I just purchased my Porsche Taycan from here and I had an amazing experience !! I worked with Conrad to complete my deal and I can tell you right now if I were to purchase another vehicle I would only want to go through him. He was so knowledgeable and kind. His great energy made my purchase an overall amazing experience. He didn t treat me like I just a number. He treated me as if he had known me my whole life I will definitely be back 10/10

I had an amazing experience with my purchase of a new BMW X1. My salesperson, Mark Thompson, did an amazing job. No pressure, just information. He was patient and helped guide me to the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommend working with Mark! Ashton in the finance department was great, too. Overall, seamless and enjoyable throughout the process!

Our client advisor, Mark Thompson, was excellent. He was knowledgeable of his products, friendly and professional. He was very helpful with our build. He kept us up to date on the build and the delivery experience was smooth and fun.Mitch, our finance person, was a pleasure with which to work. He made the final sales paperwork easy.This is the second Penske dealership at which I have purchased an automobile. Both purchases went very well.

I purchased my car from United BWW and I absolutely love it. All questions were answered and needed information was provided prior to the purchase. They even filled my first tank of gas!! The service was impeccable. I spent a while looking and making my decision for a new car and finally found the combination that I wanted. The car looked beautiful in person as it did in pictures. I am very pleased with my purchase and with the service the team provided. I mainly had contact with salesperson Mohammed Ahmed and he was very honest and patient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a performance car!

I just want to say that I have never had a better car buying experience. From the moment I talked to Che on the phone, to getting the deal worked out and coming in and signing the paperwork, this was an amazing experience. Che was as honest as he could be, he helped me figure out what made the most sense for me and I never felt like he was after a sale, it felt like he was just taking care of what I needed to the best of his ability. Ashton in finance also made this a great experience. He, of course, did his upsell on many of the extras they offer (and we did buy a few), BUT it never felt forced or pushy or over the top. He educated us on some of the things he thought we may want to consider, answered questions but also took no for an answer without making it uncomfortable. I will say that we did upgrade a few things but that was because of his education and not salesmanship . Overall I cannot say enough that if you are looking to buy a BMW, go to United and ask for Che and Ashton.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about purchasing my new car. They couldn t have made it easier. Anel also stayed in contact to keep me posted about the status of my car. I have waited for this car for about 8 mos and I am very excited about it and very happy with the car. Thanks again to Anel and the staff at United BMW.

Had a great experience with my sales person Anel Sahinovic and the purchase of my m240i. Had to fly in from Florida to pick up the car and drive it home. The car looked amazing when I got there. They had it cleaned up and with a full tank ready to go. They were also able to overnight me the paper beforehand to have it done and make the pick up process that much easier. Would definitely recommend.

Our salesperson, Jessie, was attentive, knowledgeable, and positive. He was willing to devote as much time as necessary to answer our questions; we never felt hurried or pressured. Upon delivery of our vehicle, however, we were disappointed that the gas tank wasn t full, as had been promised, and one of the two key fobs had a dead battery (which we didn t discover until we returned home). In the finance department, the employee we met with was initially good natured and led us to believe that the process would be simple and quick. We weren t financing the purchase so it should have been a matter of signing the required documents and then we d be on our way. Instead, we were presented with numerous option packages totaling thousands of dollars. Each time we declined an option presented, the employee seemed offended and dismissive of our decision. This part of the process felt like typical used car salesmanship. We expected better from a BMW dealership.

It is so nice to deal with such a professional. Sales advisor. Eddie always provided any information quickly and made sure the car and paperwork were ready to go when I arrived. Very knowledgeable about the product and options. He even helped set up the app , my phone and went over all the equipment and technology in the new car. Highly recommend United BMW and Eddie when in the market for a used or new BMW!

I appreciate how quick and painless the car buying process was. Many women would attest that embarking on this process alone is daunting enough, but then throw in people who just make the process awful...and well, it becomes unbearable. However, that was not my experience with United BMW. Started process online, via text with Anel, to hash out a price. No games. No hassles. Agreed on a fair price for the car and nothing else. Even had 3rd party inspection w/no hassle. I showed up in person to complete the deal, and he was attentive in person and answered my questions. I waited for the final step, signing. There was a bit of a wait, but they were fairly busy. Ashton was equally as professional & we got through the process with no pushy or gross sales tactics. Amazing...Lastly, as I was getting the vehicle shipped (GA to TN), I appreciated how Anel stuck around for the delivery driver just as he was probably getting off work. I received my car the next day and I couldn't be happier.I had been trying to deal with another dealership that was engaging in bad faith negotiations, and the same vehicle is still sitting on the lot 2 months later. Literally talked themselves out of a deal because of their awful tactics...I'm glad I went with United BMW.

