This is the worst company when delivering parts to the mechanics to fix a customers car! The mechanics at Franks Automotive have had my car up and ready to repair since 9 AM. It is now 12:28pm and they are still waiting for these people to bring the part so that they can change out my thermostat and housing. Today is July 10, 2023 and I am the only customer sitting here since the doors open because this company keeps lying to the service writer @ Franks Automotive. She called them 5 times and keep saying the parts will be there in 15 minutes. They don t care because they are not the customer waiting hours upon hours upon hours!

This was my first time ordering from 1-800 Radiator. I was looking for a radiator for my daughter's car. I was able to get it the same day.I really appreciate that they have multiple locations which were convenient to me.Also, I found out that they sell catalytic converters. You can't go wrong with this company. They offer a lifetime warranty. As you know nothing lasts a lifetime.

They have the ability to please the customers looking for radiator related products or a/c parts fuel pumps water pumps thermostat parts and more.
