I chose to have my 2016 F/150 with 58,000 miles fixed by Athens Ford Collision center. From the time i walked in to drop off the truck until I picked it up when repairs were finished everybody was very polite and assisted me with everything. They called to have my rental car delivered. Two people really made an impression on me. Brenda was very helpful and got everything i needed when i called. When i went to pick up my truck they had me leave the rental car there and they would notify Enterprise. . Brenda held on to an item I left in the rental car for about 2 months ( due to death in the family and me having surgery.) when I arrived to pick it up she walked out and met me with it so I wouldn t have to walk inside. The second person was Mason he kept me informed about the repairs. He even argued with the other parties insurance for to me in order to get the paint he needed instead of me paying. He successfully got the paint covered by insurance. Original estimate by insurance was 4,000 dollars but insurance didn t look under the truck.When Mason and his crew put the truck on a lift he noticed a lot of damage that insurance had not compensated for and handled it with the other parties insurance. All repairs came to nearly 15.000 dollars. I have bought three F-150 from Athen Ford and would hate to go anywhere else. Now Athens Collision center has earned my business (hopefully it won t be needed.).

We highly recommend Athens Collision! Their facility is top notch - very clean and modern. All employees were very professional, friendly, and organized. We received regular updates on the status of our vehicle. We were stunned at how quickly our car was repaired!

Work was done on my car here after a collision - the team did a great job communicating with each step of the process. They mentioned wanting to blend the paint job and stated if cost was a concern they would do it for free because they would rather have a car look right than squabble over some smaller charges. I think speaks volumes to the quality of work they do. I would use them again.

I don't write many reviews, but the people at Athens Collision deserve to be recognized for their expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism. I made an appointment and was met at the door when I arrived. No waiting. They dealt with my insurance company, explained what work would be completed, and now I feel like I'm riding in a new truck! They really helped me turn a bad situation into a positive experience. When I picked up my truck today it was as clean as the day I bought it. Fantastic experience. Textbook customer service!

I recently had to have work done on my car and Brenda s customer service was above and beyond. It is so nice to call a place and hear a friendly voice taking the time to listen to you and help. Athens Collision did the best work on my car making it look like nothing had ever happened to it. So many praises for Athens Collision Center! They did a fabulous job fixing my Mazda CX-5 after I was rear ended. Mason was very transparent with me regarding the repair process and communicating with insurance as well after structural damage was discovered. Upon drop off, I also overheard Brenda calling Enterprise Rental Car demanding they hurry up bringing my rental car over because I had been waiting almost 30 minutes. So nice to have customer service representatives advocating on my behalf! I have a Labrador that I take everywhere and admittedly turned my car in very dirty. Due to the exterior damage, I was unable to take my car through a car wash to vacuum it out. My car was returned to me possibly the cleanest I have ever seen it, which I was not expecting given the state in which I turned it in. This is the first time I have ever had to go through the body repair process. Brenda and Mason were so amazing and helpful. After some crack head hit my truck I took it to Athens Collision. I walked in expecting some excuse about how long it would take to fix my truck but luckily I was helped out by a smoking hot blonde lady. (Dawn I believe was her name) She cracked the whip on those boys and my truck was fixed and back on the road in a few weeks. Thanks again

I want to thank Mason Miller, his boss Kevin Tavares and their team. I bought my wife a new Ford Maverick and was going to Athens for surgery that morning. I let the rear window down and it would not come back up. I called the service department and they could not help. I told her to go by the collision center and explain the situation, that it was about to rain and I m in surgery.,Mr. Miller got with his boss and the group and they got the window back up and saves the day. I can not thank them enough for saving the interior from getting soaked and taking the pressure off my wife. They truly listen and care about people who ask for their help. Even though it wasn t their job, they went out of their way to help. Thank you.

I took my truck to Athens Collision Center to have a tonneau cover installed. Mason Miller was my estimator. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I spoke with his manager, Kevin Tavares. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Athens Collision Center for your needs.

