I contacted Jones Mobile Auto Repairs because my vehicle wouldn t start up, and it couldn t be jumped off. I spoke to Noah, who set up an appointment the very next morning, despite all the other services I called saying they couldn t come out for several days. Noah arrived early, and gave me plenty of notice when he was headed this way. When he arrived, he was very knowledgeable about the problem and immediately had a solution. He conducted several tests to confirm his suspicions before he moved forward. He assisted me in purchasing the correct parts with a discount, and immediately installed it. My car started right up and has been working perfectly ever since. Noah was highly intelligent and very respectful throughout the entire process. I contacted Jones Mobile Auto Repairs for help with my car's battery issues. Noah came out to look at my car within 15 minutes of me calling. He was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue, and he clearly described what he was seeing every step of the way (which was great, because I know next to nothing about cars!). He replaced my battery after walking me through all my purchase options, and my car was back on the road within two hours of my initial call! Noah showed up on time and was very professional. He knew exactly how to fix my calipers and install my new alternator. There was a crack in the ring terminal on the back of the alternator that he soldered back together at no extra charge. Noah was very friendly and knowledgeable. I called many mechanics and was shocked in what they wanted to charge me. Noah has much more affordable pricing and the quality of work was spot on. I highly recommend Jones Mobile Auto Repairs! Noah was very polite and professional. He is very knowledgeable about cars and he helped us to figure out our problems quickly and efficiently. If there was anything he wasn't sure about, which wasn't much, he recommended where we could go or what we could do to have the issue worked on. His pricing is very reasonable and he came right to our driveway to work on our car. It's totally worth it to give him a call if you need your car worked on! Noah was excellent from the start! He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He actually listened to me while I m explaining to him what was going on with my car. As a young female I often find that people try and screw me over with car repairs. Noah was an absolute angel and took me seriously, showed me the issue, and explained it easily. He was willing to work with me on price and was able to fit me into his schedule within a few days. He is a genuine guy who knows his stuff and treats everyone with the upmost respect. Noah was great and a lifesaver. Tires Plus tried to rip me off severely and quoted me a repair cost nearly 4 times too high. Noah recently replaced worn rotators and replaced brake pads for us. He was great to work with. He arrived when he said he would, gave us a few options at different price points to consider, and promptly fixed the problem, all in the convenience of our driveway. My husband was having trouble with his truck battery being dead every morning. We charged it up and then changed out the battery. Still it was dead. We changed the alternator but the problem persisted. We asked Noah to look at it and within an hour he had us fixed ! Very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Noah we are forever grateful. Needed and alternator replaced and everyone was days before they could get to me. Even though Noah was busy he found a way to fit me in and fixed my car right in my work parking lot. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, I will be surely using his services when I have another issue with my vehicle.

Had visitors from out of state and their van started making noise. Noah diagnosed it correctly as the water pump on a Sunday night at 10pm. Got the repair done in our driveway after parts were obtained. Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He even checked the day they left to make sure the got home ok. My new go to mechanic in Athens! My car threw a check engine light and it turned out to be the thermostat. He came out and had it done in a couple of hours for cheaper than anyone else would have done it! He's extremely knowledgeable of all makes and models and chances are any issue you have he's dealt with before! If you want quick and 5 star work give this man a call. Noah Jones (owner/operator) was highly recommended by a friend. I decided to give him a try after a fiasco with another mechanic. Noah took the time to examine and explain the issue. He told me what I could expect it to cost and how long it would take to repair. He answered all my questions and let me know what other services would be needed down the road. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to another needy soul.

I had Noah come out and diagnose a bad fuel pump on my 2003 f150 100th anniversary edition truck. After he figured out for sure that was the problem he set up a appointment to replace it for me. I was very concerned about not damaging the truck in any way . It is in showroom condition with only 22,000 miles. The bed had to be removed to replace the pump in the fuel tank. He did a amazing job not to scratch or damage my truck in any way. I definitely would recommend Noah to anyone need repairs. Nosh was at my house at the exact time he promised. He fixed my Yukon within minutes. He explained everything in a way I understood. As soon as he left, I realized I had another problem and he came right back. I will definitely be calling him again. He is honest and fair priced . Great quality work at a fair price, I fully recommend this guy. The repair ended up taking a few days since parts had to be ordered, but he kept me updated with the shipping information and got it installed as soon as it arrived. I contacted him for a repair on my car. He came and couldn t figure out the problem. He kept saying he thought I had an oil leak, which had nothing to do with the reason he was contacted for. I ended up giving him $79 for about 40 minutes of his time just to get him on his way, as I felt this was going nowhere fast. No, thank you I learned my lesson.Edited to add:This most certainly WAS your business, and I really don t appreciate that you would lie about it. Indeed, you DID try to tell me that it was a fluid leak. I took it to a reputable mechanic in Winterville and they took care of the issue, which had absolutely nothing to do with the oil. Furthermore, there was no oil leak, either-which was you kept trying to tell me was the problem. Now, I know NOTHING about repairing an automobile, but I know that you don t fix an oil leak when you were called for a transmission issue.

I have used Jones auto a few time. Everything from a blown radiator to my lawnmower. Highly knowledgeable and does not try to up charge. What they say you will pay is what you pay. No hidden fees and easy to get a hold of.

After calling several different "mobile mechanics" and being told that they would have to tow my car in and it could be extensive work (which I couldn't understand why they called themselves "mobile' mechanics", I tried Jones Mobile Auto Repair. I was so pleased I did! Noah was extremely knowledgeable with what I told him we thought the problem was. He showed up and had it fixed within an hour. Very nice, honest, and trustworthy young man.
