Overall a very good store. They were able to locate an older part rather quickly using their neighboring stores and point me in the right direction. Really helpful staff and very polite and patient.

As always it's so easy to get what you need and go on about your business. That's the thing I love most when I got to have it them boys at the parts store man they make it to easy to get what you need and get you going

Store seemed well stocked and 2 guys behind the counter to help. Plenty of parking.Had all the essentials out front.Access is a little strange, you have to come in on a side road behind the building or cut through fast food parking lot. Not an issue, just a heads up.

I wish that I could choose zero stars, I walked in the manager and employees were eating and talking. I circled the store at least three times before finding the object I wanted to purchase; with no one asking to assist me. Once I approached the register I even asked the cashier why they weren t helpful and his response was... we don t talk much... would not recommend if you enjoy helpful customer service while shopping. NEVER AGAIN

An employee at this O'Reilly's "helped" my friend with her battery. We had someone call ahead and explain exactly what needed to be done for her vehicle - the battery terminals needed to be removed from the battery, tapped together, and put back on the vehicle. It was an electrical issue and we wanted to draw the electricity out. We found out after it took longer than expected that he didn't do what he was instructed at all. He tried to gaslight us by saying he wasn't told to touch the terminals together, but to take them off and wait a few minutes. When I insisted what needed to be done, he half-heartedly took one terminal off and tried to touch it to the other one, which was still on the battery. "They won't reach." Yeah, good because A) we told him to take them AWAY from the battery for a reason and B) he obviously didn't know what he was doing so just step away from the vehicle at this point. We found out later he laid the battery panel on top of the hot engine and it melted. We eventually found someone at AutoZone to actually help us. Maybe don't gaslight women and try to do a better job next time when someone tells you a simple task that needs to be done.

I have had a great experience every time I have stopped at this location. The associated always make you feel welcome and help you with a good attitude. I am never rushed or treated like a bother which happens often elsewhere. I recommend them highly, in fact I spend more $ than I would at another store for the same item(s).

Quick service and usually have what I need. Like everywhere else though they think way too much for the cheap Asian made products they sell.

Good quality tools and parts. A little more pricey than competitors. Manager in Hull is very knowledgeable and friendly, good guy. Not so many early 90s Toyota parts in stock but these things are getting old. All of my vehicles and machinery have o'reilly brand fluids that I trust completely and for a good price

Ordered in stock item online for curbside delivery on Wednesday. Never received notification that item was ready for pickup. Called to check status. Item supposed to be ready after 2 pm. Item found. Made arrangements to pick up item. A guy came out with a box that was opened. I told him to place the item in the back of my truck so I could inspect the box. Call the guy back and inquired why the box was opened. His excuse was to see if the item was in the box. I truly regret using curbside pick up. IF I use O'Reilly again it will truly be home delivery. I do not recommend curbside delivery at this store.

Decent location just be mindful of where you park or you ll get stuck in your spot by other drivers. Wish they had more parking.

They are always nice and friendly. Of course, when I go in I always spend a good amount of money, so I try to avoid it as much as possible. :) They are super friendly and always ready to help when needed.

Poor service, low stock, and price gauging on the cheaper brand stock they do have. I d recommend going to the next closest auto parts store.

I went in and asked for a part and the man behind the counter said they didn t have that part and that it was more of a factory part. He then asked if I needed anything else and I said I was looking for a thin 21 mil socket and he showed me exactly where it was and let me go see if it would fit. I m very satisfied
