When I was hit by a Buck a few days before Thanksgiving I immediately contacted my insurance and chose your shop to help as it has been trusted by my family for years as my father previously worked there when I was young. I trust their work and although my car was totaled by the insurance I felt the staff was very accommodating to helping me retrieve my mounds of belongings from my much loved CRV since 2019. Todd was one of the first to assist me and allowed me to bring my rental back because of the vast amount I was having to move. He offered to help me move my two 12in subs box, but I did not have the space for the trip that day lol. He patiently waited for 30 mins as I packed up my much loved belongings that had been thrown around in the busy time that I was going through. He engaged in conversation with me and understood the process well as I'm sure your shop has many cases of totaled vehicles and this was my first experience. He passed no judgement to me as my car was quite frankly more than messy It practically looked like I was moving as I had been bouncing from mine and my boyfriend's home often with all my belongings being stored in my car as I moved around. I came back the following day to release my car after grabbing my subs and floor mats. I do not know his name, but since Todd was out this day there was another man who thankfully pulled the car around and surprisingly manhandled my VERY heavy subs into my rental without any sweat on his back and no worries of him hurting my rental. I am very thankful for the help and sparing my back another day of moving it . Once again no judgement passed and was more than willing to help me. I do not also know the two separate ladies at the desk who engaged me in conversation as I waited and one gave great recommendations on car dealerships to check out- she was extremely understanding of my situation and I felt as though she had compassion for me as well! I wouldn't trust another shop for body work and even though I was not a paying customer I felt they treated me respectfully and had genuine customer service that goes beyond typical of their industry.Of course I don't wish to have another major body damage incident, but surely if I do I would not hesitate to return and always to recommend your services! During such a terribly scary and busy week/process it was a breath of fresh air to feel welcomed and understood as a person who was in this unfortunate situation. I couldn't have relaxed at all without the peace of mind knowing I can trust your business

Patton Brothers Body and Frame are simply the best. They helped out with the insurance issues I was having and made sure my BMW I3 was repaired in the best possible way. I completely trust this company and would take any vehicle there should the need arise in the future. Thank you!

They do amazing work! I highly recommend using Patton Brothers for repairs. The paint work is amazing, the repairs make the vehicle look brand new. They also keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle.

No one wants to get rear ended in their brand new car. But it happens. Patton Brothers made it a positive experience. They did a FANTASTIC job on my Tesla. They kept me up to date on a routine basis, answered all of my questions, and really went out of their way to let me know my car was in good hands. I got it back looking and driving as good or better than when I drove it off the Tesla lot. Thanks, Patton Brothers!!

After much research, I choose Patton Brothers to repair My Model 3 that was rearended.Unfortunately, the parts for these cars take a long time to acquire (no fault of Patton Bros.). Todd let me know this from the start and communicated weekly on the status of the parts and the repair. They also managed communication with the insurance company.The rear bumper, taillights, and trunk lid were fully replaced. The vehicle, however, looked brand new upon repair!Based on the constant communication and the "looks like new" result, I can easily recommend Patton Brothers for your body repairs!

It is very stressful dealing with a car accident but Patton brothers made it very easy, kept me updated on everything they were doing step by step. Todd was the best explained everything I needed to know while going through this experience. Thanks to Patton brothers my car is looking knew again like I was never hit.

My wife was hit in a hit and run on 06/22/2021. There was severe rear end damage to our 2020 Jeep Cherokee. Payton Brothers was one of the shops preferred by my insurance company. We were able to get the vehicle to Patton Brothers on 06/23 and was given a preliminary estimate immediately. They explained the process and we chose to use them.The customer service was outstanding! From the front desk to the shop everyone was courteous, understanding, and liked to smile and laugh with us.Throughout the process I was updated twice weekly with how the repair was going and what stage they were in. When there were parts delays they informed me and let me know a possible eta. The repairs took about a month but that is understandable due to the damage.I am so happy I chose Patton Brothers. They did a great job and on pick up they explained the warranty from my insurance company and the lifetime warranty on the paint they did. The tech walked me through the repairs that were done and made sure if I had any questions he would answer them. I don t anticipate any issues but if they do arise, I feel very confident that Patton Brothers values me as a customer and a person. I felt like more than a number. I came in last Monday to get an estimate, Thursday the part was in & Friday my car was fixed in under an hour. I also paid $200 under what they originally quoted me. Todd, his staff, and their dog Joey made for a great experience. Highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

