They always seem to have what I need in stock and always at a better price than anyone else. And friendlier service too. Had my oil pan in stock here! No waiting! O Reilly s has definitely moved to the top choice for me in my count-on parts stores alongside Autozone & Advance. Check them first and save a lot of stress from overpaying & having to wait on your part. A+ location here and in commerce too.

The guys were in some conversation with an individual who was obviously trying to return something he did not buy from this store. Rather than the entire crew make me wait until they figured this situation out to buy my quart of oil, one of the guys promptly cashed me out politely and I was well on my way. No complaints.

Easy in, easy out for oil - good O'Reilly brand oil, not so expensive and works the same. Lady manager, lady associate/clerk, impressive - READ THIS FEMINISTS who hate Conservative Women. Go to this store and SUPPORT THEM. Great customer service and (obviously,) a bit of a surprise that two women were the only one's there and I think that is great in the eyes of society and they were very professional and smart.

Needed a headlight replaced. I was shown all the options for my car. At checkout, Carl offered to go ahead and replace it.Carl took the time to replace the bulb on the spot! He was kind and very helpful. Give him a raise!

I had a great experience at O Reilly this week! I had a tail light that was out and the manager was able to help me replace it as it is difficult to access. Wonderful customer service and I will definitely return!

The old guy who works here is the most miserable, nasty person I've ever interacted with. I just needed a code read on my car.At first he refused to help me because I wasn't parked directly in front of their door. I actually had to move my car. Then I came back in and tried to get the attention of one of the other employees, but they just silently looked at this creep with absolute silenced fear in their eyes. I had no choice.Interacting with him made me question the very merit of living. He came out, plugged the reader into my car. It beeped. He hissed "P0401". Unplugged it. And went back in without another word.I googled the code myself and left to get some ice cream because, my god, anyone deserves a treat after experiencing that. The employee was a thousand eldritch horrors buzzing within the skin of a man that had long since passed and I still have not recovered.Every other OReillys I've been to has been great, though.

These guys are the nicest people ever! They changed my tag lights and rear wiper blades very quickly and they were SO friendly the whole time. Highly recommended

I needed an ignition coil for my Nissan and bought a Master Pro 2-50075 from this location. Out of the box it didn t work. Upon closer inspection, it was obviously used as it had dust collecting in areas. I returned it and was given a replacement. A quick look at it in store and it seemed ok. I installed it and 10 min later it quit working. As I looked closer, this item too was used. It had marks on it that were quite clearly not from manufacturing and it was also dirty in places, as was the box. I returned it for a refund since the store didn t have any new ones. I m really not sure how this kind of situation happens. I wound up buying a part from a different parts company altogether as I couldn t trust Oreillys after this.

Here's how the world works now... I need a product. I go online. I find a store that has it in stock. I order it. I go pick it up. This works at every store I go to... except O'Reilly Auto Parts. Turns out 'in stock' means it's in a warehouse in another city. Totally dishonest- and they know it. Thanks, O'Reilly, for wasting my time.

Had not so common part for older car IN STOCK. Props to staff too. Cool guys and put parts on hold and checked before I came to store it was in stock.

The third time is a charm. I decided to try and handle this locally again. Patrick and Keith (in Commerce, Ga) were excellent. Both lights work now because they took the time to look into the problem. I'm much better now.

Got the part I needed, but customer service was bad and the person helping me was rude.Edit: The part I was sold was not the part I needed. Went back and was able to exchange it for the correct part and they put it in for me. Night crew is worlds better than the morning crew.

Fast friendly service. If one store didn't have a part you can get it from another store. I like that there are so many of them like we have one on the east side of town the west side of town so you're more likely to find what you need

I had a new batteries FAIL and needed it to be Replaced I was told it was out of warranty the battery was less than a year old this was the Second Battery that they gave that was bad $169 to replace. They gave me TWO DEFECTIVE BATTERIES now want me to pay for a third. I ve been going to the Hawthorn location since it opened NEVER AGAIN