Che Hall at United BMW in Roswell, GA was a true professional and made the car buying process very simple. I did nearly every aspect of the purchase from my home, then spent less than 45 minutes at the dealership. When I arrived, the vehicle was detailed and ready to drive off the lot. Che s attention to detail was impeccable; I wholeheartedly recommend him and won t hesitate to do business with him in the future.

I recently bought a used car from United and the experience with them was poor. Firstly, I have to say the used car was not a BMW - maybe that is why the experience was poor. I found the car online and it looked great from the photos they posted and their descriptions. I drove a hour to store after talking to a salesman and setting up appointment. When I arrived, I waited and was given another salesman because apparently the one I made appointment with was too busy . I got to see the car and was surprised to see that the car has several exterior damaged areas that they decided not to show with the photos on their site, plus one tire/rim has severe damage. After back and forth I decided to take the car purely on price with the understanding I will pick it up the next day after a thorough cleaning.The next day I arrived, but yet again, I was given another salesman (3rd one) to have me inspect and accept the car. To my surprise (maybe not anymore) I found the car was still not very clean with dog hair (previous owner) still all over backseat and trunk, plus dust all over the front console. They obviously did not clean this car from our discussion, or maybe just did not care.Overall, this experience was just poor and not a dealership I will recommend or use for future purchases.

United BMW is the go to for all your BMW needs. The entire team starting with Spencer Russell was amazing. A shout out to Brian and Nat as well! I showed up Mon-Wed trying to find the right SUV after a previous SUV debacle that I won t go into. Spencer helped me sort through vehicles that matched my criteria and by Wednesday we found a car that not only fit my budget but was an amazing ride that I didn t have to compromise on! I ll recommend anyone to United BMW!

I just wanted to say if you re in the market for a new or preowned car Aiden at United Bmw is your guy we talked over the phone and basically did the deal over the phone and got to the number I want to be at and I couldn t be more happy with the car. It is incredible and it was a great find, and if it wouldn t been for Aiden, it wouldn t have happened, highly recommend him

strongly would not recommend, we got a lemon! UPDATE: Turns out it wasn't a lemon it was the 3rd Party GPS Tracker that they installed on our car, draining our battery. Be aware!

From the moment I spoke on the phone with him, to the moment of taking delivery of my car, my salesman Ryan was very responsive, kind, hard working, and overall a great salesman who will answer all your questions very clearly and correctly. He also went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted, with my exact features and colors. The sales managers, Farand & Brian are also incredible. Thanks to them we got an absolutely amazing deal on our brand new X3. Farand also got us a great value for our Trade-In, way more than what other dealerships were offering, and also found some great rebates & incentives. Shoutout to Brian for hooking us up with free all weather floor mats, thank you. In the finance department, Ben is very funny and quick to the point. All the papers were signed in less then 5 minutes. He got us a great deal on a Tire/Wheel protection package, which I highly recommend. Ashton, also from the finance department is also amazing to work with. I would rate this dealership & experience a 6/5 if I could. I highly recommend working with United BMW for your endeavors on purchasing a BMW or any other vehicle.

Finally got some time to write my first ever review. Around 2 � months back I brought my car 2013 x3 to the service center. The car was fully inspected and maintenance was done for brake rotor, pad, oil change, break fluid, engine filter etc. After I brought back the car from the service center, next day I noticed that the engine light was on. It was not on before I gave the car for servicing. And since then, I have not been able to drive the car more than 40 mph. My car was running absolutely fine before the servicing. When I took the car back, the assistant service manager did not have the clear explanation. I asked when I gave the car and by the time you handed over the car to me after the servicing, you did not mention anything about the engine light. I would say that is because the light was not on before I gave the car for the service. He said you know it can happen any time. My car drove just 78k miles. What does that mean? Where is the reliability of the car? On top of it, they set the next engine oil change is in 2025 and some 15k miles that 2 years from the last service date (around Nov 2023) and the similar thing they did back in 2021. I heard the oil change needs to be done every year. Last week my car completely broke down, I am not even able to start it. It is not the battery issue. I am completely ripped off. There is no option to give 0 star, otherwise I would have given that.

I absolutely LOVE my new car and Charles Jean-Charles was SO GREAT to work with! He carries a perfect combination of product knowledge, customer service, and laid-back no pressure sales. I HIGHLY recommend the car AND the Sales experience.
