So I had a accident back in May of this year and these guys really took care of my car!! Now I had to wait for MONTHS due to the fact parts took a while to come in but I must say Ms. Angel (I hope I got her name right!), was very informative. Also it helped that I was very patient and understanding, trusting the team with my car especially since my adjuster halfway inspected the damages.I want to publicly thank this team once again for repairing my car. It drives as good as it did before the accident and I m very grateful for all the hard work! Al & his team were phenomenal! They were informative and kept us updated every step of the way, Al himself personally called to let me know if anything else was found under the cosmetic damage from the fender bender and also made sure he gave us enough notice for the pick up of the SUV to make accommodations for my job. The SUV looks better NOW than it did before the accident. I definitely recommend this business. They re like a family here, and I found that most important. Pee-pee (their handsome frenchie) was also a delight. Thank you guys so much for making this a painless experience for us.

My car made a noise that it didn t make before I gave it to them to fix. The noise was coming from my passenger left front. I got it looked at by a tire place and they told me my bolts were loose on my axle. My damage was to the passenger side and they just painted it instead of replacing the bumper. So now I still have a broken bumper that is painted new. I had to spend $60 for them to tighten the loose bolts on my axle, and I have to find somewhere to replace the bumper completely, my insurance said the total damages was $6000 but I still have to come out of my pocket and pay more for the things they didn t fix. I m sure they got a pretty good profit because they halfway fixed my car.Service: Body & Trim

They do awesome work!!! I have brought my car here several times and they repaired it like New! The staff is very professional and kind. The owners are also awesome and Fair!! I have never been disappointed! I would recommend them to everyone

I do not recommend this shop to anyone needing any type of work done. My fianc� brought his car to this shop to have work done and only did so because of the reviews. They kept his car for over 3 months, gave him the run around each time that he called, were very unprofessional and only concerned about making money. Once he received his car back he immediately noticed that the repairs were poorly done and now he has to come out of pocket to have them fixed by someone else. All of his lights are still on and they were basically paid through his insurance to complete nothing. The insurance company informed him that they sent a check for over $9000 for the repairs to be done and the shop manager still demanded more money. His check engine light is still on, the gas fuel light is still on, his key lock pad doesn t work, his passenger door is still off track and more. They sent his car to landmark dealership and told him that he would have to wait another 30 days. They took parts off of other cars and placed them onto his car maybe thinking that he wouldn t notice. On top of the check the insurance company sent they still expected him to pay his deductible of $1000 for a job half done. This place is a scam and needs to be looked into. We are working now to find legal representation to build a case against the owners of this shop. I m not sure how they have received a 4.8 star rating but the reviews did not reflect the services that he received.

If you need collision repair this is the perfect spot to have your vehicle repairs done. Very professional and courteous. Repairs were done in the time frame given. I didnt have to go back and forth with the insurance company, they handled everything. The owners care about their clients and that's why they have earned my business.

Great place & staff:I took my 2004 Audi A4 with 2 damages (couldn't open the hood due to a damage & rear bumper). When I picked up the car I was very impressed with the work they did. The young lady at reception is great. The two owners were honest and professional throughout , which I appreciated that very much. WOULD RECOMMEND Atlanta Custom Collision one thousand times!!

My experience was awesome!! Receptionist was very informative and patient with me; even when I was irritated and upset.Thanks to the owner for al he did to ensure my Mercedes-benz was fixed accurately and precise!!I will definitely refer my family and friends to Atlanta Custom Collision!!

Staff wasn't very friendly AT ALL upon entering the building which was an immediate turn off especially after reading the reviews. Therefore, I decided to pass on doing any business here. First contact should always be friendly, professional, and welcoming and I didn't fell very welcome at all here.

Best collision place that I ve been too so far. They matches up all paint perfectly on my Audi and did it in record breaking time. If you need overnight service done too, they can get you taken care of for sure. Everything looks factory painted and lined up.

I was nervous at first but they took real.good care of my car..they told me 2 weeks..it was ready in 2 weeks. I would definatly bring my car back.. and recommend them to anyone.. appreciate y'all again..
