The staff here was so helpful and friendly when we were it a tight spot with a broken down vehicle. They walked us through everything we needed to know and took good care of us.

My car battery died and i need to get it tested. I drove to advanced auto parts at 7:30 am right when they opened. The guy was so kind and made the process so nice and enjoyable. Turned an unpleasant morning into a very nice one!

I first went to the advanced auto parts on Atlanta Hwy just asking if they could simply tell me what part i needed on my van. The guy said he wasn t an experienced mechanic and couldn t tell me, wouldn t even go to the van to look at it. So i was sent elsewhere still nothing. I finally went to the one on West Broad and Scott who works there was more than happy to go out and look and went above and beyond to make sure i got what i needed to fix my van. And the next time i went in there when my dad needed something, he remembered me and cared enough to ask how the van was running and everything. Thank you Scott for going above and beyond! You re doing awesome!

I was trying to get a simple fuse for my car and the associate said he had no way to know what fuses go to my specific car. I know previously they have had access to specific parts for specific cars "in the computer". The person wished me luck and the fuse was the wrong size.I have updated the review from a 2 to a 3 because I received a response from someone from the company addressing my comments. That gives me great hope about training and customer service on future visits.

I needed a battery change and the employees quickly took care of a testing and replacement for me. The manager was so kind and helpful and I was shocked at how quickly it was done!

These folks are always great. Mark not only helped me with the part I was looking for but also offered to supervise and guide me through the brake light replacement I was attempting. I couldn't finish there because the panel was being very fussy but was able to once I got home. His encouragement was appreciated. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience today with Seth at the Advanced Auto Parts on Broad St. He was the only one working in the store, and I needed my truck battery checked and then ultimately replaced. He was very receptive of what I needed but also knew he had to take care of the customers in the store. He was very polite in explaining that as long as people were in the store, he would not be able to come outside to assist me, which I was fine with. The professional demeanor he displayed allowed me to understand the situation and be patient as I knew he was doing the best he could do. I will be coming back to this location for all my truck part needs thanks to Seth s customer service. Thank you, Seth!

This is my favorite auto parts place because the people are so helpful. Also they have had what I'm looking for every time I go in.The store is on the way into downtown and pretty easy to get in and out of because of the traffic lightThere's always parking available in the parking lot.But again the main benefit here is the service. It's quick, and always friendly and helpful.

Amazingly helpful staff. Every time I need something from this store, I always get the best service. Not only an advice what to get but also a detailed explanation how to do what I need to do on our old cars. It also comes with an encouragement that I, a not very handy girl, can do it. Last time I needed help, Mathew was extra helpful and very knowledgeable. So, thank you all at Advance Auto Parts for a great customer service and for always having what I need.

Went to get windshield wipers this morning. The employee that assisted me was extremely nice and provided great customer service to not only me but to the people walking in after me. He put my wipers on without me asking and I appreciate that. He seemed very knowledgeable. I appreciate the great customer service especially at a time like this. Every time I have stopped in here the associates have been very helpful and knowledgeable! This last time I needed a new battery for my car, and they helped me find the right one, get a good deal on it, and installed it for me pretty quickly. This is my go-to place for car questions, tools and gadgets I may need, and I appreciate the free services (such as battery testing and installment, check engine light scanning, alternator and started testing, etc.) they offer!

Fast, competent service. Since I was next, the attendant left the counter-- without delay-- to test my Nissan for battery, alternator and starter issues. He also helpfully fielded my follow-up question.

The guys at this location were very nice and well mannered. But my battery was corroding and leaking large amounts of acid and I was told by someone from this location that it was out of warranty and there s nothing they could do but it really wasn t. I went to Lexington Rd location and they said the warranty went through just fine.

I had an amazing experience here. I had previously taken my care to Auto Zone to have the battery tested and they were not helpful and couldn't tell me anything. So I took it here, and Jonathan was SO helpful and kind. He explained everything to me and even taught me how to take out the battery and jump my own car (he did it for me and taught me how for the future). Another employee also tag teamed and offered advice. Overall, they knew what they were doing and actually cared about helping me find the problem. Highly recommend!!! Thanks Jonathan!
