Service was thorough, fast and professional. I did not feel that they were trying to sell me anything I did not need. They even took my filter out and said it did not need changing!! I'm so used to mechanics trying to blind me with mechanic science!!! This was a great service! One of mechanic's was a girl, who knew her stuff!! Impressive!! They have a life long customer in me!!!

Nick and Josh saved our engine! We were long overdue for an oil change and we were starting to hear the side effects of low engine oil while the car was running. Nick explained that our particular make and model of Hyundai has a history of burning oil over time due to the direct injection method used by this engine type. He educated us on the free top off oil checks that we were eligible for around 3k miles after an oil change. Both technicians had a high level of knowledge and expertise. The had us out the door quickly and our car is running great again. I highly recommend this location for fast service, professionalism and comprehensive maintenance of your vehicles!

Peyton and Dalton were the main people to help me out. Peyton explained an issue that I ve been having, was able to work through resetting my car s settings, and made it clear what I was paying for. He was kind and professional- good customer service- he is the main reason that I am giving this location five stars. I had a couple issues that could have made it less... There were a few other team members that obviously rolled their eyes when I pulled up because, as I heard my car is a pain to change the oil on. That part of the service and bad attitude was not the service with a smile, I appreciate. It was also not ideal that I had to go find an oil filter for myself, because they didn t have it, but they at least deducted the cost of the filter from the bill. This shows how great customer service by a few can redeem the failings of others.Also, thank you for the feedback. I hate to ever speak negatively, but I know good customer experience is important to uphold.

I have come to this location many times for oil changes. The staff is always very courteous, explains everything, helpful and friendly. I have military stickers on my car & they told me that if you are a family member to a military person you get in 15% off. Hight recommend !!

Went for a traditional oil change. Drove about 40 miles and my car thermostat was showing that my engine was overheating. Pulled over and my coolant box was full of oil. My car also had no coolant. The worker put oil in my coolant box and caused me to have to get a new engine. $9,000 later. Management here took 0 responsibility. Good afternoon .The past Friday I used your service to change the differential fluid on my Toyota Tundra 2011. Also, I was looking to change the transmission fluid, and the technician recommended that I do it at the dealership. So today I went to the dealership and in the inspection they discovered the level in my differential fluid was lower (2 Qts) and the service wasn t adequate to do it. So I have to pay again for those services ($297.09) to solve that issue.At this time I would like compensation because that mistake could probably have caused damage in my truck if it hadn t been discovered on time.I have the documents to prove I had to change the fluid again.Sincerely.

Stopped in for a oil change today , the experience was great , I was greeted by Tevin the manager , he had a big smile on his face when he greeted me and through out the whole oil change and that really made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable . The service was quick and fast with no hassle .

I had a wonderful and quick experience here. Chris and Ezekiel helped me with my oil change and when I called beforehand about prices, they offered me a coupon code for 25 off synthetic oil changes (about $100) so the price was competitive. They included some other things and told me the condition of my tires, transmission, and car battery. We were in and out within 10 minutes and there was no wait. Chris was very professional, informative, and friendly. Thank you!

UPDATE: The manager at this location reached out and handled the situation professionally and made sure to clean the oil stains off of my vehicle.Service didn t take forever and workers were friendly. However, considering that I spent nearly $210 here, I am a little irritated that they managed to get oil stained all over my fenders. They didn t even acknowledge or tell me that they did it so I didn t notice until I got home. This has never been an issue at any other oil change place so I m not sure why it was here. Now I have to spend even more money to fix this mess that they created. I m not one to usually complain about small mishaps but this is super noticeable and should not have happened or it should have been brought to my attention during the service.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Great speedy experience. The people that worked on my car were honest and transparent. They didn't upcharge me or shame me for not accepting their suggested extra services. They suggested a few extra services and would only have performed them if I explicitly said "yes, I want that." Unlike most places where they tack on other services and you have to pay up or catch it in time to say "no, don't do that." I will definitely be returning here next time I need an oil change in the area.

