Nissan of Athens has been taking care of myself and my family for over a decade. In the world of customer care and business in general, I m sure there s no finer human being than Jerry Booker. He has cultivated a culture of excellence at this location, and the service department is second to none. Serge has been my representative within the service department, and I cannot say enough good things about him and the way I ve been treated by the entire staff there. Tony has also been an integral part in making sure my needs have been met, both on my vehicle itself and me personally while I wait for service. I have no idea if this is how all Nissan dealerships are run, but this place is so amazing that I ll be a lifelong customer.

Great experience! I highly recommend service advisor Jonathan M. & his associates; they informed me of major issues with my Pathfinder before the symptoms got out-of-hand. My car wouldn t be driving today without them!

I booked an appointment online for an oil change for a Nissan NV 3500. Upon arrival it was unclear where to go and chaotic due to the remodeling and construction zones. An associate stopped me, confirmed with me that I was driving an NV, and then directed me to drive to the garage. I arrive at the garage and while it is busy, I m starting to feel ignored as I wait to enter. Another associate finally approaches me to let me know that he doesn t think my van, with its roof rack, can be accommodated; and he lets me know that this location isn t NV certified. I am turned away from getting an oil change and advised to call locations to confirm that they are NV Certified prior to arrival for an oil change. First, I suggest that associates know what their garage door clearance is rather than eyeballing and guessing if a vehicle can clear a door (my van clears 9 6 and the door appeared to be either 10 or 11 ). Second, if a location cannot service an NV 2500 or 3500, then it should not be possible to book an appointment for that make and model online: disable that option from the user interface and communicate to your user that the location is not NV Certified and cannot accommodate an oil change.

Service has been excellent so far. I haven't had an issue and they give veterans discounts. I have been using them exclusively since I got my car.

I was looking for a new-to-me car. The salesman (Blaine) was so patient with me. They showed me a few cars. None impressed me until the one I fell in love with. An hour later I drove off in it. I couldn't be happier!

Went there today to get an estimate for getting on a service for my windshield wipers. When they pulled up my truck the guy automatically (which I know is his job but still annoying) was trying to up sell me talking about my brakes which are working fine just because I got them done somewhere else. Then he told me it would cost 300 dollars to just open up the area to look at my wipers to see what the issue is and when I told me that no I m not paying 300 to just have them look that I don t have that kind of money (I was just wanting the estimate so I know what I needed to save to have the problem fixed) he started having an attitude with my husband and I. Never going back there again if that s how they treat people.

This is the best service a car can get, my car thanks me daily. Nissan provides a waiting area built for customers all the way! Free wifi, free sodas and snacks, TV for your viewing pleasure, clean restrooms...best of all, the guys that work here! So nice, accommodating, and very patient. I tend to be late a lot, I've never been turned down. Just wanted to give NISSAN SERVICE DEPT. A HIGH FIVE!!!

Before today I would sing this service departments praises, NOT ANYMORE!! I have been lied to and taken advantage of! I m highly disappointed in the professionalism of one particular service rep. Very nice service employees and they have complimentary snacks and drinks while you wait on your vehicle. Always bring my new Sentra to them for any maintenance.

Took vehicle in for service quote. Gave us a bogus quote for repairs that didn't need to be done for over $1000. Took to different repair shop and received honest repairs. Don't go to Nissan dealership!

I think they are reliable. Coming from California and not knowing any reliable local mechanic I felt like they were honest and reliable. They will tell you what services you need/crucial and some that will need servicing soon. The techs are friendly and helpful.

I know that there is a pandemic I get that, but when trying to schedule an appointment is awful. I was on the phone for over 14 minutes and the guy said I will be right back with you and never did. I use to like going their but after this I ll find a different way to get my oil changed.
