Mr Bruce was very helpful kind and customer focused. He did a great job getting my tires replaced, work was performed fast and great price.

Walmart is a great and wonderful place to shop i buy my groceries as well as my automotive need in one store thats what i love about the place and the prices are always great. The customer service line is usually long but the money center can help you with what you need as well.

I am amazed at how rude and uninterested the service was here. I tried to stop in for a tire replacement and the person helping at the front desk didn t acknowledge me and then immediately said it s going to be a while, it s going to be a long while. I have 4 other tire to do, while pointing at some tires. I preceded to say that it was fine and I could leave my car but he didn t want to hear that. He then conveniently didn t have my tire size. There is not one car in the parking lot, I m socked they don t want the business. Happily taking it to Speedway Auto Repairs up the road.

My $30 oil change turned into over $2000 in repairs. And Walmart STILL claims it wasn't their fault. These people have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!came here to get my oil changed and I drove my car home. I didn't drive it for 3 days after that on the third day my husband cranked it up and it made this horrible rattling sound. The only thing we did to it was taken to Walmart to get the oil changed. So my husband called Walmart they told us to tow it to the oil change part so we did. When we got there the manager was extremely rude was not helpful I kept making very disrespectful comments. So we filed a claim with Walmart. They had somebody come out to look at my car and the whole time he was there he went on about how it's Walmart's fault he sees it all the time blah blah blah. He goes back writes a report that says the complete opposite of what he told us when he was at our house looking at my car. He didn't even take anything apart he just open the hood didn't even start the car. So we spent over $2,000 to get my car fixed and looked at. We took it to another mechanic and it turns out that Walmart had put the wrong weight oil in my car and it was too heavy to pull through the oil pump. Walmart never even change the oil filter at that. So all they did was pour oil into my car and not only did they pull just pour oil in there to pour the wrong oil in there so we spent months and money to have my carport apart or something simple that could have been prevented. So my husband called them back to let them know and they once again Walmart extremely rude and said it wasn't their fault that they put the right oil in there. I'm sure if you pulled the cameras from the garage you'd see they didn't do ANYTHING like they were supposed too.Service: Oil change

Got a flat tire headed to Atlanta. Thought I was in the middle of nowhere. Didn't realize there was a walmart 5 minutes away. Turns out they had at least 20 of the tire size I needed. Way more than Murphy, NC. Got the tire fixed in no time and was on my way

Absolutely awful service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I called on a Friday and told them the tires I wanted and set up an appointment for the next Monday morning. They told me they had the tires in stock and the price. I gave them my name and phone number. I go into the business at the appointed time on Monday, they have no record of my name, don't know if they have the tires and don't care about seeing if they could get the tires.AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL business. I could have had far more success talking to a pile of dirt or stack of rocks.I didn't know that even Wal-Mart could be this incompetent.HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE.

Horrible experience here today. There is no communication at this place and nearly all staff had poor attitudes and were complaining about any and everything. I made an appointment for an installation of 4 tires and I was abrasively 'greeted' by a team member in the parking lot saying that even though I had an appointment right then, I would be waiting 2-3 hours before my service could begin. An assistant manager got things moving, thankfully, after I asked to speak to a manager. To top things off, only 3 of the 4 tires I scheduled an appointment for were available so I have to go back tomorrow for the 4th tire. The only good thing about the experience was the team member who installed my tires - Beatriz was professional and delightful to work with. She even went out of her way to show me something about one of the lug nuts on one of my tires. She will quickly accelerate her career and outgrow the sub-mediocrity plaguing this place.

No one here seems to know how to do anything. The guy at the counter doesn t know how to confirm a price that s listed online and doesn t seem to know how to use the computer. I m also confused why he couldn t just tell me the price without having me go out to get my odometer mileage. I was informed that the other person behind the counter is only to help with translations and the only person I could clearly understand didn t know how to use the computer. Good service.. somehow for a walmart. Oil change with line took 40 min in the morning. The workers there are chill.Update: they over tightened the cap and made a crack on it. I had to go to Firestone 2 weeks after because I was leaking oil. They told me that the issue was due to the previous oil change and fixed it. Sidenote, Firestone is 5 dollars more for synthetic oil change when they run coupons.

The man that changed my oil today did a fantastic job.. he was very kind and professional. He made sure I knew about the leak in my oil pan thingy (lol shows you how much I know about cars..) and asked if I wanted him to show me how I can check and keep track of the oil levels for myself. I will definitely be back for my next oil changes and auto care.

Walmart Auto care centers are great. Most times when compared to other auto parts places like Autozone, O'Riely or NAPA. etc. The Walmart prices are a lot cheaper on everyday items needed for your car. I normally just go there to get my maintenance car products. The obviously don t store parts so if you need parts just go to the other stores.

After getting the runaround and rude treatment all day from other Walmart Auto Centers, Gus and the team here were actually able to help me. Professional and kind, I'll def come back here

Employees are absolutely hard working. Could use some management support. Online shopping is till confusing, slow, not up to speed with others in my opinion.
