Customer service was amazing. I went in for a headlights and Michael came out checked all of my lights told me which ones needed to be changed. Got me a good price for every single one of them, and then proceeded to come out and change them out for me. I will forever go back and see him again!

Dom has helped me every time I came to the store. He is very professional and knowledgeable young man. I came to him to help with my windshield wiper blades and he put them on. Then I came back in for windshield fluid and he requested for me to also invest in anti frost that prevents my windshield from frosting during the cold weather. It really helped. It no longer frost over overnight. Then I needed a battery and he helped check and put it in. It s hard to find great customer service help these day. This is my go to store because I know I will get honest help and great customer service help!

Dropped by after the gym when my car alerted me that the battery in my key fob needed to be changed for the 4th time. I had looked up videos how to replace the battery but was still nervous about removing the plastic piece w/o damaging the fob. I was immediately helped with I entered the store. The associate showed me which battery size I needed and replaced the battery for me. He researched a tutorial video and took care of the delicate car fob. I was very impressed and happy with the customer services. Highly recommend stopping by this location for anything you may need.

Had to stop by this store on my way home, after getting to work in Sandy Springs that morning and having the car ping me as for low oil. Employees Michael, Dom, and Ivan were all extremely helpful, as the 17 M4 I bought is still slightly new to me.Despite coming up on the first oil change since purchase, I was apprehensive of mixing oil with whatever the dealer had put in. Michael found a synthetic blend that wouldn't cause harm in the few days until the scheduled oil change.Next up was me trying to understand the odd cover on the washer fluid reservoir. Dom taught me how the BMW reservoirs were designed to filter out impurities, but the washer fluid still didn't work. Upon a second inspection, the hose had popped off at the connection, so back into the store I went.Finally, with Ivan's help, I was able to reattach the hose - with added Gorilla duct tape for good measure - and everything worked as expected. Cue me, $40 and an hour later, finally getting to leave the parking lot, feeling like an idiot.Absolutely stellar store, I will be back if semi-stranded in Atlanta again.

everyone in here has a bad attitude, and the large fella with the pretty pink vape can t do his job at all. Don t understand how he s a mechanic. Don t bother coming here, they don t like to sweat.

It was 4:49 PM. On a friday afternoon right after christmas and my check engine light and v s c light came on. Pulled in to see if they could run a diagnostic on it. A gentleman by the name of Michael came out and was so incredibly nice and kind and and checked it for me despite it being freezing cold! Show me the codes and then proceeded to tell me three of his top best mechanic shops to go to. Being a woman it's so hard to real advice on where to go. And he wasn't condescending or anything. A gentleman and a professional!I will definitelane come back to this location for any Parts that I may need!

I went there yesterday (Jan 13, '23) to get my windshield wipers replaced. The staff members were very kind and polite. They quickly helped me find the right matches for my vehicle and pick out the best option. As a courteousy, they even installed them for no extra charge. So helpful!!

Called the store to see if they had a replacement lightbulb for my headlights, Mark instantly welcomed me into the store and helped me find what I needed and was able to set me on my way in less than 5 minutes. His customer service was impeccable and made me feel like I can come back here for quick and easy information.

My pick up experience was horrible. I received an email saying my order was ready for pick up. I used my lunch hour to pick up, and my order was missing the hardware (clips) that came with my order. This was not recognized or caught by the store employees; I noticed it and had to mention it to the store employee. He ordered another one to be delivered by 2p. So I came back a second time in the 5p hour to pick up the new order and the new order did not have the hardware either. A different store employee helped me this time and he was about to inconvenience me AGAIN and send me to the Roswell location to get clips because this location didn't have clips separately in stock that fit my car. Before leaving, I mentioned to him its very odd that both orders would not have clips when the product comes with hardware, and I asked him if he was sure the "new" order he was giving me wasn't the same one as earlier. When I said that, he said the boxes were next to each other and walked over to check the other box. Guess what...the clips were in the other box. So essentially, this store was about to give me the same order without clips and inconvenience me again. This whole ordeal could be resolved by one simple action....CHECK THE ORDERS BEFORE SENDING "PICK UP READY" EMAILS TO CUSTOMERS AND CHECK THE ORDER AGAIN WHEN THE CUSTOMER COMES TO PICK IT UP!!!! This location is clearly not checking orders at all!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Employee would not install my battery due to weather. Mind you it s 50 degrees outside, no inclement weather. His colleague Informed me they had done 3 other installations that morning and it was his job but he just wouldn t do it and everyone else was on break. I had arrived around 1pm, arguably the warmest time of day. You would be better going next door to if you need any of their free services to be done. Gonna have to pay Pep Boys anyway like I did.

I had a great experience today. The staff was very helpful - Maulad assisted me with checking my battery and installing a new one. I had two little ones with me and he was very thoughtful to ensure the process was as seamless as possible. Thank you!

The young man who helped me today was wonderful. His name was Monad. I brought an old battery in for a refund and he made the process something worthwhile. He was so respectful, humble and kind that I knew right away I wanted to thank him somehow. This company is so fortunate to have someone who cares so much about the customers. Please thank him for me. I will start coming here as a loyal customer now.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I came in for a battery and Xavier was extremely unprofessional. He not only sold me the wrong size battery but proceeded to argue with me in the store when I tried to explain I needed the proper battery since both the store and car shop my vehicle was located were closing soon. I see that this store typically has good reviews, and it's unfortunate I can't provide one. I won't be returning to this location, and if I were you, I wouldn't either

Mark was the bomb!!! He was super helpful with figuring out the right fuse we needed. Didn t expect him to come out in the rain to give us an extra hand but he sure did

Getting ready for a road trip and my fuse blew for my phone to charge. Any other Advanced Auto Parts store I am asked what is the model and make of my car in order to find the parts and/or fuses I need. This particular location I was told they cannot assist as their computers would not pull up that information ??? HOW??? Any other location I have been assisted, but will never come back to this one

I keep hearing the reason places are closing earlier than advertised is because of employee shortages . My question is why even have an advertised time to close when the employees just turn off the system early on a Saturday seconds after customers leave the store. When I ask why they are closed before scheduled time they answer, I shut down the whole system early I ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. This isn t the first time it s happened but it ll be my last.

The counter person Steven is rude as hell. I was trying to get help to purchase a jump starter he immediately says you have to google it and walks away. I tried to call to see if i can get help and he answers the phone and does the same thing and then hangs up while i was still talking to get help. You work at an auto part store how can you not help me when i m trying to purchase an item and then be rude to a paying customer

Jordan Was Awesome when changing my battery and even helped out another customer less then 2 minutes to change windshield wipers and back to me in 6 minutes. He didnt blow my car up
