I was told in a email that I should get updates every 3 daysabout the repairs being done to my car. I have been the one that's had to call and get put on hold. On last Monday February 18th I was told that my car was in the bay and waiting for the parts to come in. Call again on Friday was told that my car was waiting to get in the bay I guess to be fixed..... All I am saying is there no problem when they won't they payment. I have been patient. At a stand still can't get back and forward to work. This is put me at a stand still.

I purchased my car at Raineys used cars and was provided excellent customer service!! From start to finish Durrell Mays made sure that I not only got a good quality car, but from start to finished he made sure I understood everything that was going on without getting frustrated with all the questions I had. He assisted me the whole time with a smile on his face!!! I would highly recommend Raineys in Americus ga 10 out of 10 times.

Tameca! Is the best! Sweet. Explains everything to the T! Answers all questions..She got us what we wanted. And we are extremely satisfied. Update! It's March now. Ever since tax season. Rainy has been killing my pockets. Every time I turn around. I owe for something. I just gave these people like 1,300 dollars for a payment that I wasn't aware of. I thought everything was good after that. Which put me behind on my personal finances. Now I'm getting txt messages again saying I owe money. Can't get ahold to anyone to help you. They bounce you around every where.

Miss. Kitchen was very helpful & they worked with my fianc� & I down payment. We weren t there for no more than 2 hours & we were able to drive off the lot that easy. I definitely recommend going to them. They have some really good cars & the one we got had very low miles!! This is by far the best car lot I ve gone to. Definitely will come back for another car.

O my God my sales person is so sweet. Miss Kitchens is a doll she answered all my questions and had the best answer for me if I didn't understand something she would make it clear for me to understand she's the best. As well as all the other staff they was very helpful as well that Rainey's I love me new car.
