DANNY helped me out! When I came in to plug in my electric car. I didn't have the right card to pay for it but he took care of me. Anyway. Great service and friendly attitude. Highly recommend

I visited to get an international driver's license. The staff were friendly and I had my license in my hands in 15 minutes. The fee was $20 and is valid for one year. They also said I could get a passport here, but since my passport hasn't expired yet, I didn't try that.

Brought my car in because it wasn t starting. Aside from the first day they had it, they never called me with updates. In order to learn anything about my car I had to be the one to call in. If they said they would call me back, they wouldn t.I was told my car needed a new engine. When asked why or if it was throwing any error codes because it didn t even have a check engine light on when I took it in I was just told that the gentleman working on it had been doing this for 30 years, and was an expert.Brought it to a second shop and they did a full inspection and found that the only things wrong with it were: old spark plugs, an old battery, and it had too much oil in it somehow. Engine was fine.

I would find other places if you re looking for a fair and honest mechanic. Had my car towed here and they told me various things that needed to be fixed on my car as the issue. I ended up getting my car repaired elsewhere for half of the price! This place definitely overcharges for parts, they also said I needed to have things repaired that were not an issue. They also said I needed to get a full transmission fluid flush, but upon research/ second opinion, this would have been a unwise move, given my car mileage, and likely would have created more problems. There is barely any discount here by being an AAA member, instead they end up overcharging

AAA refused to honor a credit that they provided to us for a previous diagnostic mistake that they had made. Despite the coupon issued to us having their address on it, and them admitting an employee who worked at the location did actually sign it, they still refused to honor it. They also did not offer anything to correct their secondary mistake. Be Forewarned: staff is more concerned about corporate than helping customers: typical. And it seems that If they don t have to take on more work- they won t. Trust this location at your own discretion.

Service was excellent! My visit was for a warranty battery replacement. Staff was very curious and friendly. Shop was extremely busy but my wait time was minimal.Thank You Guys!

My EV car needed to be charged on the road. I went to this charging station at AAA but had issues since the charging station company needs the machine number on the charger that is not available. Went inside AAA to ask for information. Although this charging station does not belong to AAA, AAA staffs are very friendly, especially Danny who used his charging card for me. He even kindly declined me to pay him back. very nice gentleman.

Got one quote then quote doubles 2 days later. When it comes down to Car Repair, it s hard to fine, honest, reliable people.After picking up the vehicle noticed a serious pull to one side. Should have taken it back because this issue has nothing to do with the alternator that went bad. Come to find out the axle assembly is damaged. What the hell? Did they take my part out for use In another car? Now I m waiting weeks, for the part is on back order and have to pay hundreds out of pocket. Never again will I go here.

This place is entirely too expensive and charged me for things I didn t need repaired. Told me I was getting a discount because I m an AAA member and then they forgot to apply it. Do not recommend.

Danny is great! They did not have the equipment to repair my Range Rover but still did the best they could to diagnose the problem. They do a great job in my daughters car when needed.

I came here for an IDP (international driving permit). The staff here was extremely polite and helpful. The facility was clean and had plenty of seating.Can y all take over for the DMV please!!!

Always great car service and repair. My insurance for several areas is out of this office. My agent is knowledgeable, quickly responds and is always professional and helpful. Always worth my drive or call to get help and great results.

We had an amazing experience with the team at AAA toco hills. Jack and the service team did a great job of efficiently and accurately diagnosing our cars startup issue and replacing our battery, honoring the AAA warrantee. We will be coming back to this trusted location and are grateful to be members after receiving this kind of top tier service!

I had my car towed to AAA Car Care (Toco Hills) yesterday Monday, August 14th. I need an ABS module for my car. They said that they needed to perform a diagnostic test first. After the test was complete I was quoted a price to fix that matched the dealership. But told that there price was much better. Then he told me to hold a second while he check the dealership price. He proceeded to check the dealership price and gave me a cheaper price without explaining what the dealership price was. Though I already knew ($6 cheaper). I was given a $450 discount after he checked the dealership price. Keep in mind that this is for a rebuild of my current non functioning part. Then he proceeded to tell me other items that they said was needed. I explained that I m pretty sure Honda did these items already a month prior. He literally said you may be right - so we don t need to do those things. I gave Honda $4,000 for a complete service of parts, oil change, filters etc just a little over a month ago. So I was confident that I didn t need the suggested items he recommended. I called Honda and asked if they could rebuild - they said rebuild the ABS module. I said yes - Honda said we don t rebuild those. They were baffled as to how that would be possible. So what was AAA car care giving me? Or doing to my car for $2500? So I had the car towed back to my home. So I always sanitize/Lysol spray my car after any service repair. Imagine my surprise to see how dirty my car was upon return (see photo). Those are Clorox wipes that I used to wipe down my steering wheel, door handle, buttons on the door, the fabric on drivers door and handle to change geers on my car. Why is my car so DIRTY!!! Clearly they don t use gloves when getting in a customers car. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Besides all the other factors I will never use/visit a AAA car care service again!!! This was my first and last visit! PERIOD!!! Everyone please cross check/double check your pricing and services that they suggest you need.

