Came to get my battery tested after needing to have my car jumped, guy said my battery was great. Asked if he was sure because I was taking a 8 hr road trip, he assured me I was fine. 2 days later I needed to buy a battery after another advance in that location told me my battery was in critical condition. Thankful I didn t break down somewhere unsafe :/ Thanks

Came in for a new battery purchase/install. Brendan was a phenomenal help. He clearly knew what he was doing and helped me figure out why my year old battery had died so fast. My car can be finicky with battery install but he went above and beyond to do it properly and safely. Highly HIGHLY recommend this location.

I stopped here early on a Saturday morning to get a diagnostic reading on my suv. The gentleman tells me that someone stole their ODB READER over a month ago. Then he says, "We sell them back there." I said, You're trying to sell me one, but you can't store use one to help your customers? I'm confused "The look on his face made me realize that he was confused too !!

Crooks. Edilberto sold me a defective headlight bulb and when I tried to return it, they blamed me for installing it wrong. Offered me store credit instead of a refund. No thanks.

I went to this location earlier today to get assistance with my car my honey just bought me. I was having an issue with my steering and "Garth" was very helpful. He found the product I needed as well as showed me how to use the product on my car A+ service for sure!

I have no troubles with the physical location whatsoever, service is top notch and friendly.My only issue is with their website. I've never had so much trouble finding a simple product to purchase due to the endless pop-ups shifting the page, constantly interrupting me and making a it virtually impossible to find what I wanted, I finally had enough of the pop-ups and went somewhere else.TAKE NOTE CORPORATE!

Have never left a review for an auto shop /store before but these guys earned it. Service went above and beyond to help me out when I needed them. Oscar and Eddie are both fantastic workers with great advice and customer service. Being guided through every step of the process by these two employees, even when they didn t technically have to explain everything as much as they did, left a lasting impression on me. I have never had such a warm reception from auto shop workers before. I could not recommend them more.

Josh was incredibly helpful and had a wonderful attitude. He installed my wiper blades for me which should be simple but my car is old and tricky. He was very patient and provided excellent customer service. Always a quick in-and-out at this location and the pricing is fair.

My experience there was awesome. Im sorry I dont remember their names but the front register female clerk help me out with my purchase and recommended the male supervisor to install my car battery. The supervisor was very helpful and made sure my car was running and also made sure I got my rebate as well. Thank you so much Advance Auto Parts Team. Especially coming at the last hour before closing.

Probably my new go-to for car parts. Located really close to my house and even though they didn't have what I needed the last time I was there, the staff are super helpful and was able to help me find the piece I needed in town. Would definitely go back and suggest you do the same.

I'd just bought wiper blades at a Macon location 3 days ago, but they fell off while I was driving. Never been to this store but am so happy GPS picked it. The tech was patient, helpful and thorough with making sure he reinstalled the new blades correctly. THANK YOU !!!

I was dreading going into any auto store first of all but stumbled across the most local part store around and was blowed away with customer service. Two Gentlemen in particular, Oscar and Charles have been extremely helpful with my Infinity I purchased used and needed someone that knew about foreign cars without looking in a computer. They didn't have to think twice with their answers, these guys are so knowledgeable I wish they didn't work there and could be my mechanic! As a woman I highly recommend this particular location. Friendly to everyone that comes through the door you should make it your go to auto parts store because I'm sold on their trust and knowledge!

The guys working in this store last night were SO helpful. They went above and beyond to explain to me how to check, and refill my engine coolant, and they did so professionally, and courteously. Thanks again to you guys, I don't often need to shop at Advance Auto Parts, but I'm sure that the next time I do this is the store I will be coming to.

Excellent customer service. I had to have a part shipped from another location, and they got it there within a few hours, and even called me to let me know it got there early. The sales staff was incredibly helpful. They have won my business for all my auto repair needs. Top notch store!

Great experience. I had a bad experience with a Precision Tune that sold me a battery with a dead cell and it left me stranded on the side of the road a month later. I had my battery replaced at the closest AA and went back to Precision Tune on Cheshire Bridge for a refund. They were not accommodating and have awful customer service and told me that it wasn't their problem. Knowing they buy their batteries from AA, I went down the road to talk through the matter with them and Chris, the manager, gave me a full refund for the replacement of my new battery. Great folks down there and I'll go back for any minor needs that come up with my car.
