My car would not start because I was in need of a new battery and did not want to have to tow my car. I called and they were able to come out the same day at the perfect time for me. They were very fast, friendly, and had a good price. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I broke down on the side of a road in Athens, car completely dead. We called so many places and none of them could get to us until the next morning, and they all had DIAGNOSTIC charges for just a little less than we paid here in TOTAL! We called Karl at mobile auto repair pros and he was on the way IMMEDIATELY. He let us go get the part ourselves in our friends car to save us money, and our car was up and running beautifully in an hour. The men were both so kind and handled the situation professionally and quickly. I would recommend them to ANYONE.

Carl and JJ drove out to change out my knock sensor and 12v battery within a days notice on a Sunday morning. they were very efficient and did great work. Yesterday I went originally to pep boys to simply just have my alignment fixed on my car, they ended up finding a bigger issue that prevented them from even initially doing the alignment, my front driver side tie rod was completely bent, and was going to be an estimated 700$ to fix. I finally picked up my car from them around 5:30pm and quickly got on my phone to find a fast reliable solution and came across Mobile Auto Repair Pros. I seriously thought I wouldn t have any luck as I was calling extremely late and hadn t given them enough time, Karl answered me almost immediately and quoted me for 150-200$. I was so amazed! I sent over my address, got the parts he advised me to get, and he arrived in just about an hour!! Karl and JJ got to work immediately on my car and were finished in roughly about 45 min. I was so impressed with the work they did and just the overall professionalism. It s safe to say if I ever have another issue with my car, I will most DEFINITELY be calling Karl again. Thank y'all so much for helping me!

Karl and JJ are angels! I was stranded at the gas station on a holiday with a dead battery. Coincidentally, they happened to stop (after their own long HOT day of work) to get their own gas. Without hesitation, they came to help me. Karl diagnosed the issue immediately. I was able to get a new battery and they installed it for me right then. Both Karl and JJ were kind, efficient, and honest. I will call definitely call Karl in the future and 100% recommend them! Karl and his teammate did a wonderful job at getting my wife and I back on the road from our Airbnb weekend trip. My front right brake caliper busted and lost my brake fluid. Been dealing with Karl now for a couple weeks.. he's serviced two of my vehicles and I'm very impressed at how quickly he gets the jobs done he may whine a little but he'll get you right he's definitely got me for life

Mr. Carl is the greatest!! I called and he came and delivered with great service and a great personality! I needed my water pump replaced and he replaced it like it wasn't nothing (I watched), he really know what he is doing when it comes to car repair. Him and his side kick partner entertained us the hole time; very funny and beautiful souls. He was a true blessing after another car repair place in Athens tried to charge me over a thousand dollars (do not go to Import Car Doctor ). He did it for an excellent price with a smile, can't have it any better than that!! Thanks Mr. Carl and your side kick!!

honestly a lifesaver!! Carl replaced the alternator in my car maybe a month ago now, but I m just now getting around to writing this review. He s actually about a 40 minute drive from Athens, but I really appreciate him going out of his way and fixing my car when the business was technically closed (it was a little after 8 when he got there and the job took at least an hour). He s an experienced mechanic who made the time fly by! My car hasn t had any issues since. I would definitely call him again if I had car troubles in the future!!

Karl is the man! He's helped us multiple times over the last few months - he's easy to talk to, responsive to our requests, and conveniently arrives at our home when we need him to. When I first spoke with Carl, he was very knowledgeable about the car I needed work done on. He was punctual, he actually helped me save money on some of the parts. He didn t stop until the job was completed. I will definitely call him again , with no hesitation. He basically rebuilt the whole front end on my Dad s truck. Called and scheduled a much needed appointment for my vehicle. Was told that the mechanic would be at my location between 9am-10am. It was 1:30pm with no call, no show. I called and left a message cancelling the appointment. I will go with another mechanic.

We had them come fix the brakes on my husbands Tacoma because they went out one evening. Two men came that evening (they were on time) and "fixed them". The next day we had to keep pumping the brakes to catch and they still did not seem to be fixed (very scary while driving). We contacted them again and they told us they would come the two days later (which they did not). They met my husband at his work the following day after the said. They told us that they just needed to bleed the brakes to get them to work (which they said they did). They drove the truck and they still had the issue of them not catching and needing to pump it. They then proceeded to tell us that it was another issue and went to the store to go buy a part. They came back and installed that part but then realized that it wasn't that issue AT ALL and then told us to take it to the dealership because they didn't know.... needless to say, they charged us for labor AND the part that they didn't even use and ended up taking back and HAVE NEVER REFUNDED US THE MONEY. WE ARE OUT $500+ because of the lack of knowledge of these gentlemen and time that we could have just gone to someone who actually knew what they were doing.... and they still have not refunded us... They keep making excuses..We ended up taking it to the dealership and they said that the brakes just needed to be bled out and that whoever was working on our car did not know what they were doing.. We have learned our lesson to read reviews before contracting someone.Service: Brakes

I paid Two guys in a burnt gold van hundreds of dollars to fix my car, they showed up the next day and "fixed" my car which literally only worked for one day. Called him back the next day and he told me would come back to fix it, never showed up and also dodged my phone calls bad business, I will never trust giving my money to a random mechanic before the job is done ever again Stacy and Jimmy are their names I believe

These guys are anything but pros. I thougjt they were great at first until I realized the alternator they replaced had parts left off of it and ended up costing more money to repair properly after giving me a runaround for over a month then completely avoiding me altogether to not fix their own shoddy work. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS!! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau!
