I recently had transmission and radiator work done. Now vehicle is leaking transmission fluid all over my driveway and car will not move. Company will not return call.They will take your money and not honor warranty.

My trans failed 3weeks after I purchase it from this company.took 2 weeks to send someone out to look at it. Another 2weeks to repair it.This is a fly by night company.I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. My experience with this company was a nighmere. Worst business I every encounter. They won't put what there did in writing or give a copy of the repairs.Aftermarket Auto Parts store in austell should be shame of themself to even do business with arrow transmission.I won't be buying anything else from them either.

I would Not recommend buying a trans from these guys I bought a reman unit from them the trans had a problem before it got out of my shop. they told me to pull the pan and look at wiring harness all was good they said they would send a tech to my shop to repair it the next day, at 5 oclock no one had shown up I went futher and found the harness had a loose connection ...tightened connection and reinstalled pan and fluid code was gone released truck back to customer and the next morn it was back at my shop on a wrecker with a giant fluid leak, Arrow said pull it back out and they would fix , they completed the repair and sent it back I reinstalled it and refilled it with fluid again it was ok no leaks..... For all this extra trouble I received a credit of 250.00 don't get got by this company

If I could give a lower rating I would. People should not be able to operate a business when they conduct business as this place does. Buyer Beware!!! Their remanufactured units are spray painted used ones. Not Good!!!!! Ya'll should be ashamed!

I had my mechanic pull the transmission and these fellows came by to pick it up. 2 years later - no problems.
