Joe and his staff are the kind of people you want helping you out. They're kind, and understanding, and funny to boot. Joe himself has never let me down, and always been honest and upfront with me. He even takes the time to explain how things work, so I can do minor fixes on my own. Polk Oil and Lube is the first place I turn to when I'm having car trouble.

Joe and his staff are excellent, they take the time to properly diagnosis the issue and discuss your options for your situation. They were quick and use OME parts to assure you of quality and compatiablity. I highly recommend you allow them to take care of your automotive service and repair needs.

I have known Joe for years & YEARS. Me and my family has been going to him pretty much since he opened his doors. They truly do 5 star service over there. Anything from changing your oil to changing your engine. What ever the case may be.

This is a great place to take your vehicle! They are honest folks who don't take advantage of their customers. I needed a brake job at the last minute and they worked me in the next day! The price was great.

Denied courtesy of an estimate before they made repairs. Cost was outrageous. They never called or gave me the right to decline. This older car is NOT worth several hundred dollars in repairs. Forced to pay what they say. In utter and complete shock at the cost, and their lack of professionalism.

Had oil change done on two cars. Drop both off as soon as they was open. Both cars wasn't finished until 4:00pm for a oil change.
