Anthony and his guys up there at maavis are amazing. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what I needed to do for my truck to run better. They had the best price on my tires as they are normally $700 elsewhere. I rode home in amazement as my truck rides just like it did when I bought it. Highly recomended. I won't go anywhere else ever again. Thanks guys!

I truly appreciate this location here specifically. Not only did they fix a problem that they didn t initially create, but they went over and beyond to make sure my car was ready to get back on the road effectively and safely. Special thanks to the Manager Charles for his constant communication and going the extra mile. Another special thanks to Lynn. Her customer service was top tier, and she was very knowledgeable about what was going on. I love the customer service, teamwork, and sincerity that I experienced on yesterday. I hope everyone can have the opportunity to have the same customer service experience that I did!

I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at 6100 Jimmy Carter Blvd. My tire went out on the highway. I called this location and they were so pleasant and had me back on the road in no time. My car drove so smooth I almost forgot I was in a 2013 . Athens loves you . I haven't been to the locations in Athens but when I'm due for new tires I know where to go. I only hope they are as pleasant as you all were

The staff at Mavis are awesome. My son had a tire blow and we pulled in at the end of the day and they were personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offered to stay open late just for his car. In addition to that, when we picked up the car, they replaced his wipers right there on the spot. Great knowledge and good prices to boot! I highly recommend this Mavis location!

These guys were very thorough and explained things to me very precisely. They got the job done as quick as they could and tried to find me the best deals for what I needed, and even taught me a thing or two as they did their job. I ve never seen the initial inspection before but they allowed me to tag along as they explained what they were looking for before they were able to start working on the car, and now I know how not to get scammed if I need go anywhere else for my tires. Overall a great experience, and I will be coming back to Mavis anytime my car needs work done.

Amazing staff, Anthony was very resourceful, and welcoming. The whole store had excellent customer service. As soon as I arrived one of the employees. I believe named Charles was quick to greet me and point me in the right direction to get serviced!!! This is by far one of the best Mavis locations I have attended!!! Keep up the great work gentlemen. I will definitely be back.

Would not recommend. Was quoted one price over the phone to have two tires balanced. Wasted my time and gas driving over to this location only to have the bait and switch pulled on me.The lady I spoke with on the phone was gone when I arrived. Another lady was working at the desk. I explained to her what was discussed on the phone with the other lady (about work needed and price quoted). Lady at the desk told me it doesn't work like that and said it would be more than what I was told. So I said alright and walked out.I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Anthony and Morley were super helpful with my experience at Mavis. I stopped in for some help with my tire pressure and they were super attentive to my need and even showed me how to work the system in my car to calibrate my tires. I ll definitely be visiting this location again for any future concerns I may have with my car. Keep up the great service guys!

The best Mavis in Athens! We came in with two nails in a back tire. They took us as quickly as they could and even saved us $$ by realizing how recently we got new tires- we only needed the one replaced in that case. They were so sweet and even noticed an issue with our brakes while replacing the tire. They fixed it and showed us what to look for for next time. We are so grateful we stopped in and would definitely recommend! 11/10

Whole staff was super welcoming and friendly. Anthony, Charles, and Chris Cason were really helpful in helping me diagnose the issues with my car. They made sure I understood what was happening and how to fix it. They also made sure the car was safe and operable until those repairs could be made. Will definitely be returning!

I ve been. Mavis customer for years, but relocated to GA and after trying a couple of Mavis locations I started to give up hope in staying with them. I decided to go into this location and spoke with Anthony who ended up being the location Manager. He was great, respectful, and honest. They serviced my vehicle and every staff member I had interaction with were professional and courteous. I absolutely recommend anyone to this location looking to have their vehicle be serviced while being treated as family.

Update MarchBrought my other vehicle in for front and rear brakes. Very smooth job was done. They also point out mileage appropriate considerations but without pushing them on you. Much better to keep the car in good working order as new ones are so expensive now.*******Had complicated work done after initial review on an older Lexus so am updating here. Anthony as store mgr and Charles as service mgr can't be beat. Very thorough and honest and fair. Best car repair shop in my many years.1st review:Timely service, things explained in detail. Did not try to add unneeded services. Competitive prices.

Worked with Charles when I had to take my car into the shop. He worked with me and showed me what he was doing step by step. Even when car repairs got dicey, he worked with me every step of the way to resolve the issue. All around a great guy to work with

This is my second time visiting the guys at Mavis for my oil change. This time I had other concerns about somethings going on with my car that I wanted to address. Charles and Anthony are the best! They explain everything in detail for you. They are very knowledgeable about your car and the services you need or need to address down the road. I will always take my car to them! The best!

I have come here for 3 times now. Good customer service, and personality. The management works very hard to make the place high quality. I come whenever I need small repairs. If you re lucky enough they hand out discounts on some services.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change this morning with an appointment. Got me in earlier than my appointment. Service was outstanding by everyone I had contact with. Gave me some insight on my tires and brakes and got me out the door quickly. Definitely recommend coming here for any auto needs.

Mavis took care of me and safely repaired my tire quick! My wife stopped by a big box tire store that claims to be a Discount and they kept pushing new tires hard when this set is only 1 yr old with plenty of tread!!

Made an oil change appointment for 10 am . After 45 minutes my car hadn t moved. I asked how much longer and was told they d probably get to it In another 30 minutes. Calling these people incompetent would be a compliment. Compared to these guys the grease monkeys at walmart tire and lube are a nascar pit crew.

I ve never had customer service like this before. Not only did they hook me up, but fixed a DEALERSHIP mistake and kept me safe. The level of transparency, concern for my safety, and human experience I received was the definition of customer service. Thank you to Anthony and his team! Bonus points for singing Merry Christmas on behalf of my mom whom bought my tires lol (the life of an emerging adult). I felt true community at this location.
