Extremely happy with the service I received. They were very thorough and felt the price was incredibly fair. Owner goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of. Highly recommend!

Just spoke to the owner Kostas was a real help with what I needed done for my car and gave great tips free of charge. Really values the customers needs above all else. Real good business practice and I can tell is a great fatherly figure for anyone struggling with maintenance on their car.

I called to have them look at a repair that was quoted ridiculously high by another franchised car repair shop. They got me right in, found the problem and fixed it for much less. Kostas the owner was very amenable and patient. The other gentleman who worked on my car was detailed and showed me the issue. Highly recommended for car service needs.

My last review was deleted and the owner is now adding fake reviews under his own first name. You can t make this up Kostas had my car for over a week and refused to give me and my insurance company an estimate so I had to have my car towed. On top of that he lied about sending the estimate to my email and my insurance as well. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I had a great experience working with Kostas. My car was running hot and broke down about a mile from his location. He helped me get towed over to his shop and him and his team stayed two hours after closing just to make sure my car was up to speed and I was able to drive it home that night. Went above and beyond with their service and can t recommend enough.

Kostas and crew are the best. I've used them for multiple issues with cars makes from early 90s to current. They also work on carbureted engines. A true gem.

I have been coming to this shop for more than fifteen years. This is the most reliable and honest place that I have ever been to. About three months ago I went to a place that I was billed for even after I knew what the problem was. They bill ed me and said you need to find the part that's needed in order to fix it. Talk about Greed. If I could rate Apollon higher I certainly would.

Came through from Canada had a vehicle issue, this shop was 2 hrs from closing I called them and they told me to come on down and they d take a look and see what they could figure out for us. They not only made time for us, they went out on their own to grab the part that was needed and got it fixed asap to ensure we could continue on our way back to canada. Staff were super helpful, friendly and so very very kind. Beyond grateful for this shop and all they did! 10/10 recommend giving them a call if you re in need of a mechanic !!

When you go to the shop, you should try to talk with Kosta. He is upbeat and incredibly helpful. He answered the store phone at 3am when I had car battery trouble, well before the shop officially opened at 8am. When we finally got our car towed to the shop, Kosta and the rest of the team were quite efficient to get the work done promptly. Excellent service.

I am sooooo thankful that I found Apollon. Kostas and his team are absolutely amazing. They are great and such good people, they are understanding, willing to go above and beyond.I was driving on a weekend from from NC to AL, and my car had trouble as I was getting into ATL. Unfortunately my wheel barring snapped and I broke down right next door to them. They were BEYOND AMAZING to me. They were very understanding and helpful for me especially me being in a city and area I didn t know and knew anyone. I was expecting to be stuck in the city or have to leave my car for days/weeks, but Kostas and his amazing team stepped in and saved me! They helped quickly diagnose they problem and worked to get me back on the road. They stayed late (even much later than I expected) to help me get back on the road. They were so kind, professional and accommodating to me and my dog who was also in the car.They were truly a miracle in my situation and beyond thankful that I broke down near them and found them. I am sooo grateful for all that they did for me.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you trusting them and letting them assist you with your auto needs.

Took my car there on Oct 25th (my birthday night I add) for overheating. Mentioned that it was also giving the code p0299 regarding the super turbo boost. I was contacted that my car needed thermos stat work and quoted $375, I returned Oct 29th to pick up my car they had not completed the work and later was charged $571 for thermostat and water system. On Nov 1st my car ran hot again. I took my car back to the shop and was told they would check it. Gave some explanation of a hose leak that he repaired with tape. Took my car for an oil change on the 8th and they told me it would be $270 to replace the thermostat housing! Mind you I just paid APOLLON to repair this. I took the car back to them and the owner had the nerve to get an attitude with me because I was insistent on why another service store is telling me my car is still not running properly and they supposed to have fixed it. He was rude and short with me, and had the nerve to say he would charge me to diagnose it again. His mechanic told me I needed a water pump but could not explain to me how he fix the overheating problem without checking all of the coolant system. I would not recommend them to anyone. They were not professional and quite frankly ripped me off.UPDATE: NOW THEY ARE POSTING THAT IT WAS ALL MY FAULT THAT MY CAR WAS NOT FIXED PROPERLY. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND OTHERS WILL SOON FIND THAT OUT. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND GREAT SERVICE ISN'T A PRIORITY. NOW I AM BEING HARASSED AND THREATENED.

