this black business.

I also had an appointment today June 4th at 8:30 am. I called on Monday to ask if I could have my car towed to the shop before they closed. The receptionist said that I did not have an appointment for June 4th. I had to remind her of our conversation. My car was towed on Tuesday it arrived at 8:30 am for my scheduled appointment time. I called at 1pm to find out if they found what was going on with my car. The receptionist said that they have not looked at it yet. I called at 3pm the receptionist got mad and said that she will call me when they get around to checking on my car. I told her that I have been a customer for several years and have never had to wait an entire day for my car to be checked.UPDATE: I went in to pick up my car and the receptionist and I had a conversation regarding the incident above and customer service. She apologized and now I can give a five star review. The owner and Mechanics are amazing.

Great customer service my car broke down on the freeway on Sunday on my way to Disney World and I got my Mercedes towed to there shop after hours and left the keys when they opened up the next day they called me and fixed it up in a couple days and charged me over the phone so i would not have to lose a day at the park and I picked it up Saturday when they where closed they left the key, the parts and the receipt in the back! and the car has been running great ever since!

I had to take my car in November 9, 2016, to have the spark plugs and direct ignition coil replaced. I was able to get in without an appointment. This is my new auto repair shop. Thank you Derrick and Victoria for providing such great customer service.

Unfortunately I have to be a first to say I was disappointed. I found this BOB on social media and decided to drive an hour to my scheduled appointment that I made over the phone on May 15th. When I arrived the receptionist stated that she had no appointment scheduled for me. Long story short this trip was a 2 hour round trip and a huge waste of my time. No apology no offer to reschedule just a blank stare. This happened today May 20th at 11:15am. You gotta do better than this Bimmer. A very disappointed almost lifetime customer.

I am absolutely thankful for this staff! From the receptionist Tina and everyone! They went way beyond my expectations with my service of replacing my PDC Sensor and my fog light. They even put popped my bumper back in place. This will be my permanent service place for my BMW X5 35I

I was actually referred to these by a family friend. They immediately eroded my trust took several times just to get in contact with someone. By that time I was more than ready to just get rid of mt beamer. Do urslf a favor don't even struggle with a BMW.....broke mans wagon.

Staff friendly but they randomly throw bogus prices before checking out your car first. I try supporting black owned businesses ! Never again!
