I have to say these guys are the best.seriously. They stayed late just to make sure I had the right car. The lady was super Laid back and chill. Gonzo got me in my ride. One that made since for my lifestyle. And the other guy was hilarious and amazing. He cheered me up when I thought insurance was going tk mess the process up. He said he would stay and wait for the fax even after closing. Plus hes a great photographer. . Seriously. Go get you a car from this place. They don t lie to you about stuff like other salesman do. They are very straight forward. If you get to know them, they will straight up tell you if you re picking a car that won t fit your lifestyle or may cause you issues money wise. I was going for a totally different car. One that would have made THEM more money. But they didn t hesitate to warn me about how high the insurance and maintenance would be. They are honest people. I can tell it s more than just selling cars to them. They don t judge and work with you on down payments. This is the best group of people I ve ever bought anything from. And I m a businesswoman myself. So if I m bragging on someone else s skills. They ve got them! Plus they are Very sweet and honestly fun to be around the office with while you re waiting. Come here. I don t lie on my ratings. Come to Atlanta highway us Auto and get your car.

The sales people here are very helpful and understanding. I love that this place offers financing to people who might not have good credit, but have a steady income source (this is the major determining factor, not one's credit score). The only complaint I have are the outrageous interest fees which were not explained to me until I was already signing papers. But that is not the fault of the sales team, as it's probably standard protocol across the company to do it that way. I've had my car for almost 2 months now and it's been great to me for long commutes!

I assisted my mom in her purchase. I read the contract and it was outrageous. I began asking questions abs the man began telling me no one else is allowed in when signing contracts. I advised him I ve bought multiple cars and that s never the case. I continued reviewing and noticed he d skin a $5k car warranty and explained it to my mom and had it removed. Now I m reading all over about people s warranties not being upheld bc of this company s current Chapter 7 bankruptcy. My mom bought carshield warranty instead for $99 a month and their service has been awesome. All people with current loans but this company is in bankruptcy and my understanding permanently closed THEY CANNOT TRANSFER your contract. You are not obligated to a new agreement with a new company send WESTLAKE a debt validation letter to begin and free yourself from this company

Gonzo was so helpful and took the time to make sure my mom had a perfect fit! They really worked with her budget and was so nice! Alec took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we were informed at every part of the process.

Let start off by saying Gonzo is truly the best and truly cares for his customers!!!! Brought car US Auto Sales didn t have maybe 3 weeks and the engine blew. He immediately was on the ball of trying to help me get this situation fix. Unfortunately the car was not fix able and he still went out of to find me another car. The whole office went through hell back for me but I definitely have to give to Gonzo!!! He s the man!!!!!

Me and my fianc� tried many places before finding this place here in Athens, Ga. We personally loved how everyone was so friendly and helpful and most importantly how honest everyone was. Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Reginald and loved the way he treated me as a person rather than just a customer. He took the time to find out more about me and my family and more than just the money side of things. Definitely suggest anyone looking for a vehicle even if you don t think it s possible go talk to the great people at us auto sales and they will do there best to get you into a great trustworthy vehicle just like they did me. Don t forget to ask for Mr. Reginald and he will be more than happy to do whatever he can to help you out.

The ABSOLUTE Worse! Do not buy a car here! Apparently this is the only place that does not know we are in a pandemic. I have 4 more payments and cant wait to be done! Never again. You've been warned. They do not work with you at all

Great experience, fast service!! ASK FOR NIKKI!! Loved her!!UPDATE: I had my car 3 days and the break fluid hose had a hole in after Pep Boys had 3 days that finally gets fixed, and then I received a call about a transmission, so I m currently still without a car. The rental was only covered for 1 day and I still had to come out of pocket for that.

I had a great experience at this location. Working with Gonzo was a pleasure! He took the time to explain everything that I had questions about. He is very knowledgeable about cars! The entire staff has great customer service. The car that I wanted was not at their location, so made a way for me to get my car transported within the same day. I'm very satisfied and I do recommend US Auto Sales Athens, GA.