So my 09 Camry was having trouble changing gears as it tried to speed up, praying its not the transmission i called the family friend toyota specialist, who wanted 200 just to look at it with a worst case starting at 3k and had to wait till thursday. I cant wait 4 days just for possible bad news! So i started looking around. Geez theres the place ive passed by all my life kuz its right across the bridge, might as well give it a try. With only an hour left till close the guy says bring it in. Kostas met me soon as i pulled in, inspected and drove it, gave me a 220 quote that included parts he drove to get himself, and labor. Much better deal than mr "specialist". Kostas stayed after work hours and by 7:30 i was out of there with a car that drives right as rain. Ive found my new local mechanic! Looking forward to getting a few more things done now i know ive got capable people near me. Thanks Kostas!

This place has gone down since the original guys (George and Tassos) have left. I've been going to Apollon for about 15 + years because they have provided great service and great prices. Every time I used to go I would end up chatting with someone who said they've been going here for 10+ years. Lately customer service/professionalism has not been great. The last time I went for a brake job and sat there all day. I understand that there were cars ahead of mine. My issue is that a huge part of the wait was that when I got there I had to wait several hours for the brakes to be ordered and then delivered. Even though I called with make and model and said I was en route. I can understand that maybe they order as needed and can overlook that based on great history. No problem.The reason for 1 star is that lately when I call I go straight to voicemail. Calls are not answered or returned. I finally got someone on the phone yesterday to say I was bringing another car in for brake work and an oil change. They confirmed that they could get me out same day. They also confirmed that they open at 8 am. I got there at 9:30 and the main gate was still closed. I went through the second gate but the front door was locked and all garage doors were closed. I called and went straight to voicemail. So I drove all the way there for nothing. I ultimately drove back to my side of town to get service done on the vehicle. I don't think I'll ever return because customer service has gone down tremendously.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I have used this business since 1970s and all work ever performed on all my cars has been exceptional. When i first came to Atlanta, i purchased a used car, Plymouth Duster 1970 but i purchased it in 1973. They kept the car ,i like the car it had a slant 6 engine and the car already had 50,000 miles when i purchased it when graduating from college. Then the next cars that i have had through the years, new one, i have actually only taken these back to the dealership initially but i have used Apollon for all the work. This business makes sure the customer is satisfied. the business also contributes to non profits helping different organizations. I recommend this business to others needing a good car place. Business is honest, believes in always dong the right thing to make the customer feel valued and satisfied.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

My family and I have always had a great experience with them, even if there's still an issue after the initial fix, we've always been able to call back and have our car looked again again. People need to understand that cars are machinery, therefore many times one issue causes multiple others that may possibly not be found out until after the initial issue is resolved. Just go back and talk to those at the shop instead of assuming the worst.If you have a question about pricing they will tell you why or the reason before charging and / or doing the work.

No organization there. Pile up cars waiting to be service or return to fix what was service. No one to answer the phones it always go to voice mail, and when you pay for the service you have to turn right around next day bring the car back because its not done right. This use to be a great shop. Not anymore!!!. Someone please call or get George and Tassos out of retirement please.Service: Auto maintenance

Friendly family owned and operated auto repair shop that does good work and charges very fair prices.**UPDATE**Took car in soon as they opened at 8a.m. to have control arms replaced and was told it would be completed by the end of the day. It wasn'tThen I was told next day after lunch so I went back next day at closing time and still not done. In fact hadn't even started on it so I took car for the night since I depend on my car for work. But brought it back next morning before they opened and dropped it off. Another whole entire day passed and the next morning I called and was told it would be that night by closing. So when I went back that night and discovered car still hadn't been touched I was done. The staff said they were short staffed and I even overheard one of them tell another that mine was the car they had to pull out of the garage to take care of another one. So they had my car for 4 days and 3 nights and did nothing to it. That's 4 days and 3 nights that I was unable to use my vehicle costing me a good bit of pay. Not sure exactly what changed in this shop which used to be awesome but I would not recommend anyone to waste their time and money on this place again

I have dealt with them few times. I reserved an appointment a day before and had my job done in a time manner. People there are gentlemen. They are welcoming and explain to you what needs to be fixed and why. Prices are reasonable. You can also get an appointment at the same day, it depends on the working load there. People are honest and explain everything for you. They do help in making good maintenance within a reasonable price.