If you need AAA administrative services, please note that this office does not keep the same hours as the service center for getting your car worked on. The administrative side closes early especially on Saturdays.

Went for international driver license. One stop shop including passport photos, license, etc. In and out in 10 mins. Both of the front desk people were super friendly.

I have been a loyal card carrying AAA members for years!In the past, they were there when I needed them the most!But here lately, I'm beginning to question them!I called the Toco Hills office to inquire about some documents that I needed to travel with!The phone call was routed to another office that couldn't help me!I was given the email address of the person that I was trying to contact at the Toco Hills office!I sent an email to that person, and to this day, I have not received a reply!Luckily, I was able to get the documents that I needed from the airline!If not for their roadside services, I would honestly take my loyalty somewhere else!Really AAA?#AAA

Came in to get an international driving permit. I was helped immediately by a kind lady. The place is bright & clean. The entire thing took 10-15 minutes. They took the photos for me as well, for a reasonable extra charge. Total was $32. So much easier than I expected. Best customer service I ve had in a minute.

I was out of town my van over heated and I called AAA. They came and picked up my van. On Jul 4th, and they delivered to TOCO Hill Car Care Center in ATL GA.I called Jul 5th early that morning and the service advisor was a aware of my vehicle being dropped off. I explained what happened. They got on it right away I told them I was from out of state and they knew from my tags. I had to be back on the road Jul 6. They diagnose the problem and fixed it. I was so grateful.

Towedmy car there because it won t start.Everyone was on their phone and it took a while for someone to even acknowledge I was standing there. Finally they told me they could not even look at my car to see what was wrong until Monday even tho it s 1pm on a Saturday - they close at 4 and there was no work being done. They didn t even ask me any relevant questions to see if they could help. I also filed a complaint with AAAService: General repairs & maintenance

We recently had the unfortunate experience of finding a flat tire with one of our vehicles. Fortunately AAA helped us out very quickly getting back on the road, and they recommended this store secondary to being part of AAA. We called in advance, where the representative noted they were currently quite busy, but would assess the tire to determine if it could be completed that day. We had already find the nail, and it seemed likely all it needed was a quick patch.Upon arriving at the store, we were met by a very unfriendly employee who was rude and condescending to my wife. He outright refused to even look at the tire saying they would not even look at the tire or assess it because they were so busy. Why did we risk our lives driving on a dummy tire in the rain and wasting an hour of our lives driving to and from here if we were going to be greeted this way? It would have been nice if they would have told us on the phone they wouldn't even welcome us in the door if we came. Having been a member of AAA for over 15 years, this is definitely the worst we've ever been treated.We ended up going to another tire shop (which was in the opposite direction of this store) and had the tire quickly patched within 2 hours and have thus far had no problems.

This shop tried to scam me out of $7000. I definitely wouldn t recommend this place if you need them to assess any potential issues on your car. I recently had my 2018 Kia Optima break down and had to get it towed here. They told me they d need to run a diagnostic test to determine the issue. By the way, it s $135 just to run the diagnostic test unless they can t determine what s wrong. They call me back a day later citing the engine is the issue, and can replace it for $7000. They would not admit that Kia has a lifetime warranty on these engines and replaces them for free. When I brought it up, the man on the phone said, Oh well I guess you could do that after some back and forth. I ended up having it towed to a Kia dealership, where they determined the engine was not at all faulty. Instead, the battery was dead and there was a leak in the oil pan: a much simpler and cheaper problem. This shop didn t even test my battery (which should be the first thing looked out when a car won t start), or mention anything about the oil pan. I think they re trying to take advantage of the recall on some of the Kia engines. I m glad that I took it somewhere else, or I wouldn t have a working vehicle. Please take your vehicle to a different location if you are looking into unknown problems. This shop is only looking to make a quick buck.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been at AAA Toco Hills for basic car work and had a good experience but this time I had an engine smell so needed a RVH INSPECTION. They called me with a quote of over a thousand dollars to do the Valve gasket covers and tried to tack on another service that at this point was unnecessary. According to local prices they overcharged me for the work and my car still had a burning smell for over a week after the work. I went into the shop and the person I spoke with was nice but no one ever called to follow-up. I am not recommending this place for car service.

Came to this shop on 3 different occasions and they started out great. After bringing my grandmother PT cruiser George did not communicate effectively. Jack was MOD and tried smoothing it over but as for me we have to find a new auto car care center. We drove over an hour & half one way to have things not done properly. We are women of understanding when it comes to our cars but at the end of the day the service just didn't match AAA in Gaithersburg, MD. It wasn't so much that we wanted refunds or the credit of the tow back on account as stated but just to get the straight facts whether they could or could not fix the issue at hand. Happy Holidays gentlemen!
