I hit a deer, and he took his time fixing my car. My car look great! He is friendly, honest and have great prices. Always he doing excellent and outstanding job! Frank did a great job and was very accommodating. My daughter needed some bodywork on her car and a taillight replaced. Frank ordered the part on my say-so (I live 90 mi away), and had the work done same day the following week. Don't be thrown off by his location. Bought a pick up truck out of Iowa. Unit had body damage and severe rust damage. Not being familiar with rust I soon discovered no body shop would touch it. They all said Rust is like a cancer . Seemed to be a canned phrase. My last call was to Roberts Body Shop. Frank advised me what it would take to properly repair the unit. He was very detailed and offered a solution for every issue. Gave me a reasonable price, a completion date, and worked with me through every phase. His work is fantastic and he is a man of his word. Frank takes pride in all his work and it definitely shows. I got in a pretty severe fender bender that ended up causing my car to break down. After searching and searching, I found Robert s Classic, read the reviews, and decided to use them. I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER, had such a good experience with any auto shop. Frank took his time, made sure it was absolutely perfect, patiently worked with the (pain in the you-know-what) insurance company, and communicated with me constantly throughout the process. Every time I called and said my name, he immediately knew who I was and updated me. My car was NOT an easy project. I got it back today and let me tell you, it looks BRAND. SPANKIN. NEW. And runs like a dream. I ll never go to another bodyshop if I can help it. Robert s is hands-down the way to go. I had a major mishap, but as always Roberts came through for me as promised. Frank is an excellent, dependable and no nonsense type of person. The quality of his service is so impeccable. Prices are much more affordable than a car dealer repair or big shop. He will have my business and everyone i know for life.

I called on a Saturday and spoke with Frank about reattaching a bumper. He said I could bring it in that day, but unfortunately I couldn't - so we scheduled for Monday morning. On Monday they had the car ready by 2pm and did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. I hope I don't need them again anytime soon, but if I do they will be my first call. I highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Frank is a true example of how anyone should run their business. He did a thorough examination of Dodge Ram and I trust his opinion. Frank was extremely kind and knowledgeable. This is the place for any body work you need!

Front bumper of my Honda Civic fell off. Frank took me in on short notice, fixed it in about a half hour. He did an excellent job and is affordable as well. I don t usually 5 star reviews but this one is well deserved.
