Fantastic place! I got into a wreck and thought for sure my car would never be the same but Modern Body went above and beyond on making sure my car came out more than perfect. They were extremely professional, polite, and worked with my insurance company to ensure everything got fixed. Horrible horrible experience these people are so dishonest they told me my daughters car was fixed and when the adjuster came out there to look at it for diminished value she said the frame was fit in the car it was not safe to drive not only that but when I took it to the next body shop we open the trunk and they had sprayed all kinds of foam and under coating to try to cover up then when the other body shop took off the bumper they saw that the part the one new part that they had ordered had been hammered not bolted into the frame of the car these people are so dishonest and progressive insurance absolutely is the worst The frame of the car was bent and they sent my daughter back out on the road in a car with the frame BentServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Great work but very slow. Was told 5-7 days for repair. Dropped off 10 days ago and still waiting. Always an excuse !!!

Wow! What an amazing experience. This family ran business has excellent customer service. They are warm and friendly yet professional. I was treated well and kept in the loop every step of the way. Some shops will talk to you in a condescending tone but there's nothing but hospitality here which is hard to come by in the car service industry. I am very grateful I chose to work with Modern Body Shop and could not recommend them enough!Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle was in a minor collision and I took it here to get an estimate. I was familiar with Modern Body and Frame and their excellent reputation dating from the 1970's. They are a fine Christian family owned business. While I was unable to have my vehicle repaired here because of the at fault party's insurance company; I will always recommend them.

I made an appointment to get my car inspected at 11:00. I showed up at 10:55 and got checked in, paid my hundred dollars (!) and moved my car where they asked me to. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. And finally, at 12:00, a FULL HOUR after my APPOINTMENT time, they moved my car into their inspection area. Then, at 12:20 the inspectors LEFT, presumably to eat lunch, but they sure didn't let me know. Another FULL HOUR later, they came back and finally inspected my car. The actual inspection itself took all of 30 minutes. Then I had to wait 20 more minutes for them to fill out the paperwork. So I ended up leaving at 2:00, THREE HOURS after I got there for my appointment at eleven. I did not have time that day (which is why I made an appointment) and I missed class because it took so long. By the way, I asked how long it was going to take before I made the appointment and I was told 1.5 hours. So it took twice as long as I was told.Everyone was very nice, but three hours is just absurd. I was livid. That's completely unacceptable and something needs to change. Maybe start with not scheduling somebody at eleven if you can't look at their car until noon. If you need your car inspected, go ahead and carve a whole 3-4 hours out of your schedule. If you can't, then I guess you aren't getting your car inspected.

I pray you don't have to visit this place for a salvage inspection...the services weren't so bad as the process...you show up before opening hours to wait for a number to be given you...there are only 15-20 numbers given...of cars were dropped off the previous day...the numbers are less....they only do Salvage inspections 1x a week and it's an all day process...the repeated fees if you don't pass the first time...also you sit outside under a tent or in your car ALL DAY... Unfortunately this was the only place close to my County....just know this is an all day event and if you don't get seen...keep coming back every week to wait to be seen....they have to do better,expand the days of service....something....there were farm animals to keep me entertained

I had my truck repaired through Modern Body & Frame Alignment after an accident. The owner was amazing and his shop did amazing work. They were always willing to give me a status update on the repairs and got it done quicker than I imagined. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get repairs.

I have been dealing with Modern Body and Frame Alignment for many years and they have always done a great job on my vehicles. In my opinion they are the best! Very friendly, professional, and fast with getting my vehicles ready in a few days. I would give them five stars!

Above and beyond!!My focus was rear-ended, and the damage ended up being more extensive than was obvious. These guys did an amazing job and got her looking good as new! I'm so delighted to have my car back and in such great shape! They even cleaned up the inside.Update: unfortunately I was hit again, but fortunately I was able to bring my car back here. I am once again amazed at how good my car looks, and they cleaned it inside and out! Smells wonderful inside, and truly looks like new.

I went to Modern Body and Frame for my salvage inspection. I dropped my car off Tuesday night and Wednesday they called and said it was ready. Great service. The lady even filled out my paperwork to mail in so that I didn't miss anything. I highly recommend this place.

I had a rusty fender and they fixed it like new while keeping it in the budget thought they had to paint it twice due to the odd color plus they fixed a dent in my bumper I had not mentioned to them and they didn't mention to me. They just fixed it and I didn't even notice until I got home. Great family friendly service at a fair price.

Jeff, Lamar and the other team members are wonderful and caring people. They not only just care about your vehicle, they care about you and your health especially if you or your loved ones were in an accident. My daughter car was hit in an accident twice and Modern Body Shop is where we goes, cause I know with Lamar and Jeff I want be stressed or worried about if her car will be fixed right or still have problems with it afterwards. They give you the feeling of we are family and we will take care of y'all. I will refer Modern Body Shop to everyone if you need body work done to your vehicle.

I highly recommend this place. We had a major repair done here after hitting a deer, and everything was great.Then more than SIX MONTHS later our windshield washer fluid started leaking... the washer fluid tank had been replaced in the repair, so we took it back to see if it was related.It turns out the leak was from a rotted hose, BUT they replaced the hose on the spot and filled up the washer fluid, for no charge. Great customer service!

Very professional and friendly. My truck was hit hard in an accident a few weeks before moving across country. I didn't think it could be fixed in time but I took it to Modern Body & Frame Alignment after a recommendation from my mechanic. They did the work in time, used new Toyota parts, and it looks great!

I highly recommend you avoid Modern Body & Frame Alignment. I recently had a vehicle inspection performed here by Ricky Umbehant. He failed the vehicle due to cosmetic damage to the interior headliner, and quickly left the shop before I could return to pickup the vehicle and discuss the issue. None of the staff could provide detailed info, but were happy to collect payment for the failed inspection. Save yourself time and money and take your vehicle elsewhere for inspection.

These are some of the most honest and friendly people I have met. AND our experience (with two teenage boy drivers ... sigh...) is that they do great body work at a reasonable cost. Thanks and Blessings to the Sapp family at Modern Body!

If you are looking for a family owned small business to treat you like one of the family, then look no further. The modern body family not only does extremely high quality work, they care about you and your car personally. They will work and fight to make sure everything is good enough for their family to drive before they deliver it to you. Don t go to some fly by night body shop. Take it to the boys at Modern body, they ll treat you right with a smile

The Sapp s family business has always treated me fair and right for the 25 years I ve known the family.I feel the timeline/pricing is always more than fair and the quality of the work/finished product is definitely worth what they charge in an experience (car wreck) everyone can agree is no fun and stressful as hell

Visited this shop for State Inspection. There is a long wait for state inspection as the inspection is conducted very thoroughly. Shop staff and inspectors are very friendly. Take their time to answer all your questions

Well where should I start the people that work here is the BEST from the office person Melissa to the inspector and his person very friendly and helpful went today to get my Benz inspected today and the staff made it a breeze I will definitely go back or recommend once again I thank you all for making this a wonderful day for me
