My experience has always been great at Hayes. I did want all wiper blades (front and back) replaced during my January 24 appointment. The front blades were not in stock but I went ahead and paid and was going to pick them up in a few days. I went back up there a couple of weeks later and still no blades. The guy at parts counter supposedly ordered them again, so when I went up there for my next service, April 24 I was expecting them. But somehow I didn t get them again. After this I just got a refund. I mean it s only wiper blades and I can get those anywhere. I was just trying to give Hayes that extra business. But no worries, things will fall thru the cracks sometimes. I will continue to use Hayes for service on the Buick.

I arrived a couple of hours early for my appointment due to some unexpectedly short medical appointments. They cheerfully moved forward; I had expected a wait whether I arrived early or on time and had brought more than enough materials to read and work on. The waiting room was busy but comfortable and well arranged.

Went in with my wife to look at a Highlander. We ended up purchasing it and Matthew our sales person was great. There was no pressure on a purchase when looking at vehicles and they answered any questions or concerns we had. Ended up getting us in a decent payment. I would definitely recommend them

The people are great here. I bought a base model truck, but really wanted leather in it. These guys sent it out to some place called Auto Accents & got me some Katzkin leather installed. I had no idea this was even possible. Amazing

By far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever encountered. Andrew Harris was very friendly and very knowledgeable. All of the individuals who were involved in the purchase of my 2023 Buick Encore GX were very easy to work with and kind. I highly recommend Hayes of Baldwin!

Awesome experience! We were traveling through Georgia towing a large camper when we had a trailer brake controller failure causing us to layover night in a campground until the issue was resolved.The next day I called their service department and dealt with Alex who set me up for an appointment and they located the issue and replaced the part all within an hour and a half. I was back on the road on the way back to Florida in record time.I would highly recommend this dealer based upon my personal experience.

I highly recommend Destin Ellison at Hayes Automotive of Baldwin if you are in need of a new or used vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and it was great doing business with him. The customer service was outstanding and I purchased exactly what I was looking for.

Very happy with our truck buying experience with Hayes in Baldwin. .Destin our salesman didn t pressure you, but followed up on everything he said he would do. If he said they were going to call at a particular time he did. Absolutely one of the smoothest dealer experiences I ve had.

I had a routine service done on 9.22.23, and it seemed to go OK and a price that ended up being $361 with brake pads all around and a $50 air filter (I know, I know). Took longer than I expected, but it was a fine transaction. However, I took a look in the lot and saw a new 2023 Cadillac Escalade with a sticker *adding* $20,000 for "Market Adj." The same vehicle I see all over TikTok with water pouring into the passenger compartment through improperly sealed openings in the roof and owners who claim that the dealers won't repair the problem. Regardless of the water leaking problem, I would not buy anything off a lot with a +$20K sticker on any vehicle. Period. Not even Ferrari. There were spider webs on the tires of half the used cars, so you think they might anxious to sell something. Apparently not to me.

They checked my 2000 Camaro convertible to make sure everything worked as expected and serviced the vehicle too. Had to replace a seatbelt bracket so ordered that thru the parts dept. Chris looked up the part and ordered it for me. I picked it up today. Everyone at Hayes that I dealt with was friendly and helpful with making sure my Camaro had what I requested and whatever it needed. Good dealership!

Great Service Department. They have served my 2012 Chevy Eqinox since day one. Now I bought a 2024 Chevy Trax that they will be servicing. Andy Lambert the service manager runs a good operation.

Excellent Customer Service overall, purchased my truck from Carl Black GMC in Kennesaw and will never return to their store again, Hayes knocked it out of the park with estimated times and was actually completed sooner than I thought, will always take my vehicle to Hayes for any type of service.

Honesty and Integrity--two words you don't normally associate with a car dealership--prevail at Hayes. Kyle was open and honest with us--made us feel at home and treated us like family. Rest assured that the next time we are shopping for a car, and we are interested in a GM vehicle, Hayes will be the first stop!

They upgraded my oil change to premium synthetic without checking with me first and double the price. The few times I've come here , they've done stuff like this. The last time I was here for a warrenty issue, and they didn't even check what we brought it in for. When we pointed that out, they just said to have a nice day. I'll drive farther and go to the Cleveland dealership from now on.Update in response : I was there Friday Sept 15th. Look at the last name. I called and scheduled the appt but they still put it under my husband's name, Jeremy. However I was the one there and I was the one signing the paperwork and paying.

These folks are great communicators, genuinely nice to customers, they care about your car, they know that you are nervous, and they want you to feel good. The shop looks good, feels good, lots of light, everyone in their business works like busy bees who care about they are doing. Good job - car issues are the worst - way to be awesome.

*DO NOT BUY PREOWNED FROM HAYES CHEVROLET*I purchased a CERTIFIED PREOWNED VEHICLE from Hayes Chevrolet in mid January 2022. The salesman I worked with explained that the vehicle had undergone a very detailed multi point inspection in order for it to be deemed CERTIFIED PREOWNED After owning the vehicle for only *!5 weeks!* my front brake caliper detached while I was driving, causing major damage to my passenger side front wheel.Thankfully I was able to limp the truck into a local Chevy dealer and they were able to re attach my brake system.This malfunction could have been life threatening and could have been avoided if the truck was inspected properly.I asked Hayes Chevrolet to kindly compensate for damages and replace the damaged wheel. They refused to take responsibility for the malfunction. I will no longer buy from this dealer and strongly recommend against anyone else possibly having this experience as well

I have been a customer in their service department since Andy Lammers started working there. Since his promotion to Service Director the team has only gotten better. I'm grateful for their manners and their technical ability. This review is long overdue. Thank you Hayes for having Leaders like Andy Lammers!

I would give them zero stars if there was an option. Customer service is a disaster. Was not greeted at all, had ask for help. And on top of that I get this guy named T.J. absolutely not knowledge of products they are selling. All he cared to ask is are you buying today ?I think this is why no one wants to buy from the dealerships anymore. Online shopping and send it to my home is the new way.

We want to thank Terry, Matt and all the service department for taking such good care of us August 23, 2023. We had our truck with camper in tow when we had a brake problem on our Ford truck. We just happened to be in front of Hayes Chevrolet in Baldwin, Ga. They took us right in, even though it was a Friday afternoon, and fixed our problem so that we could go on our trip. Good people! Thank you!
