Can t say enough about this place. Our truck wasn t wanting to start on our way to Florida. As we were close we took it to O Reilly s in Ashburn, GA expecting to buy a battery. Johnson was so helpful running a diagnostic on our truck free of charge. Small town, but all were helpful with our truck.

Came to the store with, what I thought, was a bad battery, because my truck had a hard time starting. Ms. Johnson took out her tester box and hooked it up to the truck. Started it up and the box did it's thing. Turns out that battery, alternator, and starter were all ok. No sale, but also no charge for the tests. I appreciate the honest diagnosis, as well as the very friendly and free help!

Black female with short plats behind the counter is rude and too comfortable at her job. She caught a whole attitude when my guy asked her to look up a part in the system.

Compared to online auto parts O'Reillys as well as other walk in Auto Parts stores have gotten very expensive. The O'Reilly store in Ashburn Ga has a professional, polite, staff who always works hard to answer my questions and help with whatever I need

We just left the store in Ashburn. There was an employee outside smoking. He greeted us. There was an employee inside who was on the phone with a friend. This guy did not greet us or even acknowledge us. We looked for what we needed. We did not find the item. After waiting for the employee to acknowledge us, he casually asked if we needed something. When we explained what we needed, he said, Bro, if it wasn t on the wall back there, we don t have it. Then, he continued with his phone conversation.

The staff there us very kind and understanding when you break down and can only get as far as their paying lot .I did wind up spending the night there but they made sure I got food and everything I needed!

Up until 3/21/20 I had no problem with this place. On that day I asked the about how to tell if your alternator is bad. They act as if they didnt know so I bout a new battery. I put that battery in and it went dead. Then he said he could test the alternator. He should have done that before I purchased that new battery. Now i had to spend money to buy a new alternator. I wasted money buying a new battery. I will not shop there anymore. They are not like they use to be.

Ashburn O'Reilly's has the best staff ever so knowledgeable and helpful not to mention just down right fun staff to do business with. Never been told they can't get it when ever I have needed any Auto parts.

Terrible customer service. Staff was very rude. I went to the location because the batteries on my truck went bad. The staff was reluctant to help me in anyway.

If you are looking for a part, they have it. And uf they don't, they will have it for you as fast as an he, to 24. You will be surprised at their PROFESSIONAL they are.