While it has been a number of years since I have dealt with this shop, I will never forget my experience with them. When I got my vehicle back, I ended up having to take it back in because they had not fixed everything. At the same time, my brakes were squeaking as soon as I got it back and my radiator fluid tank had a small leak in it.That being said, I do understand that they are a body shop and do not normally do service work. It is just that there is no excuse for getting a car back with brake and radiator fluid issues. After that, when I got my next oil change, I ended up having to spend over $400 for new brakes and have my radiator fluid tank replaced. Needless to say, there is no reason to use a body shop when I end up having to spend over $400 more than expected due to getting my car back from them with it still having problems.Even now, as I need new body work on my current car, I made clear to my insurance company that I will not let Patton Brothers even touch my car. There is just no reason to use a shop like Patton Brothers that I cannot trust. Take your business elsewhere and avoid them.Service: Body & Trim

I will definitely go back to Patton's Body Shop for any other issue I have with my car. I shipped my car from California and it was damaged during the process, leaving several scratches and a small paint chip on the driver's door. I went to Patton's to get an estimate, but Carter buffed out the scratches and filled in the paint chip free of charge right in the parking lot. I have little knowledge of cars and Carter made my experience so much better. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here!Service: Body & Trim

Shop was very rude to me when obtaining an estimate post wreck. Woman at the front desk was extremely condescending, and when it came to the point where my car had eyes laid on it they didn't give it the time of day.Lazy staff, poor customer service. If this shop burned to the ground nothing of value would be lost.

What an outstanding job done by the team at Patton Brothers. Once the insurance company (NOT Patton Brothers fault) green lighted the repair the car was done ahead of promise time! The repair done was outstanding. Jay and Rodney's follow up was some of the best in the business. With 21+yrs automotive experience, I can honesty say a huge thank you for a perfect job!

My car broke down as I was pulling out of the Kaiser parking lot directly across the street from the shop. As I was trying to figure out why my car suddenly wouldn't move any more, within a few minutes some of the workers from Patton Brothers came out to take a look. They quickly diagnosed the issue (broken tie rod) and showed me exactly what had broken. Carter had the car towed across the street, kept me well informed about the problem and what they would do to fix it, and had it fixed by the next day. While I didn't like that the car broke down (especially as I had only purchased it less than two weeks before, I couldn't be happier that it happened across the street from Patton Brothers. The team at Patton Brothers did a great job with my repair. I asked them to do a follow-up after I noticed one detail that they missed and they made sure I was completely satisfied with the repair. I would definitely use them again. The entire staff is courteous and professional.

My daughter is a freshman at UGA and this is her first experience living away from home and "adulting". On Thursday I received an S.O.S. call from her that something had come loose beneath her car and was dragging on the road. I am over 4 hours away and no mechanic. I told her to find a nearby mechanic, and luckily for us, it was Patton Brothers Body and Frame. I was worried that upon seeing a young girl pull in alone that they may try to take advantage of her in terms of the service needed and price, BUT not only did they check her car and give it enough of a repair for her to drive it safely home, but they did it at no charge because it was a simple, quick fix. Thank you for being a quality business and more importantly, QUALITY PEOPLE. If she ever needs more service, she will definitely be using Patton Brothers Body and Frame.Service: Body & Trim

My daughter and I needed a quote and some body work advice on 8/1/14.The employee at the front desk and Chris were so helpful and knowledgable.They both reduced the stress of having a scratched car door on our UGA move-in day.Chris was patient and thorough in his explanation of the what my daughter's options were for body work on her Honda. He also cleaned up her door as best he could.A few weeks later she brought her car back for painting and Chris did an excellent job.I would recommend Patton Brothers for body work without hesitation.Professional and great customer service!

I want to say thank you. Very professional. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my car while being repaired via email and phone. When my car was done the explained the warranty. Also they washed and cleaned my car. So a big thank you to them. I will recommend all of my friends and family. Excellent job!!!!

