Apparently these guys like to just open the store whenever they feel like it. I'm guessing that's why they don't have the hours of operation posted on the sign next to the door. Very poor business ethic and should seriously be addressed. I believe I'll take my business to O'Reilly

I shop at AutoZone 3449 . That's the only part store I shop at . Today I was there getting a part . And Javier Nieto was helping me to figure out what I had going on with my car. I'm proud to say he went ova and beyond to help me . I am very well pleased with the customers service that you guys have at the north avenue location.

All customers are paying customers First, come first, serve. All employees, no matter what business should practice. If you wanna run a business in your own fashion, Buy your own. Companies should keep a closer Eye On how their business is handled.

They SUCK! They messed up my online order (never did get it, had to cancel it and they kept the extra $9 I paid to have it DELIVERED) and when I called to find out why they had split my order into two separate orders and were only going to deliver one item instead of the 8 I ordered delivered to my house (my truck is broke down, I CAN'T go pick up anything which is WHY I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE IT DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE!!!!) the first guy hung up on me, the second guy was extremely rude, kept saying "I just got here, I just clocked in." Over and over again, refused to look up my order, refused to let me speak to a manager, cussed at me, insulted me, and was just downright NASTY until I finally just hung up the phone and called thier corporate office. I'll never shop at an Auto Zone again. EVER!!!

Celeste, the assistant manager, saved my entire day. She prevented me from spending an unfair price to repair my car at a different store. Instead she showed me the parts I needed and how to fix the problem! She taught me a valuable skill and was so kind in the process. Can t thank her enough.

Brought my car in to have the battery replaced. They didn t clean the corrosion on the posts, sold me the wrong size battery, and stripped the bolt on the positive post. Made it to a gas station half a block away and the car wouldn t start. When i finally got it back over there two employees gave me the runaround and ten million excuses why they couldn t give me the right size battery and replace the bolt. Had to have the car towed from their parking lot to the dealership for what in reality was an $8 ten-minute repair. I will never visit another Autozone store in my life. If i could give them zero stars i would. Go to the Advance Auto across the street. Bad staff, bad management across the board here. Already left a message with corporate s customer service line about the unhelpful staff and the damage they did to my car and pretended to be too stupid to fix. They should pay for the repairs i now need that i didn t need before i made the foolish decision to stop there for a new battery.

The brake and reverse lights were out on my truck the other day. While it would have been no problem for me to change them out. Jody said, "man I got it" and took the time to change them out himself. He was also very personable. I really appreciated the customer service!

Took a battery to be tested. Was told that it may not be any good any more. That it had reached it life span. Ok cool. Was told that they needed to charge the battery to be sure. Left it to be charged. Upon picking it up....took at least ten minutes for it to be brought up front. It was leaking acid water from under caps. It wasn't leaking when it was brought in but I know that charging it could have made it do that. But...that young lady that works there continuously accused us of damaging the battery before we brought it in. We never accused them of damaging it. It wasn't leaking before we left it there. But we know that charging a bad battery may make it leak and we were only asking why does it do that? I didn't get mad because I didn't know the answer. So why she got mad because she didn't know the answer. However the manager explained it and gave us an answer. And the moral of this story is...if you don't know the answer...ask Alexa...

I was having issues starting my car, so I took it there to get tested. Isabella tested both the battery and the alternator and determined it was a battery issue. I had purchased the battery from them previously, so she swapped it out under the warranty. She was super friendly and explained everything she was doing! I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Great customer service Jose is the best no matter what your looking for he will take his time with you and help you find your part even if they don t carry it which makes me want to do all my vehicles business with him.

Very disappointed in the customer service received . I purchased a alternator but ended up not using it so I brought in to the store to return with the receipt. The manager did not want to return my money and insisted that the part had already been used when in fact it had not . He was then rude and proceeded to say that we need to pay attention next time something is purchased at the store. With that type of customer service I rather buy at a different location

Horrible experience. Went in last night because I had a brake light out. Salesperson was pretty helpful and I asked if he could put in the bulb for me. He agreed. Went out to my car and he looks like he doesn't know what's going on. Struggles to get the assembly off then says he got the wrong bulb and goes back to get another one. Changes a perfectly fine bulb and can't figure out why the light isn't working. He then struggles to get the bulb back in so he asks me to stand out and hold my taillight while he gets his manager. The manager comes back and is visibly upset and berating his employee for even offering to change the bulb. He checks the bottom bulb (the one that's actually out) and says it looks fine, tells me it's a fuse and I need to take it to a dealership.I take my car to pep boys the next morning and they changed the bulb for me for $15 including price of the bulb. Will never visit this unprofessional autozone again.

Called today to see if they had the part we needed in stock after a different auto part store gave us the wrong part. They made sure they had the part and I told them we had to put the tire and parts back on before we could come in. The guy on the phone said it wasn t safe to drive the car without the part we needed for the brake caliper so he arranged to have the part delivered to us within 15 minutes of calling!! Absolutely amazing costumer service! I couldn t even believe. We will never ever go anywhere else other than here.

It's great if they don't have your part they will find you the store that does or order it and your good to go. The staff will also help you out if you need assistance changing out a headlight or maybe your windshield wiper blades.. Just ask if you need anything and they will try..

If you're in Athens, Ga and you must go to an Autozone, I would recommend you go to the one on the east side. The Autozone on North Ave will sell products that are missing parts or pieces and when you try to return them they'll act like you're trying to pull a fast one or something. I bought $70 worth of windshield wipers, which is also an extremely high price for wipers, and less than an hour & half later I tried to return them and was only refunded for one of them. I never any took them out of the retail containers, however the guy that sold them to me and did the return on the one wiper; Erick said it was missing pieces and it was dirty. Not sure what I would have to gain by putting a wiper on my car for an hour & half while it's not raining, but Erick felt I was pulling one over on him somehow. I don't really get it, but it's extremely poor customer service and not really well thought out by the employee.Update: I took to the remaining 24" wiper blade to the AutoZone on the eastside and a gentleman by the name of Rocky exchanged the wiper for one that would fit the J-hook connection on my car. The owner of both of these Autozones also gave me a call...which I really appreciate. After both of those instances I'm upgrading this to 3 stars from 1.

My car threw a belt while I was driving and I barely nursed it into this auto zone. Manager came out and spent the next hour and a half helping me get it back on the road! Outstanding service and had all the parts I needed for my Puma(Buick Park Ave).

In town for weekend and various dash lights came on. Ran test then checked battery. The guy cleaned off battery and warning lights went off. Routine work for them but definitely gave me feel better for a long drive home.

Helpful staff, clean store and easy to find. Prices are outrageous on some items, so be sure to shop around but that has nothing to do with associates and they do their jobs very well. Handicap parking is available and not sure if they have any public restrooms..Not sure anyone would be in there long enough for a restroom. The parts are usually in stock unless you need something exotic or big ticket items like crate engines, superchargers etc. Alternators and starters will be cheaper if you bring in the one you are replacing and avoid the dreaded core charges.

David Sanz provided me with much needed information, gave me step to step reasons why my car battery was dead. He installed it and was very polite. This guy deserves a raise if not given one. He truly sounded dedicated to his job and couldn t stop talking about how much he enjoys it. Thanks again David from North ave autozone.