Fantastic experience all around! Gonzo and Michael are the best, but the whole team is great. Filled up my tank so the way since I had to come back after I got the car and when I had to return to fill out more paperwork they filled the tank again! These guys go above and beyond and definitely aren't your average "stealership". Would recommend to anybody needing a car without great credit or much cash for a down payment. They work with you for anything.

Went in yesterday in desperate need of a car. Nikki was nice. Told them we had 1000 but would prefer less for down payment. They said no problem so we waited over an hour for approval. Then they needed 15% which for the cheapest car on the lot was $2700. I understand trying to make a sale but if you know we don't have enough for ANY of the cars' down payments, why did you make us wait. Yeah, you approve 98% of people, but when the down payment is impossibly high for people with no/low credit, you're not REALLY approving them. Also, "we don't use credit, we use employment history", so why did you checkour credit and then base our down payment % on it. Idk.. Nice people but waste of time if you don't have thousands

Gonzo was awesome! (Everyone in the building as a matter of fact.) I ve always been so iffy when it comes to used car dealerships. (I m extremely skeptical.) I can honestly say, I had the best experience. I 110% recommended anyone in the market for a newer car, to give US Auto Sales your business! I was able to get THE CAR I wanted for the price I wanted WITH a reasonable down payment. (Not to mention the payment plans for your down payment too .) Thanks to EVERYONE working that day..Carl, Gonzo, Alan and Bonnie! You guys are the best.

My husband and I bought our first vehicle from here yesterday. Michael and Allen were both phenomenal! This is my husband's first time buying a car and they made it the most memorable experience for him! They were extremely understanding of our situation and did their absolute best to find us something affordable and functional for our family. We are beyond pleased with the service! I would like to say that my experience here has been absolutely great. I had to purchase my second vehicle from US Auto sales (Athens). The staff as a whole was extremely helpful in helping me find not only my first vehicle but also my second. I want to give a special thank you to Michael Hendrickson. I appreciate the time and effort you spent in helping me on such a busy day. Thank you for not only being a great salesman but also a friend. Gonzalez was very patient and honest. He understood what my family needed in the size and features of the car and our price range. Not only him Mr. Alan was A-1 all the way being the Manager. He work wonders for us and got the best ride for us. I can say that I am one pleased customer.

Michael and Alan were so helpful! We came to get a car and we left with one. No headaches and it was easy. They are based on income not on credit which is great for people like us who are but starting out. Great people who really want to help you get on the road.

We shopped our car around several places around town and Pow was able to get us a better deal than anyone else. The whole process took less than an hour and we had our money when we left! Pow is also the man to talk to for restaurant recommendations! Next time I need to buy or sell a vehicle, Pow will be the first person I call!

They Great for getting you in a car.... Advertising stated $500 down ,when I got there they demanded more Money dwn ( illegal) ,so now I had to give up THOUSANDS.... Now I get off after they close and I CANNOT HANGOUT on a phone as I'm @ WORK so I can PAY BILLS ( them included) and on the 4th day they will turn your vehicle OFF ( it's stated the 5th day) ???? The WORST, PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my husband just purchased a vehicle from here and the experience we had was awesome. They were very professional and helpful. I had a guy ALEC HARPER who helped me and he was awesome I definitely would recommend coming here. Especially if your credit isn't that fair they will more than likely get you approved for something, and if they dont have with you are looking for on their lot they will transport a vehicle from one of their other locations. Make sure to STOP by here if you are looking for a vehicle!!!

Awesome sales team!!!! I visited Gainesville then Lawrencevile locations and to say the least I wasn't impressed with the customer service. However, I went to Athens and met with their Amazing sales team who actually went to Columbus and got the car I wanted. Thank you for your Awesome customer service you are greatly appreciated!! The guys here at US Auto Sales in Athens, Ga was absolutely amazing. Alan Pepper and Carl Whitworth were very understanding and had awesome customer service!!!! I'd refer my friends to US Auto Sales in a heartbeat. They both went over and beyond to assure me that i got the best deal possible. It was the car buying experience I'd expected. I also dealt with Bobbie Pinkstaff to sign all of my paperwork. These 3 wonderful people were absolutely amazing!!

My experience was awesome. Gonzo and Allen were great! The went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and I walked out same day with a car. The cars are all nice and newer. Great experience!
