I have used Classic Collision twice now. Both times I received good service and quality work.Both repairs took a little longer than expected, but they are a busy shop. I would rather them take the extra couple of days and ensure that the vehicle is taken care of completely. I would recommend this shop to anyone searching!

Everyone here is nice to talk to. Nobody said a rude word to me. However they managed to completely waste my time.There booked out for over a month. So I scheduled a date with them. After about 10 days I call to ask if they can handle electrical work on my vehicle. Mind you, this is and insurance claim due to a fender bender. They could not even find my in the system. So they would have to push me out another 2 weeks... I'm going somewhere else at this point. Found another shop that could get me in a week.

Great location and place. Really nice people especially a shootout to Ms. Trish. We got into an accident, brought it there and she gave us an estimate. We felt it was a total loss for sure. But we had it there for almost 5 days, no charge. And they were really great.

Very disappointed in the quality of the finished product. In the beginning I made a point of having a conversation about aftermarket parts and stating that if they do not fit the car "Do not put them on. Let me know and I will battle my insurance company". The new front bumper does not line up perfectly with the existing body, there is paint sagging on the edges of the new painted bumper and the new flares over tires are not flush because the bumper is not flush. It makes the flare look wavey. The passenger side door does not open cleanly. The passenger side front bumper is what received damage and now the passenger side door scraps the fender piece when opening or closing. I drove my vehicle to Classic on Aug 3 to begin repairs. They communicated and my car repair time frame was very good. But Classic has agreed to correct the repairs that were subpar but communication is now spotty and I am still waiting for a definite repair date. I hope for a better outcome this time around and excellent repair work.

I was involved in an accident and needed to have my car repaired. After reading online reviews for several body repair shops in my area I called Classic Collision. I was told to bring a copy of the insurance company's estimate and leave it with them. But when they saw the name of the insurance company they told me that they no longer do business with them. I was so disappointed. The young woman at the reception desk was so nice and polite. She explained a lot of insurance business protocols to me that I was unaware of from my lack of experience. None of it was good news for me in my situation but I understand a lot more about automobile insurance coverage now. I appreciate her kindness to me.

Classic Collision in Athens was a great choice for our repairs. Unlike another collision shop in Madison, this place was upfront and very responsive. We would highly recommend Classic Collision of Athens.

Friendly staff. Work looked great. Did in 3 weeks what other body shops took 8 months and never got done. Would recommend to anyone that needed body work done. Keep you updated the whole process and answer any questions that I had

Quality repair, super easy experience! Everyone I dealt with was so nice and professional. Drop off and pick up was so fast - I was in and out. Elite helped me set up my rental to meet me there, and my car looks like new! I would definitely recommend Elite. Thanks very much!

I went to Classic Collision because it was close, and I was in need of immediate help after a minor accident with a post that left my back bumper hanging. The staff was more than helpful. They quickly assessed my car and fixed it within 10 minutes. I can t speak highly enough of the friendliness and helpfulness they gave me in my time of need! I would highly recommend them if your car needs body repair in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Having your vehicle repaired due to an accident that was not your fault and dealing with their insurance is never any fun! Elite was recommended by my insurance agent. Ethan and Tricia were professional from the very start of the process and put my mind at ease right down to setting up rental car arrangements to communicating with the insurance company for needed items not on the estimate. Very happy with their service and attention to details needed to repair my car. Their work is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. Very professional!

Great experience! In and out with minor replacement repair work in an hour as staff was professional enough to order parts, get it painted and then call me for installation. Laura, Jason and all staff were awesome. The estimate was very reasonable and Jason with his professional expertise saved me money on things I would have spent $$$ at other places. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went in with my brother to see about having his car repaired there, everyone was so nice and explained everything that would happen from the estimate to the insurance co. to repair details and time. Tricia was very professional and explained in laymen terms what was needed. She was a great help. McKayla at the front desk was so nice and helpful from drop-off to pick up. The car is black and they had it detailed and it looked so nice and shiny. I have used Elite myself in the past and will continue to tell my friends and family what a great place it is.

Very prompt service. The staff was very courteous, gave clear explanations. Worked with the rental car agency quickly and efficiently. Work was finished ahead of schedule and was very well done. Refreshingly pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Elite was amazing to me! I talked to Ethan and Trish during my time with them and they both were great! Trish kept me up to date and made sure I was informed on EVERYTHING that happened with my car. They are very thorough, helpful and nice people!! I will come to them from now on and definitely recommend them!! Their process is smooth and simple!

