Went in for what I thought was a muffler issue & they found 2 bolts missing holding my engine in place- replaced those & no more loud noise!! The Jeep even runs SO much better! Nice guys- fast great service & the cleanest shop I ve ever been to! They are now my go to shop! Thanks guys!!

I got my spark plugs changed here. I originally asked for spark plugs and coils, but it turns out I didn t need the coils. I appreciate how they didn t change the coils just to charge me more. I ll be going back for future repairs here.

Had a great experience with Sanchez Auto. Saved me a ton of money and had my vehicle ready in 24hrs. Juan and Francisco were super nice and kept me informed on everything. These guys will be my 1st choice from now on.

Great Experience!!!! my daughter attends University of Georgia and she had car trouble where it had to be towed, I picked out Francisco s place since it is very close to UGA and I don t regret it, he worked with us to received the car and he did warned me that they were very busy and that it would be two days before they could get to it. At the end it turned out to be a dirty air sensor that they were able to clean and get the car back on the road. My daughter picked the car up and it s been running good since (that was 4 weeks ago) and the price was very reasonable. I am glad I found Francisco s shop, I feel like it s a place I can trust, especially when you can t be there and you have to do things over the phone

Honestly as someone who has spoken highly of this autoshop, I am disappointed.They seem like nice people upfront, but I wouldn t recommend going here if you have no idea about cars.They tried to sell me a new differential for a power steering problem.Also when I got a fuel pump from auto zone they put it on incorrectly and after 7 months the car broke down and I have to get it done again at the new shop.They offered a warranty and to fix the situation if I towed it to them but I still don t trust them.They offer extremely competitive prices, but I would only go there if I had no other option in terms of money. They are also very professional, but untrustworthy.

Quick and professional with amazing prices. Great customer service. Mr. Sanchez is awesome as well as his crew. I drove an hour for his team to replace my muffler. Took 1.5 hours while others quoted 4 hours. I will use this business again. Added plus, the waiting room and bathrooms were comfortable and clean.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I ve been using Sanchez Auto since 2006 and very satisfied with his service. Never had to return my cars for the same repair , very honest about the issue concerning my vehicle and quickly responding. He will always my mechanic.

I just had an alternate replaced. Very expensive repair. Have had it replaced 6 yrs ago. Most of the time good work but this time I got my car back and the Headlights not working and thr check engine light is on. The car runs fine except for those 2 things. Something is out of place. I'm going to take it back tomorrow. They usually good about fixing there mistakes with no charge. I recommend them but check your car out before leaving the lot. I came after hrs this tim for pick-up.Service: Electrical repair

Went on 1-15-24, my blower fan went out and my mama recommend Sanchez and I am glad that she recommend Sanchez, he and his staff was friendly and professional and they fixed my car and I am very thankful and grateful for their service I highly recommend Sanchez and thank you again for your kindness and professionalism during my tenure,

I have been coming to Sanchez Auto for more than 15 years, and I have never had a problem with any of my 4 cars. Francisco will make sure your car is checked good and will tell you what is needed to get it fixed. They use original parts, without the big dealer sticker price. I trust this car shop and will continue to bring my cars here. The staff is nice and conscientious.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Disappointed in my treatment here. Car was not fixed on the timeline I was given, and also was side swiped while on their property. Was overcharged for replacing an alternator, the dealership offered to fix the problem for less.

Horrible service went in for a basic tune up ended being 3 weeks before I got my car back they broke the motor head On purpose my radio didn't work when I got my car back and they wouldn't help me with a loner or help with a rental seeing its my only transportation and my only means to to work. So I lost time from work and in extra gas money being paid out. However they did fix what they messed up. But the headache and heartache it caused me was heavy on me. It's not over! I have a 2018 wow wow wow

I had a great experience with Mr Sanchez and his team. In a multiple of counselors their is wisdom. I had a mechanical failure. That damaged a new part that was installed. It was a mystery that led Mr. Sanchez and I to a wonderful compromise. I appreciate Mr. Sanchez approach to solving our dilemma, he is a true PROFESSIONAL and I'am glad I gave him and his team the respect they deserve for their Craft and skill it helped all of us discuss everything amicably and I'am satisfied with my repair and future work I will bring them for their patient and concerns.

I had a great experience at Sanchez Auto. I had a disconnected pipe in my exhaust system and my regular garage recommended Sanchez because they had more expertise on repairing the exhaust system. I took it over there and they diagnosed and fixed the problem (welding a new section of pipe in) within an hour or so. And the price was very reasonable. I ve been going to Sanchez Auto for well over 10 years now. Sanchez and all of his staff is super friendly. I ve never had a bad experience whenever I go there. They tell me what is wrong with my vehicle and how much it ll cost to repair so I can make a decision. I ve never had to take a vehicle back to them for a repair that they fixed. Very knowledgeable and friendly

Really great experience. My daughter s axle broke Thursday afternoon and I drove it there for them to look at. Got a quote by 6pm and they fixed it the next day by 5pm! Fair pricing. Advised what was necessary and what could wait a while to fit my budget. Very friendly and easy to work with. Just moved to town and already found my local mechanic!

Since having any need of a mechanic in Athens GA, I have taken my car to Sanchez Auto and never have I had to call or complain. Excellent service and customer care. They give you a price and thats it. It s better than going to a dealer. i have had major, minor work on my cars and nothing to complain about. They will tell you upfront what a drive out price is. I recommend him to many people and I hear many people speak highly of him.( People I don't know or have ever spoken to)

Great work, fast, friendly n enjoyable atmosphere with reasonable rates. Unlike my last so called mechanic at Jimmy's automotive who kept finding issues with the truck n a simple water pump that cost 150, turned into over a grand n more till I took it n brought it to sanchez

I had my daughter's exhaust pipe, that was crushed when she backed over a stump fixed, and the people over at Sanchez Auto did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, while the other car repair shops pushed me to have the entire back section of the exhaust system replaced, which would have been very expensive, Sanchez suggested, and replaced only the section that was crushed thereby saving me over a hundred dollars!! They recently replaced my truck's front brakes, and performed an oil change, and lube which the mechanic did extremely well. Sanchez Auto has shown me that they indeed do care about their customers, and do a professional job in taking care of their customers' vehicles!Services: Exhaust, Brakes
