Travis is great! He is a nice mechanic and does good work. However, the administration is not great. After paying for one job that was not completed, I was charged for finishing it later. It was an unpleasant surprise to pay $800 for parts and labor and then be charged another $125 to just finish the job I already paid for in the $800 charge. I understand paying for work, but not being notified that it would cost more to finish the job I paid for made me feel blindsided.I called to ask about the charge and was told I was lucky for them even coming out. At this point I did not understand the hostility because they were late coming out to finish the work on the car by 2 weeks. I was not unpleasant and tried to be as accommodating as possible to their schedule. I also really appreciated Travis' work so I wanted to pay him something, but not $125 for work I paid for before hand. Anyway, the office coordinator reduced the charge by $25, which I appreciated, but I still feel like communication was poor all the way around. In short - by all means use Travis! He's great! However, just ask about all the charges up front, especially if they need to come back.

This place doesn t even deserve 1 star. These people are SCAMMERS, please take caution before doing business with them. My younger brother called them to come look at his car and do a diagnostic. He then proceeded to pay them the $85 deposit fee just for them to NEVER show up. I suppose the driver must have gotten lost, but they took no accountability for that, or anything else. When my brother called today to try to make things right from his personal cell phone number that they d been previously communicating through, hoping for a full or at least partial refund seeing as no services were rendered, his calls were forwarded. However, when I called from my phone immediately after, they coincidentally answered. The lady on the phone was very cold, rude and not willing to work with us at all. She stated that originally the wrong address was given, and when they went to said address there was no house, but she now has the correct address on file. I then proceeded to ask her what was the original address they d received, as well as the new correct address they had on file, simply to try to see where the confusion occurred. She tells me the original address they had, which was the correct address. She said that when the driver went to the address, it was an empty parking garage downtown. However, upon googling the address, you can clearly see a house appear as the reference picture, so I m not sure what happened on their end, but we gave them the correct address the first time. How they ended up in a parking garage downtown based on the address that was given is beyond us, especially since the address is nowhere near downtown Athens, but I digress. I then proceeded to ask her what was the correct address that she now had on file, which she then proceeded to stumble upon her words before telling me that the address is on her personal cell phone in her text messages, but she never actually took the time to give me the correct address. This is due to the fact that it is the same address we originally gave the first time. As the conversation went on, this lady continuously raised her voice at me and tried to talk over me, calling me argumentative for asking clarifying questions, and did not try to come up with any solutions at all. She stated that when they called my brother, he did not answer. This was due to the fact that he was actively at work and unable to answer the phone. My brother also told them that he would be busy, away from the house and his phone prior to them attempting to come out. In the end, she stated that Policy is policy and I m not about to argue with you , unwilling to remedy this matter, and mentioned how I wasn t even the customer. So now, due to poor communication, misunderstandings and drivers getting lost, we are out of $85 with nothing to show for it and we STILL have no diagnostic for the car. In this economy, every dollar counts. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone, unless you enjoy giving away free money and getting scammed.
