I have an unusual vehicle that most local shops will not touch. Jeff and his team were not only interested in working on the car, but also very meticulous, right down to ensuring that the exact-right fluids were used for the transmission and differential. In addition to being knowledgeable, they were also very fair. And I could see from other unique vehicles in the shop that other similar car owners put their trust in Team 1 as well. My car is driving and running great! Highly recommend.Service: Transmission repair

We have used Team 1 for years for both personal vehicle maintenance, as well as, my husband s work vehicles. They not only are excellent at diagnosing any problems when something is going wrong, but they are also very fairly priced in comparison to other mechanics we have used. Everyone wishes they had a trustworthy mechanic as a friend, so you know you re not getting taken for unnecessary work. We brought in a Toyota RAV4 for a pre-purchase inspection. Mike fit us in on short notice on a Saturday morning and went above and beyond looking at every detail of the car, down to the buttons. His expertise was in Toyota cars (I believe he used to work at a Toyota dealership) so that was a plus. If we lived closer we would definitely have him be our regular mechanic. He was so helpful and trustworthy. Thanks so much Mike!

I have going to Team 1 for years. Jeff and Mike are wonderful. Jeff runs the front office and more than fair, keeps his customers well informed as they perform the service, and very honest. He is great in showing you on your vehicle and explaining why work should be done. Mike is their lead technician who is very impressive in his knowledge that comes from both lots of training and years of experience. They both want to do a great job for their customers which is invaluable. Team 1 is my sole service shop for an Acura MDX, Acura RDX, and 2001 Jeep Wrangler. Joe and the guys at Team 1 are exceptional folks. There was no high pressure up-selling or anything just an honest conversation about what needed to be done and what could be done to extend the life of my truck. I am very happy with them. They will be getting all of my business.

I have been a Team 1 customer for 10 years. 7 vehicles. I would not have my cars serviced anywhere else. The most important things for me in an car shop are trust and skill. Over the years on several vehicles Joe and his team have show themselves to be true professionals who have a passion for getting things done right. The team has serviced German and Japanese cars for me. I owned a Civic SI for several years that had a lot of problems caused by the previous owner. Joe and his team did an AWESOME job of doing whatever it took to solve the problems. I always felt like I was being taken care and never felt like overcharged. Highly recommended.

I contacted Team 1 to see if they could order some 20 inch wheels for my wife s very bland Mazda CX-9 SUV. Joe, the owner of Team 1 was super nice and after chatting about what I was thinking about, he did some research, submitted it to me and he ordered wheels, tires and spacers for the car. Once all parts had arrived, he called me to let me know and 2 days later (in half an hour) everything was mounted on my car.It s not your typical car shop, because everybody was super nice, you don t wait for hours to get served and he was incredibly reliable on all promises he made. There is really nothing negative I can report on them and that s why they got five stars from me.Check out the pictures I made from their workshop. Soccer mom SUVs are not the typical cars to work on!

Nowadays having a mechanic shop you can trust is invaluable. I'm so thankful for Joe and his team. They won't sell you something you don't need and do great work.They have a keurig coffee machine, water, clean restrooms, and they even have Netflix (with kids account active as well) for your viewing pleasure. They also have free Wi-Fi and they work hard to get you in and out quickly. I drive from Lawrenceville, which is about 49 minutes away, but it's worth it knowing my car is being taken care of.

Clean shop, front to back. Joe runs a very tight ship. Gives you detailed explanations on what's wrong with your vehicle as well what his team did to fix it. Unless it's a "dealer only" fix, Team 1 will be handling all future repairs on all six of our vehicles. 1

These guys are great, they're very dependable and have always taken care of me and my car. They will give it to you straight and never try to upsell you. Great friendly service, knowledgeable techs. Reasonably priced.

I had them fix my wheel hub assembly on my truck it we nt bad in 5000 mile well under warranty. I've call several times over the passed mouthleft several voicemail asking them to call me back and i haven't heard from them.
