This Man didn't not fix my sister Delores Burgess car after paying him 5,400. And the work that he said that he did a previous mechanic had already done. He took advantage of her because she's a women. BIG FACT!!!

Please dont take your car here,not informative, didnt fix my car I took my car in for oil leak, it was never fixed stayed there for almost 8weeks total ..I wish someone woukdve told me !!! He gives one price and will call and give you another ..HATE I EVER TOOK MY CAR HERE,NOW I HAVE TO TAKE TO SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX..HOPE NOONE EVER GETS DONE THIS WAY PLEASE DONT..NOW IF ANYONE FROM THE COMPANY POST ANYTHING UNDER MY POST IM GIVING DETAILS I RECORDED EVERUTHING

I bought a 2008 Mini Cooper S. Clubman about a month ago. I replaced just about everything on the engine to no avail. It just would not idle like it should.I determined it was a bad timing chain. As it turned out I was right. I took it to James who agreed and he had his technician Tony replace the timing chain components. They went the extra mile to remove the oil pan and remove the chewed up debris from the oil pump screen. It now runs like a brand new car! Thanks to them, I ll enjoy this car for many years to come. Great service and very polite. Very knowledgeable too.

Worst experience ever. I brought it in to have one simple thing done. Replace the Alternator. After waiting days I found videos online of how simple it was. It should have been a 30 minute job. Yet this place proceeded to take radiator hoses off and charge for those parts and more fluid. $332 total. They also blew one of my main fuses and wanted to charge $320 for the $70 fuse and $400 for another alternator. How convenient for them as they blame it on the car and not have to "warranty" it. I quickly got it out of there asap and am taking it to the dealer, where it should've gone to begin with.

Good, reliable shop. Not a clean fancy pep boys but the mechanics know what they're doing. I took my Volvo and Honda there over the course of six years, never had a problem they couldn't run down and fix and believe me, I drive old cars and had some weird ones.

Being a single woman in Athens, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of like I have at most other repair shops. They were polite, courteous and respectful. After checking prices I found they were least expensive for what I had done. I am very pleased and will definitely be a return customer.

Inept when it comes to diagnosing diesel VWs electrical / computer repairs. Charged a huge amount for what should have taken half the time or less. Illusive when asked to describe issues. I'm so glad we found this shop in Athens. The local BMW dealership won't touch my MINI, so it was important to find a trustworthy shop that will not only take care of any existing problems, but keep an eye on potential issues and tell me with honesty what should be done. For example, they noticed that my car pulls to one side during acceleration, and initially thought there might be a problem with the suspension (translation: $$$). They took a look without charging a diagnostic fee and gave me peace of mind by saying there was nothing wrong with my suspension, my car just has that much torque. Another shop might not have admitted they were wrong.

These guys are amazing and great at what they do!!!! I had a problem with my mercedes E320 wouldn't start ,AFTER leaving it here to be fixed I'M NOW ABLE TO START IT WHEN I'M READY TO GO THANKS A MILLION AND I WILL RETURN FOR FUTURE SERVICES !!!GOD BLESS THIS BUSINESS!!!
