This is for the Advanced Auto located on Cleveland Ave, next door to the old Churchs.DeSandra that is working day shift today 10/24 around 1pm, I hope I'm spelling her name right. Very knowledgeable of her job and very professional. Relieved a lot of stress for me because of the knowledge she shared with me. I appreciate people like her with great customer service these days!!

Very well ran store they have a few associates that really know what they are doing.. The short guy by the name of Rabbit is one of the best no matter what Im working on he always seems to know just what I need to get the job done right.. if you ever need help go see rabbit

In actuality, I believe this location to be worthy of three stars, but I'm giving it two stars because the Boomer behind the counter was a tad misogynistic. Not overtly. Just passively.Other than that, they had the item in which I was looking. I was hoping to spend a little extra cash on some fun car accessories, but their selection is purely utilitarian. No fun to be had :-(So, I browsed their car cleaning products, hoping to spend some money on something to make my trip worthwhile, but alas, their prices are the highest I've ever seen, comparatively.I like to spend money, but I definitely look for bargains. Which is why I went there in the first place. Specifically, for their three-piece wire brush drill attachment set. As of the time of the posting of this review, the cost of the aforementioned is $4.99 lol

Today (03/22/2021) I called this store at approximately 8:20 pm to ask if a certain part was available before driving to the store. A lady answered and immediately asked if I could hold. After about 8 min. I hung up and called back then a man answered, and again I was asked if I could hold. It was getting close to closing time so after 3/4 min. I headed that way still on hold.I arrived at the store within 5 min.Upon walking into the store I saw no other customers, there were two employees inside and one outside cleaning the parking lot (?). I didn't see any reason why I should've been still waiting on hold or even had been on hold in the first place. When asked by the lady how can she help me, I could have answered that several different ways.

Parts and price very good. However ever since Mr Bob the old manager left, customer service has declined rapidly. They new female manager is very rude and always has a chip on shoulder. Never greets customers or anything. She makes it not a pleasure to shop there. Other employees are OK... But that new manager is terrible when it comes to customer service.

My experience was horrible! Went to return a defective battery. Manager says you can't return a battery. I'm like sir it says literally on the shelf 2 yr warranty and I bought this 9/2020. He then goes into bs mode and has to finally call in guessing another mgr to figure out what to do. Advance do better training your people!!!!

They didn't have what we needed in stock and would take a month to get. But the lady was very nice and friendly. And told us were else to try to get it sooner.

There is a employee there named Terry he is very rude and has horrible service. Fortunately i was helped by another employee named Milli and controlled the situation perfectly. The advanced auto part company is the ideal place to buy car parts but i would not go to that location because of him

Stood in front of Brian while he was on his cell phone for a good 5 minutes. No hello, acknowledgement or eye contact whatsoever. Grayling has absolutely no idea what he is doing!!!! Ordered online and he had no idea how the process works and could not work the computer!!!! Then got upset when we asked Brian to intervene. Worst customer service ever!

A typical but a little quirky Advance. It has average stock, with holes here and there, and friendly counter help.The COVID protection has a home made feel to it but it does ensure social distance.
