I have been servicing my tires for many years here. Jayme,, the manager, is especially amazing, but they all know me and are very helpful. I did the alignment one time pay deal many years ago, and it was absolutely worth it. It has served me well, I always get alignments for free now. This shop is always operating on time and does an excellent job. Their prices are very fair, as well. This is the best experience I ve had with a tire shop. If could give them a six, I would!!

Jayme and Franklin are some of the best people I've every had the pleasure of working with. The entire shop is full of friendly people. Track people come here without fear of damaged wheels.

I confess I've read the reviews about this place before scheduling an oil change and I wasn't impressed with them. My overall experience was great, they took my car quickly and finished my service exactly at the time that was given to be done. It was also easy the drop off and picking up of car after the service done. Thank you!

Joe was super helpful finding tires and recommending other work at the same time offering discounts available. We told him that we were on a tight budget and needed to do the work but we were looking for economical. He delivered.

Excellent service and very professional. It really is not the typical place where they want to sell you everything by force but on the contrary they always look for the greatest benefit of the client, offering discounts and good deals.Thanks to them I was able to change the tires on my Van and take my family safely on vacation this past year's holiday.I will return again and again to service my car.

I had a wonderful 10 star experience! Joe Johnson the Sales and Service Specialist walked me through the issues I had due to a nail in my tire and how they were going to have issues patching it due to the extensive wear on the tire. He did a spectacular job walking me through my options for new tires and made some terrific recommendations and provided a detailed quote. They even went so far as to put on my spare tire so that I could continue to use my vehicle. They topped it off with not charging me for the service as a kind courtesy. Needless to say I am planning on purchasing my new tires at Tires Plus and also plan on being a customer for life. Thanks Joe!Vincent Longo - Vincent Longo Custom Builders

Been going to this location for more than 20 years. Trusted them with all my vehicles. They are always straightforward about what needs to be done with your vehicle. They won t try to upsell you. I tell all my friends to use them if they need service.

Franklin is the only reason I am ranking this location so high. I've had a poor experience with my local Tires Plus (Tires Plus, Perry, GA, Gen. Courtney Hodges Blvd). Franklin stepped up and gave an HONEST explanation of my tire situation, and worked with me to find a solution within my budget. I was a nervous wreck after having to get work done while travelling, and he was so gracious and helpful. I would be willing to drive the 2 hours to Alpharetta just to have this particular person work on my car, that's how impressed I was. Tires Plus Perry is dishonest and is the reason I ended up in Tires Plus Alpharetta because they put my directional tires on the wrong way, causing me to hydroplane every time I drove in the rain. Shout out to Franklin for setting me straight, give that man a raise.

I had this store replace the ball joints . They replaced upper and lower control arms and completed them with a alignment $2800 later driving noticed, it kept pulling to the right . Carried it back, and not only did the manager tell me the alignment mechanic stated to tell .e the difference between pulling and playing in a steering wheel , really? I'm 64 years old and came from a family that did our own work on our cars .I have done more repairs than this man has just due to age and experience. Not only is it now worse than before , but it wobbles so bad at 20 miles an hr I was afraid the wheels would fall off. When I got home, I looked at my tires ( they replaced one ) at the bottom of a tread trough. I could see the steel belts. Don't trust these people . And they need to get their heads out of there butts . Not every man is stupid. No, I don't care if it's under warranty. I will never use this place again. I would encourage anybody not to use them too. I've also seen these people belittle women asking questions. Bad ,bad, Went to Firestone, and the alignment was perfect . Back like it was BEFORE I carried to Tires Plus. I can stear with one finger and NO play and NO pulling and the service dept were great. No problems with ANYTHING. GREAT PLACE. Save yourself some aggravation and disrespectful remarks and stupied counter and non qualified mechanics. They should fire this team and start over.

The people here are very knowledgeable and strive to bring you the best product for your vehicle needs at the most economical price. They seem to listen and take a personal interest in seeing that one is fully satisfied with the results.

There was an advertisement in the sitting area to download the app and receive 5%. I downloaded the app and the representatives two of them argue me down about the 5% indicating I had to open up a credit card. The app has nothing to do with the credit card. I have been utilizing this Tires Plus for over 10 years and they would not give me my 5% off.

They are so racist I will never go back there again they acted like they didn t want to be there I was there for front rotor replacement and I asked for a tire rotation because I bought a new set of tires in February of this year at the location in Johns creek I asked them to rotate my tires and they never did I noticed they didn t so I had to turn back around and go back to ask them to rotate my tires and the little Mexican guy had a serious attitude I knew they didn t because of my rim I knew was still in the front they need to shut all of tire plus down because they are rip offs. I will never suggest no one to go there that s black.

