Kyle was awesome! I called about my battery and he was so kind, cheerful and went above anything I expected with information. I am always surprised when I receive excellent customer service there days. I went right to this Auto Zone to get my new battery and received the same service. Because of Kyle this is my new faithful auto store.

My check engine light came on, so I came in for help. Zach/Zack scanned my car for free, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and printed out the part I needed fixed and gave me a cost estimate. He was super nice and helpful! I will be coming back for any future car problems.

Everyone needs to go to the Autozone on W Broad St! The staff members are very friendly and super knowledgeable. When my car battery needed to be replaced, Mia was really able to put my mind at ease and quickly helped me get a replacement. Mia is the best!

My daughter was in need of a headlight bulb. Jamar was the associate who helped her. She works at Wesley and Jamar was a blessing to her. He went above and beyond. I pray he knows how thankful we are for his help! Thank you, Jamar!

I've visited this store twice and both times they were incredibly helpful. I had to have my battery replaced ASAP, but they encouraged me to have it checked out at an auto shop because they worried the problem was not the battery but the corrosion (and they were correct!!). I'm thankful for their honesty and great customer service.

Auto Zone always does a great job. My 16 year old son has always wanted to be in the auto industry since a very young age. He has been working at our local store over 6 months and loves helping customers. The store is always clean and organized.

Awesome exp�rience every time I go, no matter how busy they are, when they get to you, they always make it worth the wait, they give you their best. Always know ledgable, or theyll find out for you. I really like Auto Zone. I visited different ones across the city, they all have showm the same courtesy & will help or install widshield wipees for me. *****+ srars 4Me.

Downy was excellent help! I really appreciate his competence and his kindness- both unusual these days. He was SO helpful and he didn t treat us like idiots (a problem for most any woman walking into a parts store). We ll be back. Thank you for the top-notch customer service. Great job!

I stopped at this Autozone and asked an associate for help with my brake lights, don't know much but a poloce officer told me my lights were out both of them. Jamar went above and beyond in making sure that I had the right part because it wasn't the light that I needed after all. I appreciate his help, glad he was there to help me out. Thanks again for great customer service.

Great customer service! I thought I needed new windshield wipers! I was told the wipers were fine. I needed a good window glass cleaner.I made the purchase along with microfiber wipes. He was right!!Thank you so much!!

I can t believe how awful and rude Tammy the manager at this location was. I asked her if they had the code reader for a Silverado and she explained to me that she didn t even know if it was in the store or not, and she was the actual manager. Then when I asked her for the corporate number so that I can let them know that the people in their store don t know anything she hung up on me. I wouldn t trust anybody inside of this facility, especially if they don t even know if they have product in their store and they hang up on people when they ask for help terrible store. Terrible service don t hire people they don t know about parts.

I walked in looking for a pair headlights for my car and was promptly helped by Downy who also kindly replaced them on my car with no hesitation. Someone else was there to help but I forgot the name unfortunately. Five star customer service that I didn t expect. Thank you Downy!!! Awesome guy

I am in town for a conference, and I started having car issues while I was getting dinner tonight. I was panicked since I am out of town, and my car was smoking and smelled problematic. By the time I got to AutoZone, I was in tears. Shaun G. immediately jumped into action and told me I had come to the right place. He quickly identified the issue, helped me resolve it, found the right products, and educated me on what to look for moving forward. Because of his help, I feel comfortable getting back behind the wheel to safely get home later this week. Not only was Shaun super knowledgeable about what he was doing, but he also made me feel so much better about my situation. I don t have the words to thank him enough. Top notch experience!

Lost a loyal customer. I sent my son to the Broad Street AutoZone when he was having problems with his car battery. I told him that they would check his battery and replace it for him if there were problems. They did check it and found it to be bad and sold him a new battery, but they refused to install the new one. They said there was too much corrosion on the battery terminals. What? Aren't you equipped to handle this problem? Don't you sell product that gets rid of this corrosion? They left my son high and dry and lost my business in the process. I guess I'll be going to O'Reilly from now on.

Shawn and Downy are awesome! My daughter pulled into their parking lot in tears with her car over heating. They calmed her down and quickly identified the issue. With a little mechanical ingenuity, they had her on her way in no time and she was able to safely travel the 1 1/2 hour drive home. Thank you so much Shawn and Downy. My wife and I appreciate you helping our daughter out!

I had a battery that died and was assisted in purchasing a new One by Jeriemiaha Lopresto . He was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help me! He checked the battery I put in at home and corrected the mistakes I made. He was concerned about safety and even put windshield wipers on ! Excellent service. I will return. A+! Hank Davis

I *highly* recommend stopping in to this particular AutoZone for any need you may have!The day I went in, I had already had a difficult morning. My car didn t start when I was leaving an appointment with my doctor. I finally got it to start - and barely made it down the street to this AutoZone!I walked in, child in tow, and the general manager was at the front counter. He immediately greeted me and was so kind and professional, and then said no problem, let me take a look. He went outside and checked several things, and had my problem diagnosed very quickly - it was of course my battery.We walked back in, and he patiently showed me all the options available and the prices, as well as expert knowledge of how each one could help my Honda Odyssey. When I chose the one I wanted, he promptly got the battery, and then even installed it for me. I was in and out of there in 30 ish minutes!I was so thankful for his attention to detail and kindness to a scared mother who didn t want to be stranded 30 minutes from home! You won t regret stopping in at this location!! Ask to speak to Jason!!

The staff at this Autozone are super helpful and courteous. I had a much better experience here than i do at my vehicles dealership and will continue to bring my business to Autozone and encourage others to as well. The manager was really friendly and helpful, as was the associate Downy who replaced my battery today. Stand up service

Every AutoZone in my local area is awesome. The people are amazing and truly delightful. Especially when finding a part you have no clue what it's called. I was waited on for a long as it took. The person assisting me was patient, and even figured out what I needed after a bit of back and forth. Rock stars!!!!!!

Really helpful. Several service lights came on my dash. The employee ran codes and tested the battery to help address the issues. He then changed the battery for me after I purchased a new one. Thanks for the great service. Will definitely be using you guys again.
