I took my gray 2013 Hyundai Sonata to this shop and paid $3500 for a engine and Arnoldo who removed and replaced my engine charged me $1400 but it only worked for a week and when I started the car up the engine was shaking and rattling.The engine had a warranty so I took it back to the shop and he said they can only order another engine for free but I would still have to pay for labor. So then I tried to take it to the dealership to trade it in but I couldn t but the dealership tried to see if they could pay for the labor and the mechanic would order the engine once he got their approval. It is now January 2022 and I found out today that I was ripped off. I was told by a man at Sutherland Hyundai that I was ripped off because the mechanic knew that the engine would go bad since it already had 96,000 miles on it. So I would not recommend this auto repair shop at all.

They do what they say they're going to do and that's great work it was referred to me by somebody and well very good service and I can't tell you more about that their prices are very fair. I would recommend that if you're going to get a second opinion get it from them and see their rates compared to others. They are my mechanics from here on.

was the best place when Zack was the owner. I use to drive 2 hrs to get my car there fix by Zack and he always gets it right. Went there recently and the new guy who is the manager there told me he will just fix my speed sensors for $700. I left and went fix it for $100. Never going back there again

I was referred to them by my brother who always gets them to work on his cars. I've used them twice now to work on my car and they've come through both times. They do a great job and always have my car ready within the time frame they give me.

i heard good things about this shop from my mother and aunt. i recently moved back to athens from Lawrenceville and this shop was recommendedcame to shop saturday morning at 9:15 called friday told i was coming saturday. I arrived and stood for 10min waiting for one of tje mechanics to stop talking to his friends he never acknowledged me and when i politely interrupted them and ask if someone could look at my breakshe said yes in a few min and continued to talk to his friends and staff. they then went in office i waited in my car with my 2 children for 10min and then called tires plus and left to get my car serviced there.I hate bad customer service i rather pay alot of money to servicey car and get good customer service and results than to have someone im paying be rude to me.Glad my mom has good experience here but i did not.

Always friendly and very helpful. Don't do any work without clearing it with you so no surprises as well. I've gone to them for years and multiple cars and never had any problems with the work they did on them.

Took my car to get work on the transmission because it was leaking. Received a call that said my car was all ready to go and come to find an exhaust leak that never existed. Also this leak in the transmission never existed until they installed a transmission for me. Very Poor quality work. Never coming here again for service.

Jose that works there is horrible they say they fixed my car and my car was still messed up so not bring your car the proper owners was wonderful but now it's awful

So far so good and they are not high for Automotive. I'm a training technician and when I don't feel like doing work on my back on my cold or to hot ground at home without Lift, I let them do my repairs.

Stay away from this company. Scammers, stole $1,200. Bought parts from my company then did a chargeback on there credit card. Never attempted to contact us about any issue.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, I TOOK MY WHEEL HUB HERE TO HAVE A BEARING PRESSED OUT BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONLY "MACHINE SHOP" OPEN ON SATURDAY. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. A JOB LIKE THIS NORMALLY TAKES FIVE MINUTES WITH THE PROPER TOOLS (WHICH THEY OBVIOUSLY DIDNT HAVE) AFTER TWO HOURS AND ABOUT 3 WORKERS LATER, ZACH TOLD ME THIS WAS A DIFFICULT JOB, HOWEVER, HE DID NOT TELL ME THAT THEY WERE UNBALE TO IT, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN THE PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO. INSTEAD HE HANDED BACK THE HUB BEAT TO HELL AND BACK, ALL BENT UP, AND WITH A HUGE HOLE IN IT, AND ACTED LIKE NOTHING WAS WRONG. HONESTLY, THERE WAS A HOLE THE SIZE OF A FIFTY CENT PIECE IN IT AND IT WAS ALL BENT UP, THE BEARING ITSELF WAS SO BEAT AND BENT THAT THE SPINDLE WOULD HARDLY GO ON. WOW, WHAT A JOKE. IF THEY WERE NOT CAPABLE OR DID NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID SO. HOW THEY MANAGE TO STAY IN BUSINESS I WILL NEVER KNOW. WHAT I DO KNOW IS THAT I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE HERE. THEY GIVE NEW MEANING TO "SHADE TREE MECHANIC" THEY REALLY DO LACK KNOWLEDGE IN WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE FAR FROM COMPETENT. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