I can t say enough nice things about this place. I got a flat tire that day and replaced with a spare temporarily. Needed a perm. Called them at 5:30 pm asking if they had my tire in stock. They did, and even tho they closed at 7 told me to come in. They stayed until 7:30 to finish. With a smile on their face! The front desk guy was incredibly nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Me and my family have been going to this Tires Plus for years! I have taken all my cars here and will continue to. They provide AMAZING customer service and always do such a wonderful job on my car. They never try to oversell, and they truly care about the customers satisfaction over money. Franklin specifically does such a good job making sure me and my family receive the best service every single time. I have brought my cars here for everything you can think of. This Tires Plus location has always been good to me in service and in price. This time I just needed to balance my tires. I stopped at two places prior to coming to Tires Plus and both locations were higher priced. The real score is 4.5 I will be back again.

Making an appointment online was easy. The shop called to confirm my appointment within the hour. Once I arrived for my appointment, it seemed they were able to start on my car immediately. It took maybe an hour and they were really, really fair with the price. I didn't get any upsell attempts or other BS to deal with, which I really appreciate. Great experience and I'll definitely be back for my next service.

I highly recommend this place! Franklin provided such great customer service the few times I have been here. All of my concerns were addressed & my car is riding much better since getting new brakes.

I went here for a preservice inspection. After I bought the car they were able to repair my ac for a fair price. Good communication and transparency in pricing. The mechanic also replaced my turn signal bulb. Awesome customer service.

I take all 5 vehicles in our household here. I have a work truck and trailer that require special attention and more heavy maintenance which they are knowledgeable with. They have always been fair and honest. They also understand that 3 of our vehicles are for kids and are older so are sensitive to that. We keep them safe and reliable but may not go all out like on my work truck which can t be down.

They went the extra mile to find the tires I needed on my Corvette. Their customer service was also exceptional. The price was $250.00 less than many of their competitors. Thanks again for your patience, time, & service!!!

I've always had good service so far. The first visit was great and the second visit was great as well. I watched Preston speak so polite to every customer. He spoke to two customers with so much respect. He actually took his time to explain things to the same customer for about 15 minutes just so they could get a better understanding. He also made sure the customer knew they weren't bothering him and he was happy to assist. He seems to be a very honest guy.

Honest folks in this shop. My service advisor was Franklin. I came for tire replacement, and a list of things recommended by another shop, and this shop checked those things in my car and Franklin literally showed me and explained in detail why those things are not required and that it was probably just recommended based on miles by the other shop. The tires i requested for are not easily available but this shop ordered and got it within 2 days. More than satisfied with the service here, and I totally recommend this shop.

Do not go here !!!I walked away from this place several years ago but tried them again recently. Now I remember why I walked.They damaged my driver side door that now won't close correctly and rubber sealing torn.Manager was rude and unprofessional. He should not have that position or any position for that matter.They would not own up to the damage and the manager went so far as to accuse me of knowing the damage was already there and trying to pin it on them.Unbelievably bad experience and the issue is not over.Avoid this place !!Service: Electrical repair

Took our car in to get all new tires. They were nice enough but they scratched up all four of our rims pretty badly. They were completely undamaged before taking it in. Very disappointed and will not trust them with our car again.Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Update 2/19/21: My prior experience was 2 years ago. My experience today was 5 stars as well. Erik was very patient and clear in helping me understand my options and I appreciated his effort in giving me honest advice.Prior Review: I needed a new tire and had a very positive experience. I got exactly what I needed and was in/out within 30 minutes without an appointment. I particularly appreciated this because the day prior I had been to a different Tires Plus and, with an appointment, it took 90 minutes of time for the exact same service. If I return, I would definitely talk to Braxton about my automotive needs because he seemed very sincere and not at all pushy.

I was going to try to get a persistent rear right tire issue looked at Saturday at another store, but that store couldn't find my tire size, even though they supposedly had four sets in stock. That meant that if I did need (a) new tire(s) I wouldn't have been able to get it taken care of it there that Saturday.I ended up driving home and couldn't get back out in time to get the car looked at late Saturday, and most other tire places near me were closed on Sunday.I'll be honest, looking at the reviews for Tires Plus, I wasn't thrilled with the idea of taking my car here, but I thought it would be at least worth giving them a chance. I called up and spoke with Chris, who was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Their tires were most expensive than the other models I'd been looking at, but some internet checking confirmed that their prices were reasonable, and the tires had great reviews. Chris mentioned that they do price match legitimate prices.I drove down there and spoke with Chris who confirmed I'd been taking good care of my tires with proper pressure and rotations. I left my car with them to find the leak and fix it, and they popped the hood, checked the tires, and the only thing they came back with other than patching my tire in question was removing a nail from my other rear tire, which they did not charge me for, as there was no leak they needed to patch.Reading the other reviews, I was concerned they'd try to tell me about some urgent repair, legitimate or otherwise, or sell me new tires for the sake of maximizing profit. Instead, they confirmed I have a reasonable amount of tread left, and the approximately $30 bill for the patch was very reasonable.Based on my own experience here, I'm absolutely willing to look at these guys when it is time for new tires. Their price match policy and my experience on Sunday suggests I'll get good service and a good price. I'm not sure about the other people there, but Chris (who was at the front desk) and Cameron (who worked on the car), were both friendly and courteous.
