Take 5 Oil Change has won my family's loyalty!I wish I had gotten the technicians names that helped me yesterday. I have a Prius and was overdue for an oil change and I was told it would be $99 for the oil change with the oil I needed. I agreed, but then when the mechanic looked at my oil he told me and showed me- my oil was topped off and totally clean. He said with these hybrids the oil sometimes lasts a very long time. I had been going to the Toyota dealership every 3,000 miles until my husband said how nice and helpful the people at this Take 5 were....long story short, I'm glad I went because no one at the dealership ever said my oil didn't need changing!!! Thank you and just know we will be telling everyone to use the honest folks at this Take 5!!!!

Take $50 would be a better name for this establishment because that's how much more I paid for the same service from my regular go to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. The service was fast and friendly, but I've never had a problem elsewhere. This place recently opened up a bit closer to home, so I decided to give it a shot. Should have pulled out as soon as I saw the pricing, but I didn't want to be rude.

As always, Take 5 did an amazing job! Israel especially was incredible. He was super friendly, a great upseller, and gave me the best advice. Cookie always makes sure everything is in order and the manager is always on point! I can t rave about this place enough. You get the vibe of family when you come here!

Friday April 12th 2024 6:30pm pulled out. The lady that s working at this time is absolutely rude. I had a few questions and I couldn t even ask as she cut me off with an answer that she thought was ok. Then she wanted to walk off and shake her head. I was being nice and she was very judgmental as I was over on my oil change and she said you should change your oil. She was just rude and for this I ll never go to another one of these again.

This place is awesome. Great workers. They explain everything and go over things about your vehicle. They don't pressure you but explain things that are important. I needed a new air filter and wipers and they went over all options. Was in and out in 20 minutes. They even looked at a rattle noise for me and gave me advise. I will be back.

My technicians Cookie and Israel were amazing the whole time. They helped me out tremendously and had a great sense of humor! I will definitely be back, probably my new go to place!

If you can say getting an oil change is a pleasant experience then this was it! Just sit in your car and they take your info and work on your car. You can see what they do and all the safety checks before you leave. And its really quick and thorough. We listened to music in the car and didn't even have to get out to pay. Everybody was friendly and really quick but did the job great. My new oil change company! Try it you will like it!

I went to take five to get an oil change. The first thing an employee did was ask me how I was doing and she gave me a bottle of water, which was really nice. She told me to pull into bay 3 behind another vehicle and they serviced me shorty after that. They were nice and friendly. They showed me my engine air-filter and how nasty it was and asked if I wanted to install a new one. I wasn t expecting to spend any more money than what an oil change would cost, but after they checked over my whole vehicle I ended up getting an oil change, replaced engine air filter, and they emptied and replaced the coolant running through my radiator. I was very happy with the money I spent and the service I got. I will be back because I was very happy with how thorough and friendly they were.

I had misunderstood the information printed on the windshield "sticker" from my previous visit. A bright and very helpful young man interpreted those contents for me and topped off my oil. Very pleased with the service I received.

The best car service I've ever had. These guys are definitely worth going to! They examined my subaru to make sure all of my fluids were good and politely answered all of my questions. Rather than trying to scam someone that does not exactly keep up with her car's maintenance as often as she should, they provided excellent customer service and gave me the best deal on what was needed. Plus, I was in and out of there in no time! 10/10 would recommend and obviously my car (Garth) and I will be back!

love this place! definitely only takes less than 10 minutes. they have you in and out. not sure if $100 is appropriate for a oil change. but i m not sure. it s whatever i do not mind giving them my business

Wonderful service! Made recommendations on things that I didn t noticed. I am a travel nurse and I need to be as safe as possible. This was our first time visiting Take 5. Hunter was very informational. The entire crew worked together as a team and got us in and out. They explained every step of the way to us and asked if we had any questions after we were complete. We will definitely be visiting this location again soon.

Easy in and out oil change. Stay in your vehicle. Kinda pricey though. Be sure to google a discount which takes some of the sting away.

I asked if they could change oil on a diesel. He answered yes. They did not know the correct oil to use, they almost stripped out my oil pan plug and I told them to please stop and I left. They had already removed my sticker and taken my oil filter out. Was a waste of 20 minutes. Will not go back for sure with any of my vehicles.

Great experience, was in and out very quickly with very little upselling. Although I chose to go here because they use mobil1. So I was already wanting their top level service. Cookie was amazing

Isreal and Cookie(?) i think fhat was her name, but they were both very friendly, even with me pulling up last minute and also dealing with my behind the times work truck They were thorough and effcient. Price was right too. IF YOU HAVE TO GET THE BASIC, BARE MINIMUM OIL CHANGE IT IS $50, NOT BAD, BUT COUPON IS NOT VALID FOR C9NVENTIONAL OIL, fyi.
