I don't have words to say how great Justin and Jaishon are. They took great care of my car and made sure the job was done right. This is a very clean and professional looking shop with superb customer service and expert car care. I highly recommend and will return for all my car care needs. Thank you!

Took my car in this afternoon and it was ready within the hour. Mike did an amazing job of helping me out and got everything I needed done quickly and efficiently! I m so excited to have this location closer to home and with great care. I will definitely be back!

These guys are the definition of customer service. I would highly recommend them. I was on a work trip when I got a screw stuck in my tire. An employee came out and informed me that unfortunately it was in an unrepairable spot on the tire. I asked if they could just swap it with the full size spare. He told me not a problem and they did it free of charge. Got me in and out in a couple of minutes. Thanks guys!

The customer service here is unbeatable. There wasn't any wait time to be seen. After they examined the vehicle, they explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. It's been a week now, and the van is running great. They exceeded expectations. I highly recommend these very competent mechanics. Justin and Brandon made this experience so much better.-I'm just a girl.

I needed four trailer tires put on and the manager told me that if I left them he could have them done in about an hour. My other errands only took a couple of minutes and when I came back they were finishing up my tires. They were very fast and professional. I will be back in the future.

I had a very great experience with the manager Mike at this location. He was beyond helpful and caring. He made sure that my car parts were ordered in a timely manner and he kept me in the loop of everything . Sometimes shops try to over charge women or say we need things that we don't need , but Mike made sure none of that was happened .If you ever need help , call and ask for Mike. He's definitely going to take good care of you.

Called around for multiple quotes on tires and an alignment. Mavis Tire's call center customer service rep gave me the best quote for the the entire service and beat the competition by $70!!! We made an appointment for the next day, so we were going to drop the car off before they closed. When we got there, they offered to go ahead and do it before they closed....and it was already very close to that time...but they did it anyway. Steller service from these folks. I am impressed and we will absolutely be back.

I'm very happy to have this new location! It's very convenient! I stopped in for air on my tires, right after I left my grocery run. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful! Although the air is a free self-serve station, he filled up my tires and was very patient as I was trying to learn the process. Kudos for your excellent service and Thank you!

A random friday morning i saw that my tire looked a little flat. I knew it was losing air and didn't want to mess it up by doing it myself. I was recommended Mavis Tires and I thought about it and was like what's the worst that could happen. Mike was the man at the desk that took my information and all in all good guy. Very sweet guy. Asked me needed questions and was very professional. Very good experience. To anyone that lives close to Athens or in Athens I would recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes.

I usually do my own work, but they did a fine job.I showed up on Friday morning because they told me that making an appointment was pointless. Their Chris Evans impersonator told me it would be a 2 hour wait because only one person was working and Friday is their busiest day. Ok, not sure why they'd only have one person working on their busiest day, but whatever, I waited. It turned out to only take a little over an hour.When he asked me how many miles, I guessed at about 7400. But when it was time to take a look under the vehicle, he asked if I changed my own shocks and pointed them out as worn. I told him it was a brand new truck. He proceeded to attempt to sell me a brake fluid change, which they recommend every 30,000 miles. Again, new truck.After I left with my receipt, I noticed the stated mileage was over 74,000. Clearly, he must have entered it incorrectly when I told him 7400, and I guess they never actually check and note what the vehicle says. This would explain trying to sell me things I don't need simply because the mileage sounds about right for it.I think they do fine work, but I highly doubt I'll ever go back.

Earlier today, I went in for an alignment. The customer service was exceptional. Mike was extremely helpful and displayed a high level of customer service. Justin was very informative and explained additional needs and possible options. Overall, the customer service experience was great!!!

Very professional and business oriented staff. Manager Justin and Mr. Guy Jones in the shop treated me like family as I walked in the door and continued to show true service throughout the entire experience. Thanks again guys and I would give 10 stars if I could. These men deserve to be recognized. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to do business with them.

This location is phenomenal. Mike and Daniel had great customer service and made my visit pleasurable. Customer service is top notch at this location. I would recommend for any tire or brake service, this is where you need to go above any other tire concept!!

