The crew at Active fixed my husband's leaking air cooler, helping us not have to buy a new one. So happy they were able to fix it and didn't push us to buy a new one. Very sweet people. They are truly helpful.

We (Moving Bridges LLC trucking) had a great first experience with Active - Michelle is awesome! She was super polite, honest and easy to work with. They were the only place around that had a radiator in stock for our Freightliner M2. We ll definitely bring our business back here!

Honestly I ve never been here yet, but I was recommended by another friend, so far my experience over the phone was great, the lady who answered was very polite, helpful and honest, they didn t have the part I was looking for so she told me the only place where I ll find it will be the dealer so I did. Price was very competitive also, definitely I will comeback to them if I need to,

I've purchased cooling components from this company. Very satisfied with my purchase. And the LADY'S in the call center are on there game. If you got any questions they got the answer. And to Tocarra what the hell does color got to do with buying parts the Salesforce can't distinguish between race unless you introduced yourself as a black person.. and that's very strange way to call and buy parts...
