Wow Car Doctors Auto Repair is the number 1 place to go for any kind of repair u need. I have taken both of my automobiles to be services and came out very happy!!! The techs are know their job hands down and will break things down,So u can understand what when and where the problem is. Ciera is was on top of the parts and labor made me feel welcome!!! Angle is smart and had knowledge about parts ask about the great deals they offer when you there. If looking stop in Car Doctors they will make u and your car feel so much better when u leave.

Discovered a nail in my rental car s tire and looked on yelp to find a tire repair shop. Car Doctors came up and said they could fix my tire and they had it done in less than 30 minutes! Friendly, fast, and great service. Thank you!

The staff and techs were friendly. They didn't try to push a bunch of other work not needed. I even asked to have something done and they said it was not needed and showed my why, I know 100% that the other places I used to go to would have just did it and taken my money. Very upfront and honest. I do highly recommend Hopewell for automotive work. I WILL be bringing all my cars there now.

TLDR: don t waste your time here, avoid at all costs!Really bad experience here for oil change. Made an appointment online for 8am, the first slot, and left my car in the lot the night before. Thought I would get a call saying my car was ready that morning, waited until noon and still nothing, I called only for them to tell me they didn t know what I was talking about, told them literally the car in the parking lot and my keys in the drop box. So they said my car would finally be ready at 3pm. I call, now my car will be ready at 4pm. All in all don t waste your precious time here.

Hopewell Tire have been servicing my car for quite some time. They are always friendly, respectful and work hard to gain your trust. A while back I had an oil leak that was difficult to resolve due to the location and they were honest with me about what they could and could not do and even offered to take a second look. Today I took my car for an oil change. I had a coupon that I had been holding on to for a while due to (not quite time to change my oil) they were kind enough to honor the discount. Thanks to all the guys at Hopewell Tire for all your hard work. Happy Holidays!!

They went the extra mile to get me up and running as fast as possible. I needed an alternator and there was none anywhere and they found what I needed and got it as soon as possible and installed it and even fought with my warranty company on my behalf and got me the best benefit they could. I highly recommend them and will be visiting them for all of my needs in the future. Check them out , you will not be disappointed.

Justin, Jeff, and of course the owner Luke were all great in helping me at the last minute with my sudden dead battery. From towing, to diagnostics, to knowing what to line up next. This place is .well you be the judge!!!! I had over $1300 worth of work done (oil valve gaskets/lower radiator hose) in December of 2022 after my car ran hot on I-85, fast forward to September and my car is back smoking and running hot. I, a black woman who knows NOTHING about cars, called back to Hopewell and they told me to bring it by, sure!! I bring it in on a Friday, there were 2 men at the desk, neither really interested with what I had going on because there was minimum eye contact and they were conversing among themselves. One of them asked for my number and found the repairs from the previous job that they had done back in December. Well I was told they were too busy and that they wouldn t be able to look at my car until that Tuesday of the next week but advised since it wasn t keeping the coolant that I should leave it. Well as I was outside contemplating and waiting for my husband to advise me on what to do, I witnessed an older white gentleman pull in, go inside, one of the guys that were TOO busy for me, walk out to the gentleman s SUV, tell him to park it out front and within 15 minutes his was being moved and taken to one of the bays to start a repair to what seemed like a back light. So I did what any unappreciated person would do LEFT! 0/10 highly would NOT recommend!! I know it s not about race or gender but I would have at least like to have been treated like they wanted my business and not swept away like I wasn t important.

Great people an service. Reasonable prices. Life savers for me. Had to have a new front axle and hub. They ve changed my oil for going on 4years. Bought my tires too. Highly recommend

Today I had another problem with my car. The guys fixed it so fast and did a great job repairing the problem (belts). I encourage anyone who has a problem with their vehicle to choose these guys because they are the best. I wouldn't choose anyone else. They are so nice and very honest. They provided very quick service and turnaround on assessing what was wrong with my vehicle.They were honest and did not try to price gouge us .the other mechanics around here have price gouged my eyes out finally i found a place where I don t have to visit the ER when I leave from having my eyes (price) gouged out. The setting inside is a very comfortable vibe .college football on the TV and the bulldawgs barely winning against cupcake teams I started to get my eyes gouged from watching the game but I made it out safely .without my eyes (price) gouged or the bulldawgs gouging my eyes to death with bad play calling. Hopewell Tire and Auto is the ticket if you want real mechanics with real prices and no (price) gouging

My first time experience was good. Very nice and professional. Listen to my concerns. Very knowledgeable about cars. You can trust that they can find the problem and fix it and they back service with a 3 year warranty and that's amazing because other repair shop only gives one year. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone who is seeking auto repair. Now they are pricey but everything is because of inflation. But you get a three year warranty. Over all very good service.

After hitting road debris causing significant damage to radiator, both engine fans, belts and hoses and oil pan, AAA recommended Hopewell Tire & Automotive. The extensive repairs were conducted in less than a week for a reasonable repair cost. There was one minor adjustment required after the repair and they handled it very quickly and professionally to get us back on the road. I would definitely recommend this shop! I went in to Hopewell Tire for an oil change and I was telling Justin about an issue of my steering wheel shaking. I had some work done on my drive shaft at another auto repair company a few months earlier when my truck was doing the same thing. It stopped shaking for only a short time. He advised me to call the place I had the work done and they should help me out. I did that and the owner had sold the business, so I was out of luck. I called Justin back and he said they could inspect my truck and find out what was going on. They test drove it, looked at everything, tightened a bolt that was loose, then rotated my tires. They test drove it again and my steering wheel was no longer shaking. The work I had done before was all good. I was so relived. They were so nice to me and I really appreciated that. Great place and great service provided. this is a very honest and trust worthy shop. you never need to worry. Mr Jeff amd Mr Justin are extremely good and will give you the solutions for your vehicle . this is the only shop I can take my vehicle to and be confident they will do a great service. The gentlemen at Hopewell were phenomenal from checking all in between and through checking out. They take pride in their work absolutely not they take pride in knowing your vehicle is beyond just fix they guarantee their work. This was my first using them and there will be no other. If your looking for automotive work trust Hopewell is the place to go phenomenal service at a great price!!! Hands down the best service that I have ever received at an auto mechanic. Every staff member was friendly and informative. The prices were very reasonable, they provided top quality work, and the turn around time was fast. A special thank you is needed for Dimitri, as we worked most directly with him. Dimitri is extraordinarily friendly and a genuine human being. It was a pleasure and we will definitely be returning for our routine maintenance and in the event of any needed repairs.

Jeff at Hopewell Tire and Auto was a great help to me in a time of need! He was friendly, informative and kept me up to date on the repairs of my car. I had been to Athens, Georgia on business and had my daughter and her three young children with me. On our way out of Athens returning to the Atlanta area both tires on the right side of the car went flat, actually no air and resting on the rims. When the tow truck arrived the driver recommended Hopewell Tire and Auto for new tires. We were hauled to 3500 Jefferson Road late Monday night. The car was ready on Wednesday afternoon. Jeff had to special order the four Mitchelin tires. My experience dealing with Hopewell Tire and Auto was exceptional good. I recommend them to anyone who need work on their car or new tires!Susan B. I went to Hopewell because they were recommended. My check engine light was on and I had them check it out. They did not tell me that they are not able to repair things they find a problem. Very nice, accommodating, and prompt/quick service. My AC went out and I tried recharging it myself without success. I took it into Hopewell and it turned out my condenser was danged and needed to be replaced. They had the job done the same day at an average price according to the web and even applied a coupon that I didn't have but mentioned.
