Went in to get my battery tested - turned out it was bad. Bought another one and they even put it in for us. Can't argue with that. They did exactly what they were supposed to and did it in a timely manner. They were also very polite while they did it :)

I just literally stood by the cash register trying to buy two quarts of oil. The two ladies working never acknowledged me because they were shooting the breeze with their buddies. After 10 mins of trying to get their attention, I had no choice but to leave and go to Advance. Horrible service. Zero hustle, effort or customer service.

The man working there (Anthony) was super nice but hope that you don t get the lady with short grey hair. She was very rude to my daughter. She asked daughter if she had a dad and then said do you have anyone ?? My daughter is in college and we are 3 hrs away. This is bad for business. No need for that type of behavior.

Angela was super helpful and had the patience to pull out several sets of brake pads until we found the ones that would match my vehicle s (it s an import and thus the part # s do not match up). They refused to do this for me at auto zone. I will be coming back to o reilly!

Had what I needed, wiper blades, but tried annoyingly to becoming some kind of member. And the price of the blades was outrageous!

Store is always in disarray. Theft is rampant but management does nothing to mitigate. Long lines. Definitely don't try and call ANY O'Reilly Auto Parts. Instead of AT LEAST answering and asking if the caller would mind waiting, they just let the phone ring and ring until it stops. Good prices on parts- if you can get what you're looking for.

I came in yesterday and the staff was the best. They tested battery then charged it and tested alternator. I bought an alternator and they let me borrow some ratchet bits that I was missing this morning to install. I highly recommend this store and will continue my business with them from now on.

Josh was SO helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and honest with us about my (long-term) car issues. He totally fixed my car and put my mind at ease. I would 100% trust him and the O Reilly s staff with my car and probably my life. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Josh is the man and i will be exclusively going to O Reilly s for all of my car needs from now on!!! Couldn t recommend this place enough. & they do military discount! Give josh a raise

One of the best auto parts store in Athens. Great group of guys that take the extra time to make sure you get the right part. Offers a low price guarantee so I always get the best price on parts. Won't be going anywhere but here from now on.

The people who work here are always friendly nice and happy to help you in whatever ways they can, but prices are in line with brick and mortar stores in moose parts.You pay for convenience and having the part today, right now!The best feature, IMO, are the loaner tool sets and warranties you get when shopping here.Walmart will have cheaper prices on most items, but how many times has a Walmart employee change out your Windshield wiper blades or diagnosed your car or walked up and helped you get anything at all?

I went to several auto parts stores in the immediate area getting parts to change out brakes and rotors on my truck. I didn't realize there was that much difference in quality between stores. Everything about O'Reilly was better. I bought premium ceramic front brake pads from Advance Auto Parts, then bought the rear pads from O'Reilly. The brake pads were considerably better quality at O'Reilly. Also, the knowledge of the employees was superior. Some things I was told at Advance were not true, causing me to spend time and money that I didn't have to. Also, O'Reilly offers lifetime brake pad replacement. I was told Advance did too, but was told otherwise when I got there. It's O'Reilly for me from now on.

I give five stars but employees have a nasty attitude. She hollerd at my husband n said can u wait a min. I like aren't u a manager she said yeah I said u dont holler at any customer at all. She said will I'm busy I'm can't help it.

Ya'll, my car limped into the parking lot and they let me keep it there overnight. They helped me figure out that it was the alternator. They charged my battery enough to let me roll up my windows before leaving it overnight. AND they charged my battery for me overnight so that when the alternator is fixed there is no battery issue! Roderick is my hero. He was so helpful and informative. Thank you Oriellys and Roderick!!

I usually really like going to O'Reillys! But the day we went this time, good grief! The Customer Service was mediocre at best, & the guys working were so slow!! Of course Jordan or Tommy were not there!!

First time patron of this store. I went there because my engine light was on and they advertised free diagnostic readings. The readings were indeed free but I was recommended a $20 fuel additive that ultimately did nothing. Not so free.

Free battery diagnostics and corrosion cleaning. Offering market price match equipments. Young staff and wrongly diagnosed the working alternator to be faulty. But corrected their mistake and found dead battery. I recommend this place for others.

The workers were extremely helpful and patient with us when we came inside. Gave us great mechanic suggestions and really worked us through troubleshooting our issues.

The employees are efficient and friendly. They get 5 stars. However the company and corporate office gets a 1. Its hot in there turn the ac down for your employees and customers.

Though the man who rung me up wasn't in the mood to help me install my rear lightbulb.... Chris was and very pleasant to talk to while installing my lightbulb! Giving 5 stars towards him!

Employees act as if theybdo not want to be ag work, came in looking for a tool, was rold they didnt have it . I asked if it was another oreilly's in Athens, employees replies yeh but i sont know if they have the tool. ...sorry ..Never once offered to check , which i understand...i can check but at least offer....autozone would neva. Wont be shopping at o'Reilly or recommending them to anyone ever!!

My daughter took BMW X5 in bc battery died. The store did good job replacing battery but tested alternator and said it was bad and likely $1500 replace. We subsequently had alternator tested by reputable bmw mechanic and his tests indicated the alternator was 100% functional and even if it was bad replacement w parts and labor circa $450. Makes me concerned a female customer may get taken advantage of or alternator testing and prices suspect.