I called to see if it was possible to get an alignment on my car and I didn t even have to make an appointment. The supervisor told me to come on over and they would take care of it. Very nice sparkling clean store and the service was outstanding! As promised, they took my car right in and within 45 minutes I was back on The road. The car drives much smoother and I am exceptionally happy with the entire experience! Thanks for the wonderful customer service!!

I need a tire today and they had the tire that matched my truck in stock. They did the job in under 20 min and save me about $100 vs one of their competitors. The gentleman (Tanner) that helped me when I came in was very knowledgeable, great personality, and was happy to help in my time of need. You don't see that to much anymore when someone seem to really enjoy their job and give great customerservice. Thank you Tanner, and I will definitely recommend going to this location if you have a need.

I highly recommend this Mavis for all your tire needs. I had to come get a tire first thing Monday morning as soon as they opened and I was warmly greeted by a young man named Justin. He was my hero! He listened to what I needed and did his absolute best to make my experience the best! Thank you guys so much!

Tanner was so helpful. He put air in our tires & noticed we were missing a valve stem cap. He quickly found one & replaced our with a Happy smile. Thank u so much Tanner & Mavis Tire & Brakes . We will definitely be back.

I give the highest rating to this Mavis! I simply stopped by today to put some air in my four tires and the service manager, Justin, came out to do it for me and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. GREAT customer service!!I highly recommend making this your one stop shop for tire service.

Very helpful! Went here thinking I needed new breaks since Tires Plus told me I did. These guys are honest and told me that everything looks great and sure enough I did not need the laundry list of repairs I thought I did. Highly recommend!

Had a nail in the center of my tire. Went to Mavis and they took care of it. They were friendly and quick. They even had a great area for my daughter to play while we waited. Thank you. Will return when I need new tires.

I had one of the best experiences here this morning 12/13/23. They came got me explained what I need soon and didn't force me to get something that I didn't need at this time. I will come back to them again. The manager Justin is wonderful. I want to say the whole crew is very good.

Was having a little trouble today? Had to stop by Mavis on highway 29 Travis am I very knowledgeable and very helpful. And then they helped me with a little bit of oil and told me what the problem was and how to get it fixed. Had a very nice pleasant time here today

Had a flat tire and they were so helpful and nice! Walked in and out with a new tire in under 30 minutes and they even offer a student discount for any student in the Athens area! Highly recommend.

I have been using Mavis for almost 3 years now. I have followed Mike the store manager to three different locations because of his professional service and his employees. If you want the best professional service go see Mike.

The number one place to take our service vehicles. SERVPRO relays on our vehicles to assist customers in need. Mike, Tanner, and Justin help keep our fleet up and running to assist our customers. If something is not needed or an issue is coming up they notify us. Very trust worthy!

Accidently put this review on the wrong location, so I m repeating myself here!I cant say enough about this place. The manager Mike is a hoot and a half and super upfront and easy to talk to!! Was price shopping for someone to replace my pads and rotors, [rotors looked like a cheese grater as i was told lol] came into this place, Mike was SO friendly, such a chill guy, super understanding. Gave me an amazing price, and had me outa there in less than 2 hours.Was upfront and answered all my questions!SERIOUSLY love this place. Going back for more work in the near future!

These guys excel at mechanical work and possess extensive knowledge. Brendon, Justin, Mike, and Guy all deliver exceptional service. Their location is across from D&D, near Dairy Queen on Hwy 29 N, is convenient.

my car had some serious suspension issues. mike and justin were super kind and showed me on my car all the problems and honestly explained the priority of everything. they were sensitive to the costs and offered me different options to make it work for me. super kinda folks and trust them w my vehicle.ALSO mike stayed late one night to make sure i had a vehicle to drive home with (i was staying in another town at the time) i didn t ask him to stay but he literally just didn t feel right going home til he finished the job. it was really going tbe extra mile, and i certainly appreciated him taking time out of his night to help me out - a seriously kind and wonderful dude.

Came here for a free air check in my tires before I headed on a journey, was a great experience and those I interacted with was pleasant and kind to help. Totally recommend!