I initially liked taking my car here and very sad to say my service on my car has not been so great. I took it to get starter replaced only for the mechanic to tell me after I spent $400 I didn't need it replaced. Then after a week of it not starting again I took it for a second visit . The mechanic explained it was the sensor so when I went to pick my car up I was surprised to learn they did a tune up on my car without informing me and did no repairs on the sensor( keep in mind I already had a tune up 8 months prior) and I had to spend another $400 on this service.Sadly, not but within 24 hours of getting it from the shop the second time my car was not starting AGAIN. I'm so frustrated because I gave them $800 for absolutely nothing with same results as day ONE. I still appreciate the lady upfront for being so sweet but I am just overall disappointed in the service.

Poor service is the best way to describe my experience with them. This shop provided the worst service I ve experienced in a long time! They either don t answer the phone or keep asking you to call back for even the most basic info. After 3 days and they still didn t give me an estimate. It was so bad I had to have my car towed to another shop.It was a very disappointing experience.

I went yesterday evening to ask if I could bring my car in today for a broken sensor. The woman said fine, come in the morning. I did this morning, dropped it off. There was only one guy in the place working. He said they d go get the part and it would be ready around 4. I never got a call back.I tried to call the number on the website a bunch if times with no response and a full mailbox. I went up around five, still just the one guy there. The car hadn t been worked on at all. He said the owner hadn t come in, wouldn t answer the phone etc. So clearly he was unable to get the part and fix it. I m NOT upset at the mechanic, but really mad at the owner. It feels unsafe to leave one person in charge of a garage, with no way to reach him or get parts. I was also told that if it had been fixed I would have needed cash. Totally unfair for the mechanic, and the owner lost a customer today.

I left a car there for a pre-purchase inspection, and was very pleased with their attention to detail and reasonable pricing. The staff seemed very friendly, and I could hear their conversations with customers and each other while I waited-- they seem like good, trustworthy people. I will be going back here for any repair or maintenance work.

I'm not from Atlanta and I lost a serpentine belt at the start of an eight hour drive. I made it in to Apollon purely because they were the closest place and they dropped what they were doing to help me out and get a new belt installed in under an hour. I ve been to this place twice now and in fairness the 1st time I received a fairly priced and quickly done work so I can t in fairness leave a 1 star review. On a Monday I left the same car their far a new issue. I didn t recieve any communion on a diagnostic or anything until I called back that Thursday for a follow up and they apparently didn t take any notes cause they had to ask me what was wrong. I DONT KNOW! That s why I left it with you. I was told I would recieve a call back that same Thursday I did not receive any sort of communication that day or any work day until the following Monday when I was waiting outside the establishment until 9:30 am (their hours claim to be 8am - 7pm). That morning I finally got in contact with someone who told me they were closed on all their normal days last week and nothing had been done to my car. The lack of communication with customers and amongst employees is extremely unprofessional. If you don t stay on them to communicate with you will be out of the loop on what s being done and when. And the shop will just remain closed with no communication with you at their discretion. I won t be coming back here. They are too unorganized and lack communication for something as important as car repair. They are not inept in terms of actual car repair if you get that far.

Nothing like a transmission breaking down 4 hours from home on a Saturday afternoon on I-85 in Atlanta. Thank goodness I happened upon these folks.They quoted me a price and helped me get to a rental car place closer than the airport. Kept me posted on the price and expected time i could go back and pick it up. Had it ready in just a few days and price quoted was just what they said it would be. Works great and has a nationwide warranty.Can't say enough good about these folks.
