We just purchased a vehicle from here and my friend purchased hers from their several months ago. We can both say that the transaction was very fair, and the gentlemen who run the place are trustworthy. I know of many families who buy from Preston Auto and have their cars serviced there. The car that I purchased was for my 16 yr old son and I was wanting something that was safe and not too expensive- the car was perfect for him! They took care of us even fixing some things on it without adding to the original price of the car that was advertised...that is integrity! Thank you to Zach and Mark for making my car buying experience a pleasant one.

Absolutely amazing crew of folks to bring your car to.I took my car to a shop recommended to me by a coworker where all they would tell me was my car was old and I needed a new vehicle.At Prestons they listened to my concerns and in no time helped me out with getting my car riding smooth again.This will definitely be my new go to shop for anything that needs to be fixed with our vehicles.

Mark has went out of his way to help me find a car that I want (while most other dealers, new and used, are focused on forcing a sell).He s straightforward on the condition of the cars he sells, does his best to remedy any issues that enter into his shop, and still manages to price his cars fairly.I haven t found a car that fits my liking yet, but Mark has worked with me to narrow down some options and said he ll keep an eye out for them.In short, Mark is going to be my go-to with purchasing my next car - he has earned it.

Our experience with Preston in our used car buying experience was phenomenal. He gave my husband and I time, without pressure, before we made up our mind completely. Not only did we get a fantastic suv for our family we also got a company to continue buying our vehicles from.This man is true to his word and fixed several issues without any problems, after purchasing.If you're in the market for a trustworthy car salesman who knows the business, go here first!

I have known Mark Preston for nearly 20 years and his honesty and integrity shows in all roles of his life. My friends and I who have our vehicles serviced are always pleased with the quality of the work as well as the price.Mr. Preston goes above and beyond to help find the vehicle you want for the price you can afford. I bought my first car from Mark Preston at age 16 and I can t count how many vehicles I have purchased from him since then. I use him for all my maintenance and repair work as well. He always does a great job for a fair price! If you are looking for someone that is honest and does good work, I would highly recommend Mark Preston and Preston Diversified Automotive.

Hands down the most honest mechanic I have ever known, and I'm a skeptic about everything! The staff there literally went the extra mile(s) to not only determine what was was wrong with my vehicle, but fix it as well. Turned out to be a faulty part that was put in from another shop, 2nd time it's happened. I recommend Preston automotive for all your vehicular needs. Incredible man. Incredible staff. Genuinely and intentionally prioritizes the needs of his customers over all other factors. Thanks you guys!!

If your in the market for a good used car at a fair price, then I highly recommend Mark at Preston Automotive. I am more than 50 years old and have bought dozens of cars in my lifetime and I have never met a car dealer as honest, professional, and knowledgeable as Mark. He uses his skills as a mechanic when he hand picks the vehicles that he places on his lot. In my opinion, he has found the perfect balance with the quality and price that makes him the "go to guy" when I want a good value in a car.

I was referred to bring my 2003 Dodge RAM to their shop because of their excellent service, honesty and fair pricing. Previously I brought my truck to a dealership where they threw parts at the problem and never fixed my truck. Marc and Zach were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it within 2 1/2 days. I could not have asked for better mechanics, I will continue to bring my vehicles here for repairs and possibly buying a vehicle from them. They have set the standard and bar very high on how auto repair and sales should be.

For the first time in almost 10 years, I was in the market for a used vehicle. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with Mark at Preston Diversified Auto. We made the drive to look at a specific vehicle, which Mark was willing (perhaps eager) to give us a full disclosure of all the flaws the vehicle had (it is an 18 year old car, we weren't expecting perfection), which we greatly appreciated. He even offered us a discount for some minor hail damage the vehicle sustained on his lot during a recent hail storm. After we decided to purchase, the process was quick and painless. Mark is the polar opposite of what you would expect of a used car salesman that pressures you to buy and attempts to hide or make light of vehicle flaws. We will very likely return to his shop for maintenance, and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him in the future.

This is the first truly honest mechanic I've met. He is courteous, and will take the time to educate you if you're ignorant to the problems your vehicle is having. This is the only place that I'll allow to turn a wrench on my vehicles.

I love my purchases from Mark! A sedan, an SUV & a Utility Truck...great vehicles for a bundled price ! And, on-site Garage with friendly, knowledgeable Mechanics is a real bonus. Highly recommend u check out the website, then go see what else they just got in. My daughter and son-in-law can also give a 5 rating. We each of our choices!

One word to describe Preston auto; no two words: Honesty and Quality. I have been very pleased woth their service, knowledge and promptness. My wife and I bought a vehicle here and also continue to bring it and our other cars here. I wouldn't take them anywhere else after finding this place. I would recommend Preston Auto to anyone.

Mark has a wonderful reputation in the Athens area! That's the whole reason I decided to look for a vehicle there. I bought 2 vehicles there within a week! The customer service I received from Mark, Mary Elizabeth, along with everyone else on staff was above and beyond! I will purchase more cars here in the future and will have my vehicles serviced here as well!

Saved me a bunch of money on a catalytic converter replacement. Was told by another shop I needed a turbo replacement as well but took it here for a second opinion and was not only told I don't need a turbo but also was given a better price for the converter.Very nice people and very transparent.
