Make sure that you have enough time to wait because this Is a hand wash. I only got the outside done end it took about an hour and 20 minutes to complete. But my car was on heavy shine mode when it was done. They were outside playing the oldies and everyone seemed to enjoy the work they are doing. It was well worth the $20 and I will definitely be back. If they can do the magic on the outside like that I need to see what they can do for the inside of my car !

My family and I use to go here but they stole items from my vehicle! They said they would assist me retrieve the stolen item but that was a lie. I hate not being able to support my people but unfortunately they let you down almost every time.

My car is a breast cancer car. I am switching it up though. I just got the pink stripes painted black. But I needed the stickers changed. I brought it here, and they did that flawlessly. They perfectly added red pinstripes on the sides of the stripes, and even wrapped the pink ribbon on the side with red. They also washed the car for me. They did a fantastic job.

Went here for the first time and had a great experience. Kel has the place running smooth and with precision. Everyone who helped was super nice and attentive . Rawle helped with my car wash and even gave me quotes for minor things he found after the wash that they could assist me with. Definitely will be going back often and they re affordable!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Perfect for the price... the whole experience wasperfect....the reception was received by Tuwanna and she set the atmosphere. Since this was my first and definitely not last visit. Everyone seems to enjoy what they do. The waiting area is very comfortable...Rawle did a very good job of waxing my vehicle and wanted to make sure I was highly satisfied...yes I am! He also advised they restore headlights and the price...I will be back for that. Thank you ATL Shine for making me shine.This is a update from my last visit on November 14th and in no wise is it to downgrade the business. However I'm saddened to find out after my car was nicely cleaned inside and out, my weather tec mats were not put back in my car. Of course they were not found and I'm sorry to say with regrets that was my last visit with Atlanta Shine. I'm sure it will not matter one dollar or customer. Keep patronizing them but check your car before leaving the premises.

I m so upset I could spit pure It took damn near TWO HOURS for my car to be completed. I still found spots on mirror, inside dirt that came up after I vacuumed it again. There were boys standing around looking very lost as to they were waiting for someone to tell them what to do. I m confused It s an assembly line! To make this entire day much worse, when I pulled off, I felt something as I was driving. I pulled over and saw that it was a nail in my tire. It was not there when I arrived but as soon as I was leaving, it occurred. I called the place and the lady gave me the number to RELL, the owner or co owner.. whoever he was at that time. I called and told him what happened and he stated that he couldn t do anything at the time because he was taking his nephew to the airport and to call him in the morning. He said he will come out and plug the tire (at my home). I called and the lady that answered the phone stated that he said they were short staffed and it would be later on today before they could come. I asked her around what time would that be and she said that she didn t know. I text RELL(several times), I called (several times). NO RESPONSE. HE DID NOT FIX MY TIRE NOR OFFERED TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE! They will not get my service EVER AGAIN! I had two cars coming to them on a regular and have gotten things done from them. The way I was treated was horrible! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Went to Atl Shine about two weeks ago to get my Audi Q8 tinted. Not only did they thoroughly wash my car prior to tinting my windows they washed it again afterwards. And I don t mean a quick and cheap wash.. they scrubbed every inch of my truck. All the staff were super friendly.. The owner Kel is a good guy. I live all the way in Alpharetta but this will ALWAYS be my go to for my detailing needs. Also.. my tint looks DOPE! No bubbles anywhere!!

The staff at Atlanta Shine is great. They'll take good care of your car baby. I had gotten a full deluxe detail: shampood interior, wash and wax. Got my car looking like it was fresh out the showroom floor! Thanks guys! Hey Corey!

I went to get my windows tinted. No complaints. They washed my car before, applied the tint, told me up front exactly how long it was going to be (3 hours) and then washed my car again after it was done. My car was ready exactly 3 hours like I was told.As I sat and waited on my car, I watched the staff clean and detail other cars. They were doing a pretty good job. From basic models to luxury cars, they knew what they were doing.I will be bringing my car in the future and using their services.Customer service was wonderful!

Poor customer service. I own an expensive car and got its windows tinted there. I was treated well, so I recommended their services to my friend that owns a less expensive car. Their car was treated like trash; their worker left tint hanging off the windows, peeled off weather stripping and did not put it back, and worst of all, denied doing it even though we recorded their mistakes on camera. It took hours of negotiations just to get them to admit fault and fix their mistakes. Don t waste your time here and go to a shop that s more professional.Service: Auto detailing

The staff is friendly, courteous and professional.They do a thorough handwash. I took my car which was filthy after the rains and driving over wet leaves for a couple weeks. They returned it to me sparkling clean inside and out, thoroughly vacuumed, even the tires were shining. They have a comfortable waiting room and the owner updated me on the progress of my car a couple times. I will be back over and over and over.

We had our car windows tinting today and they did an amazing job!!! The total experience was great, awesome customer service. We will be scheduling our other vehicle to be detailed, windows tinted and headlights restored. I HIGHLY recommend Atlanta Shine!!

Requested the IRX and was given the CTX (lesser tier) and then after waiting two hours I realized they put the wrong tint on and wouldn't offer to fix it in anyway besides for me to pay the difference and wait an additional 4 hours for my truck. Go somewhere else where they value your business/ time and will get it right the first time.

Kel tinted my windows and the outcome was fire . Honored a price that was apparently handled incorrectly. Car wash with tint was by far the best deal when shopping services. Go see Kel and (sorry, I don t remember her name) the nice lady that handles the business .

Great job with the window tint. Scheduled a week in advance and was in and out in 2 hours. Everyone was respectful, professional and informative while I waited in the lobby area. They also washed my car before the tint was installed. Highly recommend this business.

The men and women at Atlanta Shine are consummate professionals!!! Their knowledge base on options I had never heard of was nothing short of amazing. The customer service was exemplary. They have made my vehicles look better than when I purchased them. I will never go to another complete car care service!!!! Keep up the good work....

Experience was good. Good location very convenient. For 4:30pm Monday there wasn't much traffic was able to get my car hand washed in about 10-15 minutes. I was very please with the service. Will return.

These guys were amazing! I had ants in my car, they were referred to me by the people I bought my car from this past June. I called up and they were able to get me that day. I brought my car to them and they gave me the works, bombed my car, full interior / exterior detail. My car looks and smells brand new! Got my windows tinted and car washed at ATL Shine. They did a great job on my windows and for a much lower price than all other shops that I checked. Because the shop was so crowded it took about an hour to get my car washed before they started doing my windows, after that it went pretty fast. I will definitely refer anyone here who asks for the services that they provide!

Atlanta Shine was very pleasant and professional. My appointment was at 10am and they had my car ready to wash and begin the tinting process at 10am. I highly recommend this place. Can't wait for them to expand with multiple locations across the Atlanta area. However, it was more than worth my drive.

Great service! Very efficient and professional staff! Even when I called to get information the receptionist was so nice and professional and answered all of my questions. And my truck smells and looks good! I have a Jeep Trail Hawk price for inside and out $30.

Today I went to get my car service Detailed!!! What a great experience absolutely fantastic great service 1st class service my car with clean from head to toe... That's what I'm talking about great service thank you very much for your time. And your professionalism. The wait was just a little bit long but it was worth every Second.
