If a rating could exceed five stars, Michael and his team would certainly merit it. When I found myself stranded in Georgia, their incredible level of service provided a beacon of relief in a stressful situation.What struck me about Michael was his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite being located 45 minutes away, he didn't hesitate to come to my aid at a random gas station. This wasn't just a quick fix, either - Michael arrived with the necessary parts in hand, ready to diagnose and address the issue.Upon discovery that my head gasket had blown, Michael was forthright and detailed in explaining the complexity of the situation. He handled the situation with an exemplary level of professionalism, ensuring I understood the gravity of the issue without causing unnecessary alarm.Regrettably, due to an unavoidable two-month backlog of work, Michael couldn't personally undertake the repair of my truck. I broke down with my family on the way back home the exit before Ashburn last Saturday. I had no idea what happened to my 7.3 Excursion. She just shut down and I coasted off the interstate to a rural exit. I was told the guy who could fix anything was Mike @ Procraft Automotive by the local O'Reillys. However, they were closed over the weekenc. So I had it towed there. I left Mike a note to call me on Monday morning so I could go over the details. He did and after I was through telling him everything, I asked when he thought he could look at it. To my surprise, he told me he already fixed it. He knew exactly what it was even though the scanner would not state the issue. All it was was a sensor that shut down the low end fuel supply and computer. He could have told me anything and I would have paid it. I picked it up 4 days later. He didn't charge me a dime. He is as honest of a guy you can find and a great person at that. Hats off to this man. We need more Mikes in this world. I will pass this forward. Thank you Mike!!!! Now go fishing with those kids.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was driving from Florida to Tennessee pulling a motorcycle trailer. The truck started missing on one cylinder and running really rough. Got a room and 1st thing called this shop. Micheal told me to bring it down now and moved several vehicles so I could get in right away. Turned out to be a bad coil. He had the part there and it was fixed in under an hr. AND he didn t even charge me for labor. Great guy. Highly recommend!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My wife and I were traveling to Florida from Middle Georgia when the low oil pressure light came on in the rental vehicle I was driving. I made a stop at the circle k in Ashburn and discovered that I was leaking oil real bad. About a half mile from the circle k, was procraft automotive. I went to this location and met one of the nice's person I could've hope for. Not only did he diagnose the issue but he fixed the problem and didn't charge me. We had an issue as we traveling. We stopped in to have it checked out. Turned out to be a minor issue, Micheal made time for us and got us back on the road within an hour and a half. He was so friendly and helpful. We appreciate you Micheal. It was a blessing to meet you.

My husband broke down during a long distance trip and Michael was able to help him even though the shop was already very busy that day. He got the necessary repairs done in under 2 hours and was very honest and fair with the prices. Please fund this man's business. I was 6 hours in a 16 hour trip from Miami to Ft. Knox when my alternator gave out. The Service was FAST, HONEST, and FAIR. Treated me better than any other auto repair store I've been. Treated me like family. If I lived in this town I would only go here for repairs but sadly I don't. What would have been a $600 service at a bigger chain cost me less than $200 (and that's before the military discount). Words cannot express gratitude enough.I also want to thank Officer Watson and Officer Leggette for jumping my car to get me to the auto store.

We had a scare this morning with our truck and us being 5hours away from home. So we pulled off the interstate because the truck fouled a plug and Michael had it fixed and back on the road in no time. And he didn't try to over charge us like most mechanics would when your so far away from anything you know. Very highly recommended. Very friendly . Thanks again Michael.

My family and I were literally stranded miles away from home and I our car was overheating with large amounts of coolant leaking out. We got towed by AAA to their business and they took us right away without a reservation. He found the problem quickly and really saved our lives. Don t know what we would have done without procraft. I recommend this place 100 times over!!!!

Only giving five stars because Google won't let me give any more. Michael is a great mechanic and an even better person! He gave us a healthy dose of southern hospitality when our car broke down in Ashburn. This place deserves your business!

Mike saved my family and I from a disastrous trip while returning home to Canada. My alternator crapped out and we barely rolled into his parking lot... Mike had a new alternator installed before we finished lunch around the corner....I can't thank him enough for the quick work and the fair price charged...
