Good customer service, they checked my vehicle first, found the problem then called to let me know what it was, how much it would cost for the part and labor to see if I want them to go head and do the repair. The service was quick but very efficient.

Snider has always been good when it comes to my vehicles. They have hard working technicians that care about your car. As a college student living a 1 hour away I have found my home away from home when it comes to car repairs. They use high quality napa parts to make sure you get the best for your dollar. They also include a warranty with certain things. Thanks Snider

First time customer. Seem knowledgeable. Recommended by my usual mechanic.Fixed what past mechanic had broken by the next day. They have a new customer! Would recommend to anyone, especially with a Dodge!

I paid for my AC system last year in July with them and it's under warranty took it back today because my AC went out and they tried charging me $1600, smh why people try to get over on you... I thought they was decent people but I was wrong

Earl Snider who owns the shop is a real straight shooter, and his team of mechanics are top notch. Earl and the guys are going to make sure everything s done and it s all done right. They are quick and responsive, always courteous and explain everything in concise detail.

Daniel and his team went above and beyond to diagnose the major wiring problem in my daughter's car. Not only that, the service was quick: It was fixed in one day. Daniel displayed customer service at its finest as he worked with the warranty company and the dealer whom we had originally purchased the car to ensure that we, the customer, were taken care of.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Snider Auto Care was a blessing for me my graduation weekend. I came from FL to graduate at GSW and I hit a curb that bent my tire rod. They immediately helped us with towing to the shop & fixed it within 6 hours! Highly recommend, thank you so much! We just picked up my daughter's car and it's too early to rate the workmanship/repairs. We did not have a pleasant experience. They obviously were not happy doing another dealerships warranty work. We were told different things by different people and we still don't know if the repair was truly covered by the warranty and what it might cost. I hope customers without warranty work have a better experience.

These folks know what they're doing! I've tried other mechanics, but I've never gotten the good service and reliable work that I get at Snider Auto Care. They keep my cars with more than 300,000 miles on the road (amazing)! Earl, Rusty, and Spencer are really friendly and helpful. They put up with all my phone calls and questions. Snider is the best. I've been going to Snider's for a while now because i was treated poorly else where. No matter what issue I have with my vehicle they are quick, polite, and honest with repair options and their prices. When I got a diagnostics test done on my vehicle they were honest about what really needs to be changed, from priority down to will need attention.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

From out of state working. The last thing I need was vehicle problems. Not only did I have vehicle problems I had a transmission to go completely out. Had no knowledge Of any auto mechanic shop in America's Georgia. And what did I do. I Google auto mechanic shop. Snider Auto Care appeared with several other mechanic shops. Snider reviews were awesome. I knew from that moment I had to give those guys a call. They dispatch a tow truck to the local hotel I was staying in. Diagnosed the problem gave me a call by noon to inform me that the transmission needed to be replaced. They did not waste any time in 3 days I was back on the road I recommend Snider Auto Care to everyone that need work did on their vehicle.Service: Transmission

The Best Auto Care - Excellent Service. Snider Auto Care is the BEST in the business. I am a first time customer, and can't say enough good things about Snider Auto Care. They were very professional, and I am so happy with the work they did on my car. The staff was very friendly, and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for quality auto repair.

If I could review this "business" 0 stars I would. I took my car here when my car began having issues. They told me my car would be 1,800 to fix in which I told them I couldn't afford that and they told me they would wait to fix it until I decided if I wanted to get it fixed or tried to figure something out financially. They then took it upon themselves to fix my car in which ended up costing 2,600 and they also broke my windshield in the process. I told them there was no way I could come up with the money to fix it and they told me they weren't going to fix it. I then told them there was no way I could come up with almost 3,000 dollars and that I needed to come get my things out of my vehicle. They refused and told me that I couldn't get my belongings after taking it upon themselves to fix my car without my permission. I lost all my belongings including important documents and my wedding ring which was in my car. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are con artists and severely unprofessional.Service: Engine repair

I live in Daytona Beach. My car broke down on August 15th in Americus Georgia. I had my car towed to this company not knowing what they could do. First off they were really honest and told me they were booked up and they would get to my Dodge Charger when they could. I said ok no problem. Let me tell you. In 2 days they were working on my car and it was fixed. I actually got a call every step of the way. Come to find out it was some fuses. It only cost me 169 dollars. Paid them on the spot. Even though I had a prepaid maintenance plan with my dealer I didn't have the time to drive and spend half a day there. Needing to go out of town for the weekend. I called the service team at Snider asked if I could get an oil change. I was giving an appointment. I went in and by the time I finished my cup of coffee they were done. Thankfully they also checked the battery. Even though the car is under 2 years old the battery had been week but I forgot to mention. The test came back weak. With the holidays coming up and travel the last thing I wanted was for us to be stranded out of town. The battery not being standard wasn't in stock. I was told no problem they could have after lunch and told me they would call me when in. I left did what I needed to do. I got a call went in and they quickly got it changed out and us back on the road with confidence.

I am always very well taken care of at Snider Auto Care!!! No matter the issue with my vehicle, they are fast, friendly and honest with repair options and prices!!! Rusty & Daniel ensure that I am aware of everything going on with my vehicle throughout any repair and always make sure that everything is handled to my satisfaction!!

We were visiting the area from out of state. The rear brakes on our truck began to make strange grinding noises. After several calls to local dealers and auto repair facilities who could not look at our truck until the following week, I spoke with Daniel at Snider Auto Care. He said come on in and we will see what we can do. This all happened on a Friday afternoon 2 hours before closing time. The right rear caliper had lost a bolt and was out of position to the point that it was grinding on the tire rim. Daniel's procured the necessary parts for the repairs. He also checked all of the other brake systems for any issues. We were on our way by 4:45. If you are ever in the area and need help, Snider Auto Care and their crew is the place to go. I was coming through Americus Ga a few weeks ago and my truck broke down. Went to Ford dealership first then took my truck to Sniders Auto Care upon a recommendation from a local businessman and friend. Mr. Snider and his folks were very friendly and extremely helpful. Used this place in the past and was charged for something tha was supposed to be under warranty, then today i call to try and find a part and the gentleman I spoke with was absolutely rude. Will NEVER use this place!

Service tech Kelly was outstanding but also seemed overworked. Guys standing around doing nothing but this guy was getting it done. I ll go back if I can get him to fix my truck. Terrible communication. Have called many times and have been told i ll get a call back within the hour only to never received one at all for days until i call back. My car was supposed to be finished tuesday and i found out thursday after calling asking about the delay only to be told that no parts have arrived yet. was told again that i was going to get a call within the hour and never did. The professional thing to do would be to pick up the phone and give me a call letting me know there is a delay. Once my repairs are finished, i will probably not be going back.