Not a good collision shop to take your vehicle at Athens Collision. They don t do a good in bodywork. I took my car in November because of wreck from back side and now it had water leak issue on back of trunk and comes inside of car. When I let them know they said we are not responsible for any damages after we finished and vehicle had been drive off from lot after repair had been done. Very rude staff. Please don t take your car at this location. They will not do a good job. Please be careful.Service: Body & Trim

I will make sure ALL my friends, family, colleagues, & neighbors will never have to experience the belittling customer service at Athens Collision. Shame on the owner! The customer service skills are ZERO. Do not take your vehicle to this place of business! And definitely do not call and speak to the front office staff unless you want to be mistreated, belittled, and disrespected.As you can see even the owner has no idea what customer service means with their reply.Their response of excuses is not in the customer service hand book.Obviously the female who answers the phone learned there customer service skills from the owner.The correct way to address the issues is to call my wife and sincerely apologize for the behavior of your staff.Next explain to the review reading public that during this disrespectful display by your staff my wife was suffering with Covid 19.She respected you and your staff enough to wait and not expose them to Covid. But yet you and your company now are wanting to charge storage fees now.Do you not see that you are treating my wife disrespectfully?How dare you.Why don't you apologize directly to her ASAP.That would be the right thing to do at this point.

The estimators at Athens collision are superb! Dawn was our estimator twice for repairs to our SUV. She was informative, was constantly updating the progress, and so helpful in every aspect in both instances. The other estimators always answered my calls competently and kindly. They are a great team.We could not be more pleased with the work done to our SUV. In fact except for when we bought it, it has never looked better! I never write reviews because I understand negative reviews can affect one's business. However, this specific center warrants feedback and hopefully, correction.I brought my car in for a rear end bumper repair. Throughout negotiations with the insurance company at fault, we obtained what the body shop asked for. My attorney along with the adjuster was on the phone with the body shop. I wanted to move forward with repairs at this body shop so I wouldn't have to pay storage fees as negotiated. A few days later and I ask on any updates. I'm told they're on hold and they want another supplement in case of extra fees. To be honest, I'm not mad that they're afraid of extra costs coming out of their pockets, it's a business and I understand. What I don't understand is why was no one notified that repairs were on hold? My storage fee was accruing without my knowledge where I thought we were moving forward with repairs. At first it was $1600 charges, then it became $2300. So, in the end, my car was not fixed, my storage fees kept adding up, and I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed, on top of paying the fees. They wouldn't even allow me to drive the car back because the bumper was off, so I asked can I pay to have the bumper put back on? I live extremely close so why not rather drive it back than tow it right? Nope, they refused to do any repairs because the car itself is classified as "total loss," Funny, I hold a clean title on the car, the insurance company did not ask for my title. Are they even in their legal limits to say it's a "total loss" car?Nevertheless, I brought in a car that was driving well despite an accident, to getting it back worse than when I brought it in.This takes the cake though, I call to confirm because nowadays you have to confirm things, "All the things, bumper and all, will be towed and brought to my home with the car correct?"Lady: Pauses as though I just asked the dumbest question, "I mean... yeah of course."The car came back with no bumper in. I had to drive back to the store to grab the bumper myself. Oh and the guys in the back didn't even know I was coming to pick up a bumper. Imagine I'm some random guy grabbing something that's supposedly not mine.TLDR: The entire business lack communication both internally and externally. Most 1 star reviews on this business is about their parking lot and storage fees, wherein they aim to extend your fees until they've obtained enough money. It's TRUE. So, if you're longing the feeling of the 08 crash, this is the perfect place to put your money in!Service: Body & Trim

I would definitely recommend this place. I got my car repaired in the matter of just 12 business days and they kept in touch with updates. Fantastic job on the paint and repairs! Overall very nice people and place.

James was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He kept me in the loop from start to finish, helped out with my rental car extension and also made arrangements to have some things fixed for me outside of my claim. They did such a great job on repairing my car, it looked brand new. Highly Recommend Athens Collision!!