2014 BMW--I hit a deer which affected the passenger front corner damaging the headlight, hood, bumper, and right fender--in addition to many parts behind these items. With insurance and all, it took about a month to complete. Through the process I was told I would be contacted with updates every few days. I determined that if I wanted these updates I had to initiate them myself. Disturbing that I had to do this, but their response was typically very prompt. I was promised almost 5 times, maybe more as I lost count, that my car would be ready but it seemed they were always finding something. Then they would not let me get my car until the insurance provided proof of payment. Again, another headache and not sure if this is the norm or not. When I was presented the car for the first time, the hood alignment was off, missing retainers on the wheel well and hood insulator, and over-spray on plastic parts. After finally getting it home I also discovered they affixed a 2013 emissions label when my car is 2014. While they took care of these items(still waiting on emissions label), these were obvious oversights and a lack of attention to detail. Does not help that I am picky but at the same time it was obvious steps were missed--which raises the question of what else was overlooked that I cannot see. The paint job was ok, but they left quite a bit of scratches in the hood from trying to remove orange peel. Being the car is silver this shows up as dull spots when looking at it outside in the sun. Overall, I am mixed on their work. The pluses are the fast response time. Big minus in my book is the attention to detail that was severely lacking. With all the good reviews maybe my experience is not the norm. Or maybe my attention to detail and expectations are to high. Either way, I feel this was a mediocre experience.Update: Seems after further review, missing screws/retainers for the lower bumper lip and inside wheel well liner. It's a a shame after spending close to $11K that they just throw things together like this without regard for proper hardware to ensure an OEM finish. I am hoping I do not find more.30-Jan-2018Well....so as noted earlier I was hoping to not find anymore issues. But that just wasn't the case. The car has been back since 3 times: once to realign the headlights(which they did not do), fix the missing the hardware on the lower bumper, and to affix the correct model year emissions sticker(they had a 2013 sticker on my 2014). Got it back and then realized after further scrutiny that they did not apply paint on the edges of the hood--but it had clear on it. Essentially you could see straight to primer. Took that back and they corrected. A week later, and mind you this one was hard to detect, but in indirect sunlight the fender that was to be blended was sparsely painted and you could see primer. This took a specific direction of light to see but once you saw it, it was not easy to miss. So, overall, my rating should be more in the realm of a 2 out of of 5. So, in all, they had the car for a total of about 7 weeks. As noted before, their workmanship on assembly is abysmal, at best. Their painter seems to do a decent job though I would not give it a "professional" rating. In the end, if you have another choice, I would strongly suggest you go that route.29-Nov-2018:Update. Had to have my intercooler changed out which required the removal of the front bumper cover. Upon reassembly the technicians at BMW could not line up the parts when reassembling. Come to find out, Pattons had not properly aligned fasteners/brackets when working on my car. They also omitted or used incorrect bolts in areas. In short, if you have a BMW, or similar vehicle I strongly urge you to have them repaired at a certified repair shop for your vehicle. Just because Pattons does body work does not mean they are equipped to effectively repair BMWs.

I had a problem with my driver side door being permanently engaged and went here to try to get it fixed, after putting it off for months because I'm a college student with limited disposable income. Not only were they able to fix it on the spot and in a timely manner, they did it free of charge. It only took them some tools not at my disposal and a hell of a lot of wd-40, but they were able to get it to unlock and were honest enough to admit it. As someone with limited knowledge on cars, this was incredibly kind of them as they could have easily charged me for parts and labor and i would be none the wiser. I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done to the car after the help they provided me.

Don't ever take your car here. I had hail damage on a brand new car and after bringing it to them 3 times and having my car for 3 weeks they still could not fix it right. They could care less and the owner told me to go somewhere else so I did. Went to Elders and they fixed it right the first time.Patton first remove the dents and cracked my paint, thats ok but tried to give me my car with my paint cracked, Time two, tried to convince me to not repaint my car and touch it up. Said not and they painted my hood and rail. They did a horrible job, the rail wasn't sealed off properly and the clear coat dried dripping down the door jam. Made them redo. Third time I noticed the chipped paint on my newly painted hood and tried to touch it up, also the color was a little yellow tint and they did not match properly.I took my car and will never go back.

Great shop! Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Quickly got my truck repaired and back to me, and even washed it inside and out! If I ever need work done again I will be going back and I would highly recommend Patton Bros to everyone.

Great experience every time!!1st time, 1994 Honda Civic - hit a deer, they replaced the hood and fender. The paint matched perfectly and the new hood and fender looked beautiful. It looked brand new. They buffed the rest of the car so it all had a deep color, an awesome shine, and looked great (actually, it even looked wet because of the way they buffed it)! I was so happy.2nd time, 2011 Kia Sorento (1 year old at the time) - was hit in the side. They repaired the damage that extended from the front fender, down both passenger side doors, to the rear fender (someone backing out of their driveway without looking...scraped the side of my car :( ). The plastic molding pieces around both fenders were replaced, all necessary cosmetic repairs on the doors were done. The plastic fender pieces came pre-painted and were somehow a slightly lighter silver, so they noticed it when I was picking it up (when it was exposed to direct sunlight). It stayed an extra day and came out perfect after they corrected the problem. It looked like NOTHING ever happened. Their paint match is 2nd to none.3rd time, 2011 Kia Sorento (again! 1.5 years old this time) - hit metal debris that flew out from under another vehicle. They had to repair the front bumper and replace the metal piece that goes under the bumper. Again, perfect paint match for the bumper. It still looks like a perfectly new vehicle to this day!!They are very nice and I've had a great experience every time I've gone there.