I have used Elite before so this is not my first rodeo with them, the reason I chose elite over any other body shop was because of the detail work and timely manner in which I received my vehicle in. The staff was so friendly from the receptionist to the guy who did the estimate. They started out by booking my rental reservation for me and giving me a run down on all cost, then keeping me in the loop on what stage/prcess my vehicle was in. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was told I would get my car back the following Monday I got a call that Friday saying my car was ready and I could come pick it up. That s what you call great timing and the work was like when I first got it. So I recommend you try them out you want be disappointed.

We have never had better service, with a better team, or better prices in all of Athens, GA! Have had 5 different vehicles serviced at Elite and each time the experience was stellar! My wife, my landlord, and myself have all been well taken care of and everything far exceeded our expectations. They were not only met, but done quickly, professionally, and at the lowest local prices. We have continued having our vehicles serviced there for every thing short of a detail. Body repair, mechanical repair, brake work, just to name a few. We will definitely be taking our vehicles back, if the need arises, of course I hope it wont!

I would highly recommend Elite to anyone! They made the repair process so easy for me. They called and updated me as soon as updates were available. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company and the rental car company. They also coordinated paintless dent repairs with the in-town specialist. I couldn t think of a complaint if I tried. I will use Elite for any future work needed!

Ethan and Trish were both very knowledgeable and professional. My car was ready ahead of schedule and looked as good as new. The entire process was quick and seamless. I recommend them without ANY reservations or hesitations. The service offered here just can't be compared.

Elite in Athens was a breeze to work with! The staff were professional and efficient! I only needed a minor repair, but I walked in for a quote and my car was ready for pickup in under 3 hours, and at about 1/2 the price I was quoted at the dealership. Would definitely recommend!

Great Experience! Staff was very friendly. Trish and Ethan were amazing taking care of us. Elite did a great job with the repairs on my vehicle. It looked like I never had an auto accident. Vehicle was dropped off January 14 with preorders parts and it was ready for pick up until July 15th it was in the body shop for several months. On date of pick up they ordered wrong after market exhaust with 1 tip not dual tips. My paint has a lot of orange peel, dust/trash on new clear coat. And didn t have my rear bumper badge ready to install once the repair was done and completed. When they had all the parts pre ordered .Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent, professional, and experienced best describes Elite Auto Collision in Athens, Georgia. We so appreciate Ethan and each individual that worked on our truck after the recent accident. Daily we listened to Ethan explain the next steps. Every detail was discussed with us from moving the truck from the towing company to inspecting the final repairs. Communication from the shop to the insurance company was all handled. All workmanship is guaranteed. Absolutely refreshing to work with this professional company. A buck hit the side of my truck and did a decent amount of damage. Filed an online claim with SF and chose in-network Classic Collision due to their great rating, location, and reviews. CC did not disappoint. Zero hassle with insurance. CC took care of everything. Trish and Slyde were top notch and thorough from the start. A week and a half in the shop and my truck looks brand new. 5 stars all around!Service: Body & Trim

My experience with Elite Auto Collision was absolutely amazing. The customer service was excellent and each staff member was able to keep me updated on the process of my vehicle and explain to me what was going on. It was the only Collision shop I went to where I was treated as a person and not a dollar sign. Amazing job to the management and staff at Elite Auto Collision in Athens.

If you need body/mechanic work done quick, fast, and in a hurry, Elite Auto Collision here in Athens is top notch. When I told them I would have to Uber home, they drove me home (a good 20-25 minutes) for free. They had my car done in three days, and made the process super simple for me. Wonderful customer service from reception to the estimate writer. They knew my insurance didn't cover a rental car, so they made sure I wasn't afoot for too long. When I called to check on the status of my repairs, they knew which car was mine as soon as I gave them my last name. This was my first auto accident, and it could have been a nightmare for me, but Elite made it a breeze.

Just called to set up an appointment to get an estimate. The lady that answered the phone stated that I did not need an estimate. I explained that I was getting estimates to give to the insurance company, and she seemed to not want my business. I called 5 other body shops that want my business and are willing to give me an estimate. I have been in enough fender benders to know how to deal with insurance companies. I don't need a receptionist to tell me that the insurance company will come out and do an adjustment. I want to find the best body shop. The price is not the issue and the insurance is not either. I was just wanting an appointment to get an estimate. Sorry we could not do business. You may want to train those answering phones not to turn away business.
