I visited this location for a wash and a wax, and Nene the front counter customer service representative was very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my visit was handled professionally. The gentleman that waxed my car did an awesome job!!

Great value for maintaining your vehicle. Nice creature comforts in the waiting room (yes there is one), clean restrooms and they even have massage chairs. It's tucked away location makes it easy to get in and out relatively quickly. A must for your car detailing needs

This car wash, located right off of highway 9 is always clean. The people who work here are very helpful. There's always clean towels to wipe down your car after and the free vacuum cleaners is a nice benefit.

Sharp knowledgeable guys who care about the work and the customers. Highly recommend for oil and brake fluid exchange. They spotted the problem with my brakes and it was the fluid! Super grateful!!

The photos will say it all. My car was far from clean. They ssid they pressure washed my rubber mats yet they still had gritty sand and stains on one of them. Although i left the middle console down in the back seat so they could clean cup holders and arm rest it wasn t touched. There are food crumbs in between my front seats and console. They said you have to have a detail to get the back cupholders wiped yet the guy inside said if i left it open it was on their guy to clean it but the guy denied that. Everybody had a different story. I paid $50 for this service and I was told that the seats would be cleaned with air pressure thing that got dirt out of the little holes and like I said the pictures will tell the story when I nicely asked them to vacuum the back again because there were crumbs packed in the creases they got an attitude. The guy told me my car was filthy. In the end the girl who had checked us in said she hoped she never saw me again and as she half way wiped the back cup holders to appease me she said well they re clean now. Isn t that what you wanted? She had lied to me and said that she wiped the back cupholders the first go around and then turned around and admitted that she did not. As i scooped out dried ice cream with my finger from the back cup holder the girl challenged me and said well if that wasn t wiped then how is it wet? I pointed out it was wet because it was ice cream. The man and woman who cleaned my car were very unprofessional and argumentative. I will never go back there. They do not treat their customers with respect. Oh and the guy called my tip peasley and gave it back. Unreal!! No respect!Service: Full body wash

BAD car service Supershine xpress carwash. location Alpharetta near Kroger, Worse experience ever. They never clean car from inside, just washed from. outside and to $90 and when I complained so they lied. NEVER go to Supershine xpress carwash NEVER.

Had my truck washed on Tuesday and paid extra for the hand drying. I even tipped each guy that did the job. Once I left the facility and inspected the truck further, I could see that they left smudges, and so much water droplets all over everything. I specifically asked to have the jams dried, and as you can see in the pictures they did not do that. Well, they attempted to, but did a very very poor job.

I looooove them the staff is awesome I have been coming for two years they never disappoint after my husband passed and we moved away I didn't know if I would continue to let them service my car! But they're sooooo good I don't mind driving 45 minutes for them to service my car!!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST I FEEL LIKE FAMILY WHENEVER I GET MY CAR SERVICED LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT THE CAR WASHES OMG THEY CLEAN AND WASH THE CAR SOOO GOOD THE 45 MINUTE DRIVE IS WORTH IT MY FAV IS THE GIRL AT THE DESK SHE IS AWESOME

I went at 1:15pm on December 31, 2023 and the young man who worked the tunnel stole my UGA hitch off my car. When my husband questioned the crew inside they did not have it but the young man was no longer in tunnel he was working outside and stared at me as I left. I can t believe I am ending 2023 with such a disgrace.

Supershine Xpress is without a doubt, the best carwash I've ever been to for a number of reasons:1. My car gets dirty from work/traveling on a regular basis. It gets dirty in the most random places that are hard to clean. The Supershine team actually took the time to clean the smaller areas. That meant a lot to me because they pay attention to details.2. The staff members are professional, kind, courteous and thorough. They keep me updated throughout the entire process and they never try to upsell me on items I don't need.3. Speed!! These guys know how to clean a car thoroughly and efficiently. You get in and they get you out as soon as possible.4. While I waited for my car, I had a great time hanging out in the lounge area. It was cool, comfortable and quiet which allowed me to get work done while I waited.Shoutout to their owner, Anuj, for building an incredible brand & business. Supershine Xpress is the place you need to visit to take car of your car. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I m pretty disappointed. At first glance my car seemed fairly clean but when I got in the car there were multiple surfaces I noticed that hadn t been properly cleaned and when I got home I was able to take a rag and scrub them right off. I paid for the $45 full service plus tip. Also, my seats were down in my trunk and they only cleaned around it, but did not pull the seats up to clean them too. When I got there and was choosing my service, the man who was assisting attempted to put a sticky note on my car and got frustrated that it wouldn t stick, so he just threw the sticky note over his shoulder into the grass area next to the station. I am sadly disappointed based on all this.

I spend $48 for a really poor car wash, I left my car for wash inside an out and they finished in 25 min, I thought that was really fast, and really was because they don t even remove the trash at the doors, and clearly did not vacuum the dust from inside, very disappointed

Supershine Xpress Car Wash left my car spic and span! I am happy with the excellent service and friendly staff. They are quick and efficient. There is also a self-serve option with free vacuums and an air gun for hard-to-reach places. This is my go-to car wash. Would highly recommend!

Got an oil change last week. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The service was great due to the fact that they inform you of the good and the bad. I like honesty and genuine since of concern.

My Girlfriend and I were visiting my family and decided we should probably get her car a wash so the neighbors don't complain about the Lichen covered Honda while we're at dinner.Mentioned that to the attendant and ?Jeremy? (short blonde hair) Whoever else was on prewash 5 minutes before this post made it look so good. Thank yall so much.

Do not spend your money here. I paid $105 for a two-step process wax and when the gentleman, Hagar, brought the vehicle out it still had wax swirls all over it. I then spent the next 10 minutes pointing out areas he needed to buff out. He didn t really seem like he knew what he was doing and frankly the car doesn t look any different than when I brought it in. No apologies or concern that maybe he didn t do the best job he could have. I don t believe their services are in line with what they are charging. I m now across the street buffing it out myself. Very disappointed and will not return based on my experience today.UPDATE: decided to get some Chemical Guys butter wax and do it myself. I far exceeded the results I received from Super Shine Express. Nice and slick and the reflection is great. Again, I would not spend your money here, at least not on getting your vehicle waxed.

The only thing that surprised me more than the excellent work At Supershine Xpress performed on my car was the friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly passionate staff members. It is obvious that this company has a sense of pride in the work they do and it shows in the end result. The car actually looked better when I picked it up compared to when I purchased it from the dealer.I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy throughout the entire process and it was like no other experience I have had in the past while having a car detailed. I am already in the process of scheduling two other vehicles to be detailed.

Asked the ladies to turn off the tire shine. They didn t speak English so they got the manager. He said he turned the tire shine off and did not. So I had to wipe it all off with there dirty rags. I work on construction sites so it just caused dust to stick to my tires and look terrible.They didn t have any clean towels out. Just dirty ones from the day before.Ridiculous.

This is the place to get your oil changed. They are always fast and friendly. I also got my brakes done here. Today my headlight went out. Other shops didn't have the bulb and quoted high prices so I came here and boom got it taken care of in less time and lower cost.Services: Headlight polishing, Vacuuming, Brakes, Oil changeServices: Headlight polishing, Vacuuming, Brakes, Oil change

Fast efficient and great value. Opted for the towel dry and well worth it for a black car to avoid spots.
