I went to this place everything looked great on the outside. Good cars all with car fax on them I finally saw one I wanted and asked to test drive it. There was no one on lot to help me that day. So I called back then next day and spoke with the owner about what I needed to get the car. her attitude with me at first was rude. She claimed she couldn t help me because of a personal issue with my job. which I ve been at for over a year owner only fixed her attitude when I mentioned how much money I was willing to put down on the car. I will not be buying a car from them due to this issue. This place is unwilling to work with people even if they have the money in hand.

I bought a car 11/13/2023.. it has now been about two weeks and the car is not drivable. I was in need of a car and seen they had a car in my price range. The car has started smoking because it has a leak from the transmission. Along with a couple other issues. The Wayne guy lied through his teeth and said they do not have a on site mechanic to look at the cars and i was told to bring my own mechanic! All lies because they have a shop connected to the building and I was never told to bring my own mechanic. I called to see if we could work out some type of deal, them go half on repairs or get me in a new car. The attitude from the man and women in that place is disgusting and disrespectful! You would think they would have some small feeling of guilt because I did come up there with my two kids and explained my situation. I had been looking for a car for months due to the amount of money I had to spend. I have found a lawyer that is willing to take the case and I will be taking them to court! All I wanted was my money back or to be put in a different car but now things have to be taken to the next level. I do not recommend getting a used or brand new car from these people at all.

My son just bought a 2016 chevy malibu in October 2023 it's now Jan 2024 we found out the car had a bad oil leak from the vaule cover gasket which is going to cost $1700 had to put oil in the car at least once every two weeks the the engine started to lose power won't go over 20 mile per hour with enough oil I took it to the shop and it also needs a fuel pump too which will cost $1500 so they basically sold him a lemon I will be filling a lemon law claim and also report them to the better business bureau

Got a 2015 Nissan Altima. Runs great. Friendly people that help me out with finding something to fit my budget. No complaints at all.

The staff are extremely nice, but the owner is a complete jerk. We went in to purchase a used Honda, money in hand, and were already purchasing the insurance policy. During the test drive, we noticed some vibrations in the car and decided have our mechanic check it out. Mechanically, the car was fine except for an issue with the brakes that our mechanic told us to address with the owner to see if he could have his mechanic tune it up before we purchased it. Even if he declined, we would have still purchased the car and took it to our mechanic. Because the car is for me, and I'm pregnant, my husband wants to sure that it is safe. However, when my husband brought the matter to the attention of the owner, his attitude was so asinine and contemptibly obnoxious we decided to just leave without it.Money wasn't the issue. Even the brakes weren't the issue. But Wayne, your attitude stinks.

I purchased my daughters first car from this place. For the most part they have some pretty decent late model vehicles. Pre covid they were way better than they are now. Their service skills really suck now. Payments now have to be made online you no longer can enter the office if they're that afraid I don't know how or if they do test drIves now. My biggest complaint is the ridiculous and I do mean ridiculous convenience fees they charge just for paying them THEIR money online you charging ME to pay YOU wth. Who's profiting from this, probably hundreds of customers x convenience fee. Sure some goes to outside source I'm sure but almost certain a portion goes to them as well. Not to mention the now ridiculous late fees. Definitely my first and last time patronizing this establishment...

I bought my very first car from therm back in 1996 and mrs Ann was the best then and when I bought my car back in 2017 she remembered me and was so kind and nice and very understanding of any situations that I had going on. I'm still in my car now from 2017 still no problems. I recommend them to a lot of ppl. They are the best used car lot here in athens. I love them.

Excellent choice of vehicles! Weekend hours are insufficient, especially when target customers are usually outlooking for automobiles on Saturday and Sunday!

Brought car within 2 months throttle was going out. They charged me to fix it. Before year was up engine went out.Never will buy another car from them and strongly states nobody else do. Neighbors didn t listen and within a yr her car was down. So don t waste your money 10,000 I can t get back

If my dog could drive, I wouldn't buy a car from here. These cars are NO GOOD. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A NEW CAR DEALER.

Bought a car from them ,the next day the car started messing up, found out the windshield was leaking, long story short had a whole list of problems,, called and told the dealership had nothing much to say. I understand as is but get some qualified people to check these cars out.

This is second car that we have bought from them.. No issues with car. We did fall behind a couple of times went up there spoke to miss ann. She was understanding but firm that we must catch up. More then happy with the thought of buying anouther one from them when the time arrives. Also the first van we bought is still running and now my daughter is driving it... ( 4 years ago)..

Got behind by a little. Tried to talk to them about it. No one was willing to call me back after several attempts. Then they show up while I'm watching tv and get in the car and use their key to take it. Send me a certified letter the next day since they were closed that day...well planned...and tell me I have 8 days to pay the loan and fees IN FULL!! Not just the bit I was behind. Now I'm stuck struggling not to lose my job and with bad credit. Scam artist at work here. I even paid 1000k extra ok my down payment.

My Lexus ran good had no problem with my car and Ann was very nice to me. Very good car until a lady hit me head on. Thinking about going back .

Wayne is a man of character! I bought my second vehicle way back in 1998 it was a Cadillac I owned it till it was stolen great car at a great price! Highly recommend Wayne!!

Well first suv loved it good car she was helpful the first time She was very nice this time at first 48 hr later not I ll let you know what happens when I get there Monday September 18 today 20th I ll seems up to this point I m sorry I went back there for a car I ve been done better buying out of peoples yard and was done better after the sale Now I know and you as well

I will never buy another car from these people ever. The owner and his wife attitude is horrible. We had our van about two months and the transmission started to go bad and the brake system was bad too we went through brakes like crazy. So please try to look other places before coming here.

First car was great 1998 Honda Accord lx paid to much for it I purchased was a good car still runs but it s time to find another dependable car 2016 purchase a 2008 mercy moutnier in Jan 2016 didn t last 6 months transmission went out tires dry rotted I stop paying on it I lost 3,800 Wayne attitude sucks supposed to got back with me took over a year before he fixed it and sold it never again
