I've used A Plus on 3 different cars and they do great work! Equally important, Bernard is courteous, efficient, punctual and priced competitively. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs headlight restoration or windshield repair.

Bernard is very professional, friendly and prompt. He s an excellent communicator, confirming what window needed to be replaced as well as letting me know when he s on the way. He also cleaned up the broken glass inside my car. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of auto window repair/replacement. A+ turned a very frustrating experience (car break in and robbery) into a smooth repair.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough! Bernard is so professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to fit me in the same day, which was incredible. My windshield looks amazing, he repaired a crack and it looks like new. I will definitely be using A Plus Auto for any future needs. Support small business! 10 stars!

Awesome windshield repair! Can hardly notice where crack was. Came out much better than I expected. Service came within 40 minutes of call and completed within 30 minutes. Also at good price. Technician Bernard professional and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I needed my door glass replaced that day in order to go out of town the following morning. Bernard returned my call almost immediately, and after a few hours my glass was replaced perfectly! He was great at communicating the price, type of glass, timeline, etc. and turned my stressful situation into a pleasant experience; not to mention it was almost $100 cheaper than my Safelight quote. Can t recommend this place enough!

Service was quick and Daniel, the owner, as well as his employer I spoke to, were very friendly, professional, and informative. Daniel replaced my windshield and recalibrated my front windshield camera at a reasonable price. He also traveled to me which was very convenient. It also includes a warranty. Incredible service from Bernard and A Plus. He repaired a chip on my windshield and restored my headlights to brand new. The work was quality, prices were very reasonable, and it was so easy having them come to my home. Will definitely book again in the future.

Absolutely top notch service from the initial call to the install. I could not be more impressed and pleased that I went with these folks to replace my cracked windshield. Daniel Patterson operating Gwinnett Glass came within 48 hours of my call and did a stellar job. The attention to detail for fitting the glass (given the impact near the frame) to cleaning everything up was beyond my expectations, especially given previous experiences with larger national chains. Communication was fantastic.Definitely go with these folks for your windshield repair!

These guys are amazing. Special thanks to Danny and his brother. They literally came through(at a location of my choosing) and work their magic. Something I thought that was gonna take 45min-hour to do, they did it until 20 minutes. If you need windshield restoration, call these folks. They ll hook you right up.

Bernard just left from doing my headlight restoration and I can't say anything but great things about A Plus! He came earliier than my scheduled appointment (which I greatly appreciate), he was verii polite and did an awesome job! I am sooo glad I found his business foreal. Very impressed with this company. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get someone out that same day, in fact they were able to be at my house in about an hour after I called. I worked with Bernard who was my technician and he was super kind and professional. Was able to get me squared away in a timely fashion with good value. 5 stars, highly recommend if you need any chips or cracks repaired in your windshield.

A Plus windshield repair is hands down the best company to repair your windshield! From start to end receptionist who answered was so amazing and polite. Pricing was very fair as well. I was able to get in the same day! Daniel came to my home within just a few hours after calling! He called me and updated me with his ETA. He was efficient and professional. Very quick and great work done. Whole appt only took him less than 45 mins. He also made sure everything was done correctly before leaving. Super amazing and thankful for them! Thank you A Plus!

A+ Windshield Repair fixed a crack in my windshield and the service was indeed top tier. Very professional - the process was quick, the price was good and the response time was next day compared to two weeks that was quoted to me from a national company. Used this company recently for a broken windshield for a vehicle I use for one of my businesses and customer service was excellent from start to finish. Received a same day appt and Symien, the technician who came out was professional and courteous. Would recommend and will use this company again for any needs . Great service .

I recently had my front passenger's side window completely smashed in and needed a quick replacement. After searching around for options, I came across A Plus and noticed they come straight to your location to perform services! Not only did this save me so much time having to wait at a repair shop or dealership, the process was so quick, painless, and relatively cheap! The A Plus representative arrived to my house on time and was super friendly and professional. 45 minutes and only $300 later, my window was replaced and better than new! I highly recommend A Plus for any glass repairs/replacements.

Caught a rock on I-285 this morning. Had a meeting in Decatur but live in Marietta. Called A-Plus and was able to schedule an appt at my home for later in the afternoon. About 10 mins later got a call from Bernard who offered to come to my location in Decatur within the hour. He arrived promptly and professionally made the repair. Unbelievably great service! I highly recommend A Plus and specifically appreciate Bernard.

I do not usually leave reviews, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I ve had with a business.I had to get my windshield replaced on site so it could be calibrated.The answering service was very professional when scheduling and I was told that someone would call within 24 hours to set up a shuttle. I was told the shuttle moves people or the car. No one called within that time so I called back. I was told I could be dropped off at home if I drove my car to the shop and picked up so I could drive my car home.I was lied to about there being a shuttle service to drop me off at home while I waited for the work to be done. The owner offered to drive me in her car, but didn t offer a way for me to get back to the office so I could drive my car home.I was never told that the technician broke my rear view mirror until I checked out the car for myself. If I wouldn t have pointed it out they would ve just let me with the cheap replacement the technician put in. They did get the factory part and replace after I requested it to be replaced. I had to wait at home for several hours after they finished their other jobs so they could come and put the mirror on.The owner said she works in the front office so she didn t know that the mirror was broken when she was in the back with technician for the majority of the time the work was being done.I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want honesty and quality work done right.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Bernard is fantastic! He responded immediately to my online request for an appointment and was able to squeeze me in the same day. He is super professional and knowledgeable and did a great job with the repair. I've used the larger outfits (you know the ones that advertise on TV), but he is SO much better. AWESOME! Daniel Patterson replaced my 2018 VW Tiguan windshield in the parking lot of where I live (in the rain) with no issues. He was SUPER easy to communicate with and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend booking a windshield replacement with A Plus!

Service was absolutely amazing. This was the first company I ran across that did mobile headlight restoration and when I saw the reviews I booked without looking any further. I was able to get an appointment the next day and Bernard did an excellent job on my headlights. He was extremely professional and called beforehand to let me know that he was enroute. the job took no longer than 45 mins. Would definitely recommend A Plus!
