Everyone at this place is great. They work very hard to get necessary parts, do work arounds, and make sure that you can have your rv when you need it. Very patient with explaining things to newbies. I ve never felt that I am being taken for an unpleasant ride. I always feel that I am being treated fairly and respectfully. I feel lucky to have Athens as my home base so I can bring Turtle in for wellness visits whenever I am in town. Blake and crew will take good care of all if us. Say hi to April!

I was very happy that they fixed my blown out brake line , but very unhappy that they charged me $135 to air up my tires and an additional $13.50 because I didn't pay with cash.

I d give this place NEGATIVE stars if I could. They kept our camper for 2 months only for US to call for an update on the progress. They forgot about it and apparently when they did get to the problem we brought it in for, they went through and did a FULL INSPECTION and claimed everything was ok. We get it back and find water leaking when we turn on water pump. Water poured out with as much pressure as a water hose filling the inside and also found a massive crack in the water heater. I m no expert but if you pay for a FULL inspection, I would expect the water pump and heater to be checked. They also did not seal it as they claimed they did. These people are crooks avoid at all cost!

I was traveling from Maine in need of an emergency repair. Jake was very responsive and fit me in as soon as I could arrive. He provided excellent service and I was able to continue on my trip. Just bought our first travel trailer and wanted a few things checked out on it before our first trip. I called up Nash and they said they were about 3 weeks out for work. Since we had already planned a trip before the 3 week work wait time would have been up, they still let me bring the trailer by and they got everything done I wanted within 2 days and had it ready for pick up. All of the people I dealt with there were super nice and knowledgeable.I will definitely be taking my trailer there for any future work that needs to be done.

I bought a used camper (first mistake) and Took the camper there to get it checked for mold, leaks etc because my 2 small grandchildren will be living in it while we build. They kept it for 2 months and cleared it but when we got it back and hooked it up discovered the water pump was busted and the water heater was busted and discovered a leak this morning. Nash charged us over $1200 to seal the camper and give it a full check over. (The total bill was almost $3000 but we also bought a 5th wheel hitch) I don t think they did anything. How can you miss a busted water pump and water heater and leak? Total rip off. Stay away from this place. I m calling a lawyer today just for the principal.

While driving home to Kentucky from Florida the engine in my Class A motorhome started running rough. I was afraid to continue as we were approaching mountains. Fortunately Nash RV was close by, we called and they told us to drop by. They quickly confirmed it was a spark plug issue and had us on our way in 3 hours, two of which were waiting for the parts to arrive. The whole team were friendly and treated us well, thanks guys!

A very convenient location for me. Nice gentleman that work here. Very knowledgeable and quick to work things out at a fair price. Not everybody that owns an RV is rich. They work with you to get your problem resolved. Fixed my RV Money Pit.

We were passing thru the area and broke down. Nash was the only one who could take us in. It still took 2 weeks to get us fixed, but that's not their fault. It takes that long to get a new axle from the factory. Once they got it in their shop we were fixed the next day. An awesome local business that treats you like family ... even out of towners.

Nash has been servicing our 2000 Class A diesel pusher for about 4 years. During that time, we have successfully completed 2 cross country trips.We drive the nearly 50 miles to Nash RV because we trust that the job will be done right at a reasonable price. They also will service the coach as well as the chassis.Blake has even graciously been available to answer my many rookie questions even when the rig wasn t in his shop.Thanks to Blake and his team for keeping our rig road worthy.

Our local Athens company chose RV Nash to service our 28 foot mobile training lab. While in their possession to service, it was stolen from their property. A police report was filed.The trailer was eventually found 25 miles away from RV Nash s location. Thousands of dollars of equipment was stolen and the trailer suffered damage. This company is refusing to take responsibility.I would highly advise against leaving your property in their care. They are clearly not bonded and do not have insurance to cover your loss.I gave them a one star, but they deserve far less than zero. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!Services: Electrical, Brakes

There are no other like it around. They don't fix just what you ask, they thoroughly look and make sure you will have no issues on your next trip. Good luck on getting that at your big retail stores. Great people and great prices!

Had I camper for repairs for 3 months and have not touched it, was told we can fix it in 2 weeks.. at this moment Very Dissatisfied with them.. would not recommend them to anyone

It's a great place to find motorhome parts an RV parts jus a little pricey other than that it a great place to go for help jus don't forget your wallet you will need it lol