Stay away! Long story short after stopping by to get an oil change in October now in December my Engine light is on because there was no oil in my Wrangler. Their techs either did not put enough oil in my truck or didn t put any oil in my truck at all! I called to speak with the manager and the associate said the manager was unavailable so I ll be contacting my lawyer there is no way my truck should have NOT had any oil after only one month! So now I have to see what kind of damage my engine has because I m not sure how long I was driving without oil! I spent $108 for nothing! Poor low quality service my first time visiting and my last!

Top notch customer service. Great experience. Checked my oil. I didnt need an oil change. Topped off all fluids checked tires, air filter and radiator. Reviewed my service history and recommended service. Flushed and cleaned radiator. All in 30 minutes with the utmost professionalism and teamwork. Guided me out of the bay thanked me and waved goodbye. Incredible. I wont go anywhere else.

I toke advantage of a coupon from groupon to get my oil change with inspection for $42 which was a good deal. Staff were very friendly but the only bad thing was the waiting area is hot anyhow the service was great

When I come to this location everyone is so knowledgeable and proficient at their jobs. They get me in fast and check everything. I feel like they really care about customers and it shows. They explain everything to me if I have questions and are very helpful. This makes getting an oil change a pleasure rather than something to dread that wastes a lot of time. Quick and accurate service every time!

That is the worst ever ever oil change store I meet , luckily I keep the invoice paper , on august 5th - 2022 , went into this store do the 0w20 full synthetic oil change which cost $99.99 , it should be 5000 miles , but now my car only drive 2900 mile , then the oil change light is on , that is unbelievable . Call the store customer service , they don t wanna do anything . Refuse to refund the money . It is like business fraud . Driving the car years and years , every time do the full synthetic oil change the car will drive 5000 miles definitely, sometimes more than 5000miles , Will definitely call the credit card company dispute it and Groupon customer service too. This store is terrible. Don t go to this store do any service , big fraud .#update , For your reply here to ask my car VIN, if your stores really care about the customers , i don t think so , And I won t post bad review (zero star )here . when I call into the store trying to get the help and response from you guys , but the manager on the phone was rude and refuse to fix any problem, didn t care about what customer service is . And BTW , on that service day , my car s tire pressure light is already on too, during the 3 young technicians working on my cars , until to the end , they gave the invoice paper , I didn t see anyone to check my tire , then I saw on the invoice paper was wrintten : tire pressure checked -OK , that is terrible. And the oil change light was not reset, same on the paper was written :Ok , And didn t put the reminder sticker for next oil change on my car . They look very smiling and talk with you fun, seems to be friendly, but NOT taking care of your car and high paid service .NOT professional. Won t be back, stay away this store .

Was very pleased with my experience, which felt like I was a NASCAR driver with a pit crew (you stay in the car the whole time). Seconds after I pulled into the bay there was a crew of at least 3 folks doing a check on the lights and tires. Once I committed to the type of oil change and popped the hood they immediately started. Shout out to Britton who was very cool and professional providing a time estimate for the oil change and then updating it after I decided to get the transmission fluids replaced. I ll definitely be coming back in 6k miles.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone to you guys multiple times and so has my family. Not only did you guys not fill my 2012 Toyota Camry completely up But I went there yesterday and took my dads 2001 jeep to get an oil change and we had to take it to Christian brothers for a whole other issues and come to find out you guys did not install the oil filter correctly and it leaked all out. I have lost trust in you guys and seriously am angry I have spent $108 dollars on a oil change for my dads car and $80 dollars for my car to need Christian brothers to clean up yall mess.Service: Oil change

I decided to try this shop for the first time and I was very impressed. The entire crew seemed to work like a team and were very professional. My car needed a few extra steps (skid plate removal, etc ), but they kept me in the loop and got me out quickly.Extra shout out to Britton for the excellent customer service.
